Mainstream media mocks White House
appearance of 'My Pillow Guy' Mike
Lindell despite contribution to virus fight

Several members of the media were quick to dismiss the presence of "My Pillow" founder Mike Lindell at the White House coronavirus press briefing despite his company's ongoing contribution to combating the outbreak. Lindell, who was among several business leaders who spoke at Monday's presser, announced that his company is aiming to increase its production of cotton face masks from 10,000 to 50,000 per day. He also said a prayer and encouraged the country to dedicate time to their families and religion. "God gave us grace on November 8, 2016, to change the course we were on," the pro-Trump businessman said. "God had been taken out of our schools and lives,

Live in Minnesota. We are way proud of My Pillow for figuring out how to contribute to the nation rather than just wussing out and sending all of their employees home. This guy is the real deal! His products are awesome and their customer service has always been legendary! Proud to have them located in our state! Great corporate citizen... Unlike a couple of banks located here... ugh... Use to work for one of them and I KNOW that ALL they care about are shareholders! Don't care about customers or employees. I quit when i could only give my direct reports a 1% raise "because we didn't have any money" and then the CEO took a $30 Million Dollar stock distribution a month later. I said "nope...not working for company with values like that...and resumed my self employed consulting career! Never regretted it for one moment...even though I was getting stock options that would have been very valuable...until recently!!! Ethics first and then money...Everytime!!!

The LA Times called the CEO's in the Rose Garden absurd. If this had taken place during World War II, they would have been praised for their patriotism. But I suppose the LA Times thinks patriotism is absurd as well. I can't wait till the Times goes out of business.

This crisis is bringing the best and worst out in people. Clearly, Mr. Lindell is showing us all what it means to show your best and the media is, as usual, showing everyone just how terrible they are, I cannot believe they would disparage anyone actually doing something good but it is who they are. If we have learned one thing from this, it is that leftists are incapable of showing basis decency. On a daily basis they attack the President and anyone who dares come along beside him to contribute to helping us get through this as quickly and painlessly as possible. No one is exempt. If you step up in any way, you will be attacked. Americans are tired of the constant unrelenting attacks at a time when we should all be pulling together. You see this because the democrat leadership is leading the way They can’t show any support for the President whatsoever and the media and rest of the rabid left follow their lead. It really is unconscionable to witness the hatred focused on the President by these do nothing, pork pushing, jealous black hearted haters. The democrat party is a complete failure. They have done nothing but undermine the President and his administration. While the world is watching, they have made a mockery of the concept of working together during a crisis for the good of the country. Frankly, all they care about is living another day to bash this President. How do you go through life harboring such hate? November 3, 2020 is going to be a day of reckoning for this sick and twisted party and its media sycophants because the majority of Americans are fed up with their shenanigans. Their hateful obstinance instead of cooperation will not be forgotten. November 4th will be another sweet Independence Day when Americans throw off the tyranny of the democrat party because they are not who we are or aspire to be.

Mike Lindell is humble enough to be thankful for aid and forgiveness from a loving God and generous enough to share his talents and worldly possessions to people in need. Mika Brzezinski, Dean ObeyAllah and the rest of the silly tittering empty snobs of the MSM offer nothing of lasting value. Ever. Their words are ashes in their mouths and repulsive to wise people.

I saw this live on TV. I thought Lindell was just a little overboard... but not much and certainly people should be allowed to express themselves. He wasn't obnoxious, he just wasn't PC. When Trump got the mike back, he said something like "I didn't know he was going to say that." That was it. He wasn't upset and certainly was not against what Lindell said, but he knew it wasn't the PC thing to do. I knew right then the press would jump on this. And, anyway, FTA: "If you're angry at the guy shifting over his factory to produce 50,000 facemasks a day for medical professionals, you're doing being human wrong," Ben Shapiro wrote.

