Texas - Beto O’Rourke isn’t running for Senate again, and Democrats who have unusually high hopes for Texas in 2020 are facing an unsettled landscape. There’s no clear frontrunner among a dozen Democrats challenging Republican incumbent John Cornyn. None have raised big money and most candidates remain widely unknown.
O’Rourke narrowly lost to Republican Sen. Ted Cruz last year and his presidential bid flamed out in November. Democrats urged the former El Paso congressman to run again for Senate, but the deadline to get on the 2020 ballot in Texas came and went this week.

Dear Associated Press - none is singular - it replaces 'no one' - the correct verb form is singular - as in 'none has raised big money.'
I don't expect you to get the correct facts, but at least you could use your own style book.
As for the fake mexican, I don't care. But he might want to get a real job, to see what work is like.

After coming out for forced gun confiscation, open borders, and higher taxes, there is no way he could win a dogcatcher election in Concho County, much less a senate seat in Texas.

Doggone it, and I was just thinking about moving to Texas just to vote for him s/o

If he couldn't beat Ted Cruz, there's no way on Earth he would stand a chance against Cornyn. Beaner is a never-was, and now it's time for him to disappear.

You have to know the grift!
Democrats become politicians to get rich. My former classmate Bobby was sent a ton of money to beat Cruz. He still has a lot of it.
Per the rules, he has to keep dipping his toes into races to keep that slush fund and not have to give it up. He'll play around the edges for years.

No clear frontrunner seems to be a party-wide problem for all Dimwitted office-seekers. Yes, most remain widely unknown is so true. Especially among those dreaming of beating Trump. Yep, came and went. That will be the headline in November 2020. Election day came and went and democrats were so unmotivated that they stayed home crying because they knew Trump was going to win win win bigly again. Doesn't it feel good ladies and gentlemen? You bet it does.

Too bad, I'm in suburban Dallas and was looking forward to voting against him again, and to all those out-of-state liberal donors wasting their money again. I also thought he would run just so that all the die-hard deluded Democrats here in Texas wouldn't have to offend Gaia by having new bumper stickers printed to replace all the fading "Beto" stickers they still have on their foreign-made cars (I don't think I've ever seen a Democrat bumper sticker on an American-made car. Look around sometime, see for yourself.)

Beato, I am sure there is a 501 (c) 3 who might take you on. Otherwise, disappear, pal.

When he ran against Ted Cruz, he was an unknown pretty-boy lie-beral with a faux Mexican name. And Ted Cruz had rubbed a lot of voters the wrong way by attacking President Trump during the primaries.
But now Beto-the-faux-Mexican is a very known commodity!!!! His insane rants about gun confiscation and unlimited open borders is well known, and far too much, for all but the most rabid of lie-berals!!!!!!

Yep. Tell Texans that you are going to forcibly seize their firearms is still not a good move in the Lonestar State. You might ask Al 'Chakras' Gore what gun control advocacy did for him in his 'home' state of Tennessee. It cost him the Presidency when he lost the state. Carry Tennessee and he wins. Thank you, Tennessee!

It was Cheeto's gun talk that prompted me to build my first AR-15. I wanted to give the fascists another one to come and take.

Say it isn't so. OK (no hand gesture here), someone in my apartment complex is going to have to remove the two stickers on their rear car bumper. To be continued.
