A noose was found in the garage stall of Darrell "Bubba" Wallace Jr. and the No. 43 Richard Petty Motorsports team Sunday at Talladega Superspeedway, NASCAR said in a statement released Sunday night. The statement read in full: "Late this afternoon, NASCAR was made aware that a noose was found in the garage stall of the 43 team. We are angry and outraged, and cannot state strongly enough how seriously we take this heinous act.

The millions of Americans who were paying attention throughout the 2020 election campaign all became painfully aware of the fact that Joe Biden’s cognitive abilities were slipping and slipping fast. Last great noose outrage was some construction waste that blew into trees. The other was exercise ropes hung by black men in a black neighborhood. One wonders what this will be found to be, or left by whom. Anyone who would pull this stunt in a "closed" pit area is an idiot. Did anyone see Jussie Smollett changing tires?