People like Mike Lindell are the true celebrities who represent the best of America. Was pleased to see this with the Wounded Warriors who’d get visited by every type of so-called celebrity regularly at Walter Reed. Congresscritters, generals, Hollywood ... meh. The guys loved real people such as Mr. Lindell (who wasn’t around back then) and not the posers and pretenders. Was nice to witness. (although #1 celeb to ever step foot on WRAMC was an actor who represented the real USMC - R. Lee Ermey ... God rest his soul). But even here (at L.com) there are those who’d like to nitpick Mr. Lindell for being courageous enough to give glory to God. Trump knows what he’s doing in front of cameras and understands who real Americans respect. Btw, the urbanites sure look soft and easy to eliminate in any boogaloo should it ever come to that. Escape from New York now looks prophetic.

His heart is where it should be and he is certainly giving back. My only criticism would be that he needs to make another ad. I've seen the present one for years and years.

Do people even know what a prayer is?? Mike Lindell gave advice for people turn back to God and read their Bibles. That is not a prayer. However, for some who are so open minded their brains fell out, the mere mention of God causes them to have a fit. In their book, God is banned and that was Mike Lindell's entire point.

He was able through God to turn his life around and help other people.Perhaps thats what the msm cant deal with, his getting clean and sober , his building a successful company , his helping fellow human beings has nothing to do with government. Mike Lindell, who is to be admired for turning his life around, is a true American entrepreneur, in addition to being a godly man. It's quite an accomplishment for him to keep his employees busy making medical products during this enforced closure of 90% of the country. It's what I would expect this creative person to do. As for My Pillow products, after buying one My Pillow at BBBY several years ago, I won't sleep without it now, and have bought six more. The Giza Dream sheets are recent purchases, and they are indeed the most comfortable sheets I've slept upon. (And I had been buying extremely high thread count sheets--up to 1,500 threads per square inch--since the late '90s, so I know a bit from personal experience about luxury bedding.) Mike Lindell is a great American, as well as my brother in Christ. I am very proud of what he's done.

Liberals aren't happy when they win and they are not happy when they lose. They couldn't come up with a good idea if their life depended on it and they hate anyone else's ideas. Anything done is never enough, never right, never good. They always look for boobs on an ant. Always. They hate everything about America. Her values, culture, traditions and Americans in general. They hate that we can come together to solve problems. They are spineless, gutless, brainless and heartless. They value nothing. They are profoundly jealous of success of any kind. They want this country to fail. Yes, yes they do. They are full of self loathing and unstable at best. Time to start democrat, liberal, progressive, socialist, marxist, commie shaming.

The urban elitesand their enemedia sycophants are essentially secular atheists. They believe that anyone who still believes in God or follows the teachings of the Bible are primitives. Just icky. Uncool. Not "evolved" like them. Little wonder then that in a great pandemic, they have nothing to bring them together, contribute to otrhers, or sacrifice for the good of the country and their fellow citizens. Instead they mock, snark, and when the going gets tough in their neighborhood, they bug out and invade the neighborhoods of...the primitives who have prayed, prepared, and are helping everyone around them. Think. This may not be a random pandemic. It just may be a timely demo from Him who will not be mocked.

Small and insecure people will TRY to tear others down to elevate themselves. They are the worse of the worse. These Lilliputians of the media can't shine Mike Lindel's shoes. Mike has a compelling story of turning his life around and is an example of an phenomenal American success story. His marketing techniques are textbook and his presence was as important as all the other big corporate CEO's who presented their contributions to the crisis. At least the My Pillow guy is trying to help in the middle of this serious pandemic. Remember the My Pillow guy is a private citizen and it is his right to say a prayer whenever he wishes. You can’t say that for most of the so called mainstream (liberal) media talking heads who are trying to stoke politicized panic across the country by flapping their gums constantly attempting to create controversy that gives them something to talk about. In that respect the media game is to conduct interviews with a bunch of doctors, politicians, and even unqualified others, elicit differing opinions and then use those differing opinions to keep on creating controversy that simply confuses people. One of the worst things the media, most of it based in New York City, has done is give Governor Cuomo of New York free reign nationally, and not just in New York, to complain and drone on, sometimes for an hour and a half daily about the spreading corona virus situation in New York City, a place of massive population density, that has little in common with the rest of the USA, outside of Chicago and Los Angeles. By giving Cuomo all that air time, obviously for future political purposes, some of the air time even used by Cuomo to introduce his family members to the nation and to talk about his families old time Sunday dinners, the media also owes the other 49 State Governors the same opportunities to talk about the Corona virus situations in their States that are impacted now, or that will be impacted in the near future.

