Two suspected Northern California porch pirates were found early Monday with 108 packages and envelopes in their car after the vehicle rolled over on the side of a highway while the pair were being pursued by police, authorities said.
The Butte County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call around 1:50 a.m. reporting a man who was seen possibly taking items out of mailboxes in an area of Durham, a rural community about 80 miles north of Sacramento, the sheriff's office said Tuesday.

The editor-in-chief of Christianity Today, Mark Galli, wrote an editorial calling for the impeachment of President Donald Trump.
In my view, this editorial only serves to confirm one of the sadder realizations of my life: that religious conviction guarantees neither moral clarity nor common sense.
The gist of the editorial -- and of most religious and conservative opposition to President Trump -- is that any good the president has done is dwarfed by his character defects.
This is an amoral view that says more about Galli than it does about the president.

Ever since the impeachment bandwagon got rolling in September, anything said in defense of President Trump is automatically dismissed by Democrats and their media allies as either (a) “Republican talking points,” (b) “Russian propaganda” or (c) a “conspiracy theory.” The self-evident purpose of this rhetoric is to delegitimize the president’s defenders as either dishonest partisans, agents of a foreign enemy, or purveyors of paranoid delusions. An unknown number of U.S. air travelers have been exposed to measles after at least five airports allowed people with the highly infectious disease to pass through this month, according to health officials in the affected cities.
At Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport, a person with the disease traveled through two terminals over the course of a week, ABC News reported.
That passenger passed through O’Hare’s Terminal 3 on Dec. 12, the network reported. Five days later, the same passenger passed through the airport’s Terminal 1.
Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., will return to Oklahoma City on Sunday, where she will meet with Native American groups as part of a reported effort to blunt continuing criticism over her past claims to have Native American heritage.
