Will Justice Gorsuch Now Get an
Apology From the Democrats?

Today’s Supreme Court decision protecting Americans from being fired because of sexual orientation certainly makes one thing clear — it is a fool’s errand to predict what a justice is going to do once he is granted life tenure on the high bench. We can’t count the number of times we’ve pressed that point in our decades in the editorial galleys. Rarely, though, has a case so roundly marked the matter as the one decided today.
The case is known as Bostock v. Clayton County, Georgia. The county was haled to court after it fired an employe, Gerald Bostock, who’d started participating in a gay recreational softball league.

He's not the one to whom an apology is owed.

I predict a lot of people will be claiming to be gay, to keep or get a job.

Gorsuch owes an apology to America for pretending to be an originalist. Obviously, he is far to dependent on the liberal morass he has waded into, in the Washington Swamp. He changed from being a jurist, into a politician like the other scum residing there.
He better hope there are no more "skeletons" in his closet. Who would bother to defend him now, should he be accused?

Makes me wonder what the Left has on Gorsuch.

Corrupt DC power corrupts absolutely. Must be in the water or air. People go there and change.
So, turns out Gorsuch has been wearing a mask far before COVID started. Hang around the three witches of DC in the court building and you are bound to be cursed with liberalism. It's affected both Kavanaugh and Gorsuch in such a short time. Liberalism is far more virulent than COVID. We need a vaccine! By November, for sure!
MAGA!!! KAG!!! TRUMP 2020 AND BEYOND!!! WE NEED THREE MORE SUPREME JUSTICE APPOINTEES!!!

And when will the Supreme Court stand up for the people who get fired for even a whisper of being pro-heterosexual? Or for the Professors recently who have been fired or placed on administrative leave (slow, painful firing) for DARING to speak truth about BoweLMovement and their foreign Communist ties?

when david Souter was nominated for the USSC, Dead Ted Kennedy issued a diatribe against Souter almost equal to the diatribe issued by Dead Ted against Robert Bork.
And when souter proved Dead Ted wrong on every point, Dead Ted never apologized.
But then Dead Ted never apologized to the Kopechne family for killing their daughter, Mary Jo. Dead Ted, instead, blamed some
mysterious curse that the Kennedys must have been suffering from.

I would blame this decision on him being a lifelong Episcopalian (as a whole, they gave up their belief in everything, including God, years ago), but Roberts is a lifelong Catholic. Something is wrong with both of these men. What a travesty.

#12: a closet what?
Somebody has got the goods on Roberts and Gorsuch, that is for sure.
Perhaps they are in the closet for some other reason.
I wonder what that would be?

If Gorsuch doesn't roll, it's still 5-4 because Roberts. But I agree Gorsuch's ruling is not in line with past decisions. So what happens to these guys when they get to SCOTUS?

Apology? This was the play all along, and their attacks were grooming him, to make him feel obligated to rule in their favor just to prove their attacks were unfair. "Look, I'm not what you said!!"
Feh.

I need an apology from Gorsuch for thinking he was a Constitutional Originalist. That is apparently not the case, or, most likely, he is being blackmailed by the left on something.

Perhaps the Social Jaundice Worriers will warm to Gorsuch...now that he's had his 'Lavender Lobotomy'.

I'm supporting the president's re-election but his vetting team needs a major overhaul. When you include cabinet picks and other key Executive Branch leaders/sr. advisors, they are batting below .500.
