The new lawsuit filed by two women against Fox News and several of its personalities is riddled with inaccuracies. This raises questions about the veracity of its claims. Jennifer Eckhart and Cathy Areu, a former Fox Business producer and frequent network guest, respectively, claim that they suffered sexual misconduct, harassment, and even rape at the hands of Ed Henry, Sean Hannity, Tucker Carlson, and Howard Kurtz.
The lawsuit immediately made waves in the mainstream media, where it was picked up by the New York Times, CNN, the Washington Post, CBS News, and other major outlets.

Sure they did. Again, it's not the nature of the evidence that matters Your Honor, it is the seriousness of the allegations. Case dismissed.

Is it possible that Areu was upset with Carlson because he rejected HER advances so this is her revenge? We'll never know. I still say that woman is crazy. And Sean makes a joke and she's offended? Areu has ended her career essentially, like Andrea "what's her name" from The Five and she isn't going to get any money either, like Andrea "what's her name" did. The lawyers for both womyn should check out their clients more carefully.

One of the biggest ditzes on TV, the hapless Sherpa Areu was only around for comedic fodder, nothing more. Dumb as dirt, aptly ridiculed as what passes as liberal “logic.”

Areu has always been odd, which is why I think she has gotten so much air time as a voice of the left. Her days on television are now over. I hope she has a plan B for the rest of her life.

When it's a leftist politician, I.e. Slick Willy Clinton, "It's just about sex." When it's someone on the right and not true, "it's horrible and this person must be punished immediately."
The left never tires of using this playbook because it has worked so many times. It's appropriate to call their bluff.

Is the Left seeking to discredit and tarnish unjustly Fox's Conservative spokesman before the election?
Why would I wonder?

In light of the now-obvious legal chicanery, was Ed Henry's rail-roading termination based upon a false accusation as well?

Sure, sure. Why worry about the facts, when it's the "truth" that counts?

"It shows complete carelessness on behalf of Areu and her lawyers"
It is not carelessness it is deliberate obfuscation. The important thing to the Left is to get their accusation in the news. When all their evidence fades away, they keep talking about the accusation and how terrible it is, even though it is completely discredited. This lasts as long as the accusation is useful. As soon as Kavanaugh was approved by the Senate, all his accusers faded away.
Carlson is one of the important voices of Republican ideals. He makes clear and convincing points. When the Left cannot argue rationally, which is often, they go into personal attacks that have no basis. All the media jumps onto the smear.

I’ve often wondered who would come out on top between Cathy Areu and Adam Schiff in an eyeball fight.

Raises questions? Hey there, never was a shred of proof in the accusations to begin with....just another lame attempt by liberals to bring down a FOX personality...is part of this that stupid female that said Carlson harassed her because he took off his suit coat in the studio? These people are truly 'around the bend'....