A Border Patrol agent was involved in a shooting last week with a smuggler who was posing as part of the construction crews working on President Trump’s border wall in Arizona, The Washington Times has learned. Nobody was reported injured. Although one driver was caught, another smuggler who was part of the shootout managed to escape back into Mexico. Nearly 20 illegal immigrants were discovered in the two trucks they were driving. It was the latest incident of smuggling cartels using the tumult of wall construction to try to sneak people or drugs into the U.S.

Acting Navy secretary Thomas Modly, in an extensive interview about the firing of the commander of a disease-threatened aircraft carrier, said he acted because he believed the captain was “panicking” under pressure — and wanted to make the move himself, before President Trump ordered the captain’s dismissal. “I didn’t want to get into a decision where the president would feel that he had to intervene because the Navy couldn’t be decisive,” Modly told me in a telephone call from Hawaii at about 1 a.m. Sunday, Washington time. He continued: “If I were president, and I saw a commanding officer of a ship exercising such poor judgment, I would be asking

In both venues he has repeatedly lied about what the Trump administration is doing. Or, to be fair, he may be so out of it that he just doesn’t have a clue. Democratic Party fact-checkers have racked up one Biden Pinocchio after another, as his claims have been impossible to defend. But the real point is that Biden lacks the mental capacity of an average human being,

Almost before the ink is dry on Trump's signature on the $2 trillion stimulus bill, Democrats are agitating for another one. Indeed, another infusion of cash in the economy and more checks to Americans may become necessary. But Mitch McConnell and Senate Republicans want to wait and see some of the effects of the first stimulus bill before entertaining another. Team Trump just finalized a rule that will make safer cars more accessible to Americans — and, in the midst of an unprecedented economic slowdown, the limousine left is assailing the administration for it. The Safer Affordable Fuel-Efficient Vehicles Rule rolls back an Obama-era regulation that made US Corporate Average Fuel Economy standards some of the strictest in the world, beating even carbon-obsessed Europe. The change means that automakers’ fleets will have to average around 40 miles per gallon by 2025, not the 54 mpg set by the last administration in 2012. That rule pretended that automakers could raise CAFE by 5 percent a year, every year, for decades.

Fear sweeps the land. Many businesses collapse. Some huge fortunes are made. Panicked consumers stockpile paper, food, and weapons. The government’s reaction is inconsistent and ineffectual. Ordinary commerce grinds to a halt; investors can find no safe assets. Political factionalism grows more intense. Everything falls apart. This was all as true of revolutionary France in 1789 and 1790 as it is of the United States today. Are we at the beginning of a revolution that has yet to be named? Do we want to be? That we are on the verge of a major transformation seems obvious.

Since no one in the mainstream media would ever dare write this, allow me: I’d like to give a round of applause to Vice President Mike Pence. I can’t wait for the Trump-Deranged trolls to lose their minds as they read that opener. Take a deep breath guys, because I’m just getting started! We’ve always known that the vice president is a religious man. I mean, how could we forget? Since the day he was picked as VP in 2016, the media has never missed an opportunity to mock him for being an evangelical, born-again Christian.

After the 9/11 terrorist attack, Rudy Giuliani’s calm presence was an inspiration to the entire nation. Today, New York is a different kind of ground zero, and it has a very different kind of leadership — which is to say, the weak and woefully inadequate kind. To say that Mayor Bill de Blasio has done a poor job under pressure is to understate the case. In the simpler times of 2014, New Yorkers had the luxury of chuckling at his weak leadership, as when he killed a defenseless groundhog at a public event. But that he has proven himself such a clown amid a grave crisis,

"I'm mad as hell, and I'm not going to take this anymore." Remember that line from the famous American movie "Network"? It's time for a rebellion. Every out-of-work American and every out-of-business American business owner needs to open their windows and shout it, shout it so loud it reaches President Donald Trump, Congress and every swamp politician from Washington D.C., to New York to Boston to Beverly Hills, California. It's time for this madness to stop. Mr. President, do you understand how many suicides of prominent business owners are going to start piling up?

