A district attorney in Oklahoma hit several protesters with charges of assault, rioting, and terrorism in connection to recent violent protests that took place in Oklahoma City. Oklahoma County District Attorney David Prater said on Friday that he chose to pursue the toughest charges against the rioters because he does not support the lawlessness that has taken place in some parts of the country, including the "police-free" region of Seattle known as the Capitol Hill Occupied Protests, or CHOP. "This is not Seattle," he told the Oklahoman. "We're not putting up with this lawlessness here."

About time. I hope this inspires more DAs, but I doubt it.

As a lifetime UT fan (until now), I have always hated Oklahoma for about 4 hours on a Saturday in November -- when they were playing the Red River Rivalry in Dallas. But, other than that, I have always respected the heck out of Oklahoma. Very good solid conservative state!!! And with all the bogus and ridiculous woke garbage the UT football players are pulling right now, I may become the newest OU fan!!!

Don't mess with the South! Lots of hard working red necks, very few pajama boys, and we love our sheriff.

#1, I never hated UT - though I understand the intensity of the rivalry. I always respected the team and I've loved seeing OU with the upper hand so much of the time after growing up watching UT's great Darrel Royal (the great former OU player) teams. As a native Oklahoman who lives in the NYC area I'm happy to see someone not putting up with what are essentially early attempts by crazies to overturn what the US is. If NY won't do the job it's nice to know Oklahoma still will.

'He also claimed that Davis, whose father died in the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001,' Davis is 18. The numbers are very tight for this to be true. Can someone fact check the atty's claim?

I noticed hat, too, #5. As of today, the towers came down 19 years 9 months 17 days ago. Even if Davis turned 19 today, looks like his mom got pregnant that morning.

These folks are going to find out what complete security is all about for the next 10 years. Free room and board. Three meals a day. Free health care. Probably, free education. Free tv. Free work out facilities. Unfortunately, for them, it will be behind bars, and scheduled. If they're lucky, they'll get an hour or two to go outside and look at the sky.

Brown County clerk Sandy Juno says private money displaced career election experts, may have violated state law. The now-retired elections clerk in a key Wisconsin county says political activists working for a group funded by Mark Zuckerberg money seized control of the November elections in Green Bay and other cities, sidelining career experts and making last-minute changes that may have violated state law. "They had no business doing that," ex-Brown County Clerk Sandy Juno told Just the News, recounting how funding from the Zuckerberg-backed Center for Tech and Civic Life injected chaos and unnecessary changes to how ballots were counted in Green Bay in November.

The infamous story of Joe Biden’s effort to force the firing of Ukraine’s chief prosecutor in 2016 has taken a new legal twist in Kiev, just as the former vice president is sewing up the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination in America. In Kiev late last month, District Court Judge S. V. Vovk ordered the country’s law enforcement services to formally list the fired prosecutor, Victor Shokin, as the victim of an alleged crime by the former U.S. vice president, according to an official English translation of the ruling obtained by Just the News.

Everything is bigger in Texas, including the egregious miscarriages of justice. The Blaze reported Wednesday that Collin County, Texas, District Judge Andrea Thompson “effectively denied a U.S. citizen,” a Muslim woman named Mariam Ayad, “her constitutionally protected due process rights, choosing instead to order her to appear before an Islamic tribunal where her testimony is considered inferior. And when her lawyers sounded the alarm — the judge doubled down.” Islamic law, Sharia, taking precedence over U.S. law — in Texas? Celebrate diversity! CORRECTION*

The U.N. human rights chief on Monday demanded comprehensive reparations be made to compensate countries that have suffered what she called the deadly legacies of slavery, colonial rule and racial discrimination. Former Chilean Socialist President Michelle Bachelet presented to the U.N. Human Rights Council a report she hopes will change the definition of racism and highlight its impact. It comes after her intervention last month calling on the world to immediately dismantle systemic racism against people of African descent and “make amends” to the oppressed while groups like Black Lives Matter should receive “funding, public recognition and support.” Others have also joined her demands for massive financial redistributions

He added that his aim is to introduce the Sharia law punishments across the whole of the country if the Taliban can re-take control once America departs, saying: 'That was our goal and always will be.'

In a last ditch effort, Democrats in the Texas state legislature reportedly plan to walk out of a special session to prevent a number of key Republican-sponsored bills from passing. At least 58 Democratic state lawmakers plan to leave Texas and fly to Washington, D.C. to rally support for federal legislation, NBC News first reported. Most of the fleeing state lawmakers will travel on a pair of prearranged private jets, the New York Times confirmed. By exiting the chamber indefinitely, the Democratic lawmakers are denying the Texas GOP quorum, or the minimum number of members that must be in attendance to hold a valid session.

YouTube deleted a video of former President Donald Trump from the American Conservative Union’s account and prevented the group from live-streaming the former president’s Sunday CPAC speech. In a statement, ACU Chairman Matt Schlapp said the group learned that its account had been frozen for seven days over a video from Friday in which Mr. Trump announces his class-action lawsuit against the Silicon Valley titans such as Google and YouTube. That loss of access to its video account meant the ACU, which runs the Conservative Political Action Conference, could not upload Mr. Trump’s speech or any other live content from its CPAC 2021 Part 2

As we previously reported there are thousands out in the streets across Cuba, from small towns to big cities, calling for freedom from the Communist government and chanting “we are not afraid!” People are saying it’s the largest mass protest since 1959. If you know your Cuban history, that’s the last time the government changed hands — when Fidel Castro took power. So, that’s an incredibly significant thing to say. From NY Times: Carolina Barrero, a Cuban activist, went even further. “It is the most massive popular demonstration to protest the government that we have experienced in Cuba since ’59,”
