A serial subway scammer who allegedly tricks tourists into buying worthless MetroCards was sent to jail Thursday — after his 142nd career arrest. Charles Barry had enjoyed a revolving turnstile of justice for most of 2020, thanks to new bail reform laws that mandate zero bail for most non-violent offenses. He was arrested six times this year alone for allegedly stealing — or trying to steal — the cash of Manhattan straphangers, and once, on Feb. 4, actually taking cash from the hand of an elderly woman in a wheelchair. He should sue the city for not stopping him earlier when his likely sentence would have been much less.

A thief wearing a burqa and armed with a spray bottle made off with nearly $1 million worth of necklaces and watches from a Hudson Yards jeweler on Sunday, police sources said. The bling bandit, a man dressed in a burqa covering most of his face, walked into the luxury Piaget jewelry store at around 3:55 p.m. and asked to look at a necklace, sources and police officials said. As the clerk pulled out the necklace, priced at about $21,000, he noticed the man was holding onto one of the store’s watches, according to sources.

The city of Cambridge, Massachusetts just brought the concept of sanctuary city to a whole new level. In an effort to protect illegal immigrants from ICE, the city has passed a new law which directs police not to arrest illegals caught driving without a driver’s license. They don’t call it the ‘People’s Republic of Cambridge’ for nothing, folks. As a Massachusetts native, let me assure you that pretty much every joke you’ve heard about Cambridge is true. Drew Karedes reports at FOX 25 News in Boston: Under new Cambridge law, undocumented immigrants won’t be arrested for driving without a license It’s the law

Here we see a young mother who is so upset that her in-laws refuse to pick up her children from daycare that she is thinking of denying them access to the

Harvard Law School professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz revealed in an interview on Sunday that he has proof that former Democrat President Barack Obama ordered the FBI to investigate someone after far-left billionaire George Soros asked for the investigation. There was a lot of White House control of the Justice Department during the Kennedy administration and I don’t think we saw very many liberal professors arguing against that,” Dershowitz told Breitbart News. “I have some information as well about the Obama administration – which will be disclosed in a lawsuit at some point, but I’m not prepared to disclose it now – about how President Obama personally asked the

The 24 million people who watched this year’s Academy Awards got to see what Hollywood has become: an industry that cares less about producing quality entertainment, and more about reinforcing a culture that puts a premium on grievance, oppression and victimhood. No one is more committed to fortifying the standing of victims and their unearned privileges than liberal celebrities. What are each of the nationally televised awards ceremonies if not tributes to social justice, celebrations of “diversity” and recognitions of various forms of hardship that women, ethnic minorities and

As of this writing, there is no release date, no number of episodes set, and no network attached. If there's no title yet, I think it should be called "Skipping School." But, we do have a series description courtesy of BBC Studios: The series will follow Greta’s international crusade, which takes her to the front line of climate change in some of the most extraordinary places on earth, as she explores what actions could be taken

(Just in time for the 4th of July. How patriotic.) The House Public Safety Committee approved a ban on AK-47s and AR-15 style rifles, as well as all suppressors and magazines holding 12 rounds or more. There was a last-minute concession made to allow rifle owners to grandfather their weapons legally purchased before the ban goes into effect. There is no such grandfather clause for magazines or suppressors.

Myrtle Beach (United States) - For centuries, South Carolina's Charleston was the largest port of entry for the transatlantic slave trade. Now, a billionaire activist named Tom Steyer is shaking up the state's Democratic primary by advocating slavery reparations for African Americans. A California financier turned philanthropist and environmental campaigner, Steyer has poured tens of millions of dollars into the state ahead of Saturday's vote -- with a single-minded focus on the black voters who make up 60 percent of its Democratic electorate. How South Carolina's African Americans vote in the White House primaries is traditionally a key indicator of which contender