Just a few weeks ago, America’s economy was chugging along, high school seniors were prepping for graduation, fitness clubs were rolling out their spring specials and Americans were starting to discuss their summer travel plans. Now? Now it’s a different world. A brave new world. Now, masked men and women separated by six feet of government-mandated space wait their turns at the local grocery, hoping by the time they’re waved through the door there’ll still be toilet paper available for sale. Now, local restaurants advertise take-out only — and only the few that are still serving at all. Now, Americans stay home in the day, at night, all the hours in between,

The Zoom teleconferencing app has been “mistakenly” routing user data through China, the Silicon Valley company admitted Friday evening. The app has surged in popularity as workers and students the world over are stuck in their homes amid the coronavirus pandemic. Schools have been using the app for online classes while companies and even governments have been using it to hold meetings, and much of that data may have been exposed to China, the Financial Times reported. Certain calls were “allowed to connect to systems in China, where they should not have been able to connect,” the company said in a statement.

Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) is demanding the racial data of those contracting the novel coronavirus, contending that it is “critical to ensuring an equitable and just response to this crisis across the board.” While the virus appears to be no respecter of persons, infecting more than one million people globally, Warren believes it is “critical” to have racial data to properly respond to the pandemic. “Our health care system is rife with racial disparities. Racial data on coronavirus will be critical to ensuring an equitable and just response to this crisis across the board,” she wrote in a tweet, referencing an article from the Atlantic. “But we don’t have that data—yet,” she added:

On Friday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “The Last Word,” House Intelligence Committee chairman Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) reacted to the firing of Intelligence Community Inspector General Michael Atkinson by stating President Trump is “retaliating against people that are on his enemies list and doing it in the dead of night” as people are dying. Schiff stated, “We’re in the middle of a pandemic, and what is this president doing, as thousands of people are dying? He is retaliating against people that are on his enemies list and doing it in the dead of night. This is just another showing of the character or the lack of character of this president.

Sunday on ABC’s “This Week,” former Vice President Joe Biden said President Donald Trump should have stopped air travel from China sooner than he did to fight the coronavirus pandemic by saying 45 nations had already blocked “China personnel from being able to come to the United States.” On Trump’s response to the outbreak, Biden said, “I would tell him what we went through a similar crisis, you have to move swiftly. We have to move more rapidly. You have to implement the Defense Production Act, empower a supply commander, create, you know, a Defense Production Act for banks for small business loans, you got to faster than slower, and

But my generic point is that you should follow the science.”The move differs from how President Trump said he would act in public. Trump said Friday he would not wear a mask because it could interfere

In a bigoted effort to mislead its readers and demonize the American South, the far-left New York Times on Thursday manufactured a wildly misleading coronavirus map. Using a desperately sweaty piece of reverse-engineering to make Southerners (and I’m a proud one, Yeeehaawwww) look as irresponsible as possible, the Times — a fake news outlet that hires racists, spreads deliberate misinformation, and has already smeared Christians as the cause of a coronavirus outbreak that’s currently hitting mostly secular, urban areas like New York — published a steaming pile of fake news. “Where America Didn’t Stay Home Even as the Virus Spread” is the name of the piece

Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker ripped President Donald Trump on Sunday over management of the federal stockpile holding undistributed and urgently needed COVID-19 supplies. Trump – and Jared Kushner, the president’s senior adviser and son-in-law - have been saying the states have no special priority access to the Strategic National Stockpile to obtain desperately needed supplies. Trump has been reluctant to fully distribute ventilators and other medical equipment from the national stockpile as governors, including Pritzker, are begging for help.(Snip) If they had started in February, building ventilators, getting ready for this pandemic, we would not have the problems that we have today and frankly, very many fewer people would die,” Pritzker said.

Count me as one of a diminishing number of "coronavirus response" skeptics. My vantage point is that of a working-class person (service manager in an auto repair shop). My state of Virginia has joined the growing number of states that has ordered its citizens to remain in their homes except for essential reasons, and a shutdown of non-essential businesses until at least June 10th. The good news for me is that auto repair is classed as an essential service and I have enough diverse skills to make me the kind of employee who will be the last to be laid off.
