Noose found in garage stall of Bubba Wallace at Talladega Superspeedway

Original Article

A noose was found in the garage stall of Darrell "Bubba" Wallace Jr. and the No. 43 Richard Petty Motorsports team Sunday at Talladega Superspeedway, NASCAR said in a statement released Sunday night. The statement read in full: "Late this afternoon, NASCAR was made aware that a noose was found in the garage stall of the 43 team. We are angry and outraged, and cannot state strongly enough how seriously we take this heinous act.

Comments:

Last great noose outrage was some construction waste that blew into trees. The other was exercise ropes hung by black men in a black neighborhood. One wonders what this will be found to be, or left by whom. Anyone who would pull this stunt in a "closed" pit area is an idiot. Did anyone see Jussie Smollett changing tires? This has the odor of not what it seems. It gives NASCAR more leverage to purge the Old South from its product.

The vast majority of these so called hate crimes have been perpetrated by blacks or woke white leftists. Ill wait for the facts to come out before forming an opinion. Starting with, who has access, is there surveillance video and was it left there for some other purpose.

Bubba has been on a roller coaster recently, rage quitting an i-race and losing his sponsor, jumping on the love train with his BLM virtue signaling, drawn to cameras like a moth to a flame, now this. And yes, a restricted access garage area so curiouser and curiouser. One hopes neither a perp is found nor Bubba manufactured this story, lose/lose. He has to be aware such incidents are too often hoaxes so, without evidence, he may be betting the farm here.

I agree, there's some funny business going on here. There has to be cameras everywhere back there. Everyone knows everyone else in the racing world, it's a large family, even thought they do fight now & then. OP is right, it gives NASCAR leverage to purge the Old South. They were mad about the convoy of vehicles flying the stars & bars going to the race, even thought they packed it away once they got there. NASCAR has become like golf, all cars & drivers look the same & act the same.

Meanwhile, in the real world of the Democrat controlled city of Chicago, actual violence, with 10 fatality shot and 60+ wounded. A 3;year old among the dead. As the Chicago Tribune sadly notes, this war zone level killing is the most since....last month in Chicago. But a noose, or what could simply be a rope, is a US Today story.

Let's put it this way. If it's real, and not another contrived piece of B.S. like so many before, I think this was aimed more at 'Bubba' the man than 'Bubba' the Black. If there was racism, why is he even there? If this were old Jim Crow times, he 'might' be relegated to cleaning up the trash. This fake victim-hood has the danger of becoming the fuse on new Racism. If you keep maligning the innocent, soon it engenders REAL hate. I think this has been the Democrat's plans ever since LBJ cackled in his office all those years ago, about the Civil Rights act passage, "Now we OWN those N**rs, again." I don't know whether the tape still exists, but I heard this tape, not long after Watergate and Nixon's resignation, as an example of how a presidents casual comments were recorded. At that time, it wasn't controversial. MLK was still alive and the Black vote was firmly with the Republicans (when intimidation, threats and murder by Democrats didn't keep them home).

Show the photograph and we can then go to point B in the discussion. For this to be serious it has to be a real noose. A rope with a loop without the 13 coils is not a noose unless the person didn't know how to do a noose properly. But all the noose articles I've seen fail to show what was being discussed. Looped knots have a lot of uses - anyone who has ever tied a fishing lure to a line uses something with the characteristics of a noose.

Spoiler alert: 2020 has been rough on the American psyche. Folks in the U.S. are more unhappy today than they've been in nearly 50 years. This bold – yet unsurprising – conclusion comes from the COVID Response Tracking Study, conducted by NORC at the University of Chicago. It finds that just 14% of American adults say they're very happy, down from 31% who said the same in 2018. That year, 23% said they'd often or sometimes felt isolated in recent weeks. Now, 50% say that. The survey, conducted in late May, draws on nearly a half-century of research...

U.S. shale drillers are bringing back shut in production three months after the onset of the current downturn. But steep decline rates will increasingly take hold, dragging down overall U.S. output later this year. With oil prices approaching $40 per barrel, many drillers are covering immediate operational costs. Rystad Energy estimates that “a bit more than 300,000 bpd” of shut in U.S. oil production has come back online. A total of 1.15 million barrels per day (mb/d) was shut in in April and May, and that output will “return swiftly over July and August,” JBC Energy wrote in a note.
