Matt Drudge’s media links compilation has been one of the sites I’ve checked every morning for the last decade. The Drudge Report always had links to sites with stories I would not see on my trusted sites. I say “had” because I am weaning myself from it due to the dramatic shift in bias I’ve observed, especially in the most recent months.
The Drudge Report has become part of the leftist media cabal slanting coverage to defeat President Trump.
There were dramatic revelations in the plot to get Trump this week–virtually ignored by The Drudge Report.
DOJ dismissed the charges against General Mike Flynn because of clear, unequivocal evidence of the FBI’s plot

I have been through with Drudge for a long time. Used to go there every day. Not any more.

Quit going there myself a while back. What once seemed like a comfortable friend turned into something I don't know anymore. No problem. There are hundreds of web sites out there (if not thousands) that do things better. I especially like the ones that allow users to post memes in the comments. They add to my collection nicely.

Haven't been to Drudge for 4-5 years. Best thing ever to appear on Drudge was a link they showed to Lucianne!

Bailed on him quite a while ago. If it’s true that he sold the web site, and that’s seems plausible, who bought it? Soros or Bezos?

About 8 months ago I was not able to get the website using my phone. I do not have a home computer anymore so the phone was my only means of reading the Internet. Once I got a new phone, I tried to figure out why the Drudgereport had changed. It soon became a site I went to occasionally. Too bad. It was once a force.

I check Drudge every morning--just to see what "they" are up to. It's painful, but I do a quick skim. It's like an alternate universe compared to the sites I like and trust.

I've been gone from Drudge for several years. They are 'Fredo' to me. Once family....they're nothing to me now! Fox, except for the opinion shows is the same. Oddly enough, Fox Business still will offer a Conservative or Libertarian viewpoint. Done with them as well

Ditto. I used to go there several times throughout the day. Now, maybe once every couple months when big news is breaking. When I do go to the site, I usually am only there for less than a minute. Little to read.

Don't go to Drudge anymore... just inflates their already timed-out inflated numbers. Now I like The Gateway Pundit, Breitbart, Pro-Trump News, PJ Media... and of course, Lucianne!

The Drudge Report was my go-to page for many years, so I was really distressed when it lurched way to the left. I read (unconfirmed rumors) that Drudge Report was sold to Google but, if true, how could a sale of that magnitude be kept quiet? Whatever the real reason for its new liberal bias, it will have to continue without me as a reader. On the bright side, thank goodness I have Lucianne and I’ve also just discovered NewsMax TV.

Drudge used to be my first stop on my daily news tour, even before Lucianne. That ended a couple years ago once it became obvious that Matt had joined the resistance. Now I rarely go there, and then only to use a quick link to another site.

I remember using dial up back in the days when the Bill Clinton/Monica scandal cooked up. Found upstart DRUDGE REPORT posting articles that brought to light how bad this was and how one magazine had withheld the news and how Drudge and Lucianne.com *scooped* the World and the resulting Clinton Impeachment sparked and united Conservatism that kept the pressure up on bad politics. Now we see more Liberals posting their articles and overrunning Drudge. What can you say? It is what it is.

I haven't looked at the Drudge report in over a year. He used to report the news and did a good job with it. Drudge was noted for breaking new stories truthfully. Now the Drudge report is nothing more than a propaganda machine for the new communist party. When you shift from the right to the very far left in one leap it means something has gone terribly wrong. Don't know what happened but he's nothing but a useful idiot for the left. Got it.

I was a long-time avid reader of Drudge, but started noticing the leftward trend over a year ago. I too found his links to other news sources useful.
The last time that I "clicked" on Drudge was on Black Friday last year, when the day's headline screamed something about the worst sales day in decades -- when, in fact, Black Friday 2018 broke all sales records.
I now rely on the Bongino Report for news summaries.

Typical of anything taken over by Liberal viewpoint. To a Liberal, the NEWS is the information they need you to hear, not what you need to know.

If the author only recently found out what the DRUDGE website was, he is very late to the party. Those of us who are just plain readers knew many moons ago and stopped accessing the site.

I didn't realize I had so much company in wondering about Drudge.
I still check it and a few others, some like Huffington Post and Democratic Underground, just for laughs, and those like Drudge to stay aware of "enemy action" - much like a 1937 German jew might listen to one of "Der Furher's" radio broadcasts.

Remember when David Brock was a conservative back in the early to mid 90s? Now, what do David Brock and Matt Drudge have in common? If you said they're both homosexuals, you'd be correct. There's a reason background checks used to be done on government employees in sensitive positions.

It would not surprise me if Drudge merely received an offer 'he couldn't refuse' from some Soros-backed or similar group, and part of that deal was that details would not be revealed! Interesting sleight-of-hand.....
I've replaced it with The Liberty Daily, but also occasionally visit some of the other sites mentioned above.

Drudge was my homepage for two decades and after looking at that page first, would link to Lucianne.
The only reason I go there now is for the indispensable reference desk.
Its more CNN, MSLSD it yahoo news now

Every time it auto refreshes it makes money for him.
It makes it look like I logged (Past Tense) on about 10 times a day.
