Appearing Wednesday on MSNBC’s The Rachel Maddow Show, Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) said he will drop out of the Democratic presidential primary if former Vice President Joe Biden has a plurality of pledged delegates heading into the Democratic National Convention.(Video) A partial transcript is as follows: RACHEL MADDOW: If, at the end of the day, it turns out that Vice President Biden is going to have more delegates than you do heading into the convention, will you drop out?

“But if Biden walks into the convention, or at the end of the process has more votes than me,” and I get another house, we’re good!
There - fixed it for you!

It's just a question of agreeing on a sufficient number of Benjamin's at the convention, right Bernie?

Well, gee, who woulda thunk it of ole Red Bernie. Wonder what his supporters will think about this little gem. We all knew he was paid off last time. They must have agreed on the right amount faster this time.

I'm thinking a nice boat to go along with that lakefront home he bought (and paid cash) when he dropped out last time. For a commie, Bernie sure knows how to profit from his Presidential runs.

He's as bad as the Clinton Gang, always has his hand out.

So the commie youth will stay home instead of voting for the senile old white guy, thus insuring a win for Trump, who will be picking up a lot of black and hispanic (legitimate) voters

The fix is in, and it's apparent to any think, rational person.
I expect Bernie to be a strong supporter of Biden, and try to rally his rabid base of socialists to vote for Biden, as a means to take the next step in their march towards socialism, but they'll settle for the medicare for all, and other nuggets most Americans don't want, but will be forced to accept.

i watched part of the Rachel Maddow interview of crazy Bernie, and thought Rachel might have been on the very edge of giving Bernie some heterosexual action for the first time in her life.
old Jo Biden is about to become the sacrificial anode of the 2020 election. and the dimocrat party will continue to be in disarray.

Sanders probably just ended his campaign. Why bother fighting for him when he is going to just walk away. His fanatics won't like that.

Bernie is getting snookered again. I don't think he really wanted to be president. He enjoys barking in front of a crowd, which is what he used to do standing on a street corner in Vermont yeasrs ago.

Before the Super Tuesday results, Biden had a roughly 25% lead in delagates. After the ST voting, Biden had a lot more delegates numerically, but only a 10% lead.
Everyone all gaga about "Biden's big win", but actually Bernie closed the gap quite a bit. And with Warren out, look for Bernie to pick up her leftist, totalitarian dingbat contingent at least 80%.
I don't think that the Lying Dog Faced Pony Soldier has this wrapped up just yet. And besides, he still has to be able to remember what his name is for another 8 months. That may be pretty difficult for Biden to manage.

By showing his hand before the all important Democrat Michigan Primary, is old Bernie angling for another payoff?

A great couplet from Anna Russell's hilarious Gilbert and Sullivan send up reminds me of Bernie's quandary: 'I did a lot of chiseling in matters undetectable...but now I'm so conspicuous I'm forced to be respectable!' His real estate inventory is now too well known.for him to acquire more.A boat would be too. Besides, they don't need to spend any money; just offer to guarantee him continued access to a supply of oxygen.

The next question: Whom will the Dem powers choose to run with Biden? (In other words, whom will they try to annoint as the next President?)

Feel the Bern! LOL, what a perfect candidate for greedy underachievers. We tried to tell you, but being the wits you are you replied with that oh so smug, 'ok, boomer.' Well punk, how's your 'movement' today? Don't bother trying to come up with an argument, just make a tiny fist and smash something in a place where the cops just stand around.
I'm old enough to have been misguided and foolish about a lot of things, but at least I had enough brains not to get excited about a lover of communists, who sold out to fascists, TWICE. That takes some really willfully stupid people to drive around advertising that they back this old barfly. On the other hand keep 'resisting' by leaving your bernie sticker on your junker. It's good to know who the mental defectives are in society.

Sound magnanimous, but Bernie knows that if he doesn't win on the first ballot, the superdelegates will go for Biden.
