After three years of trying to oust President Donald Trump from the White House – using everything from Russia! Russia! Russia! to the Emoluments Clause to the 25th Amendment to Ukraine phone calls – Democrats appear to have settled on four items on which to impeach the president. The House Judiciary Committee is hearing “presentations of evidence” from attorneys representing the Democrat majority and Republican minority in order to formalize articles of impeachment against Trump. Former federal prosecutor Andrew C. McCarthy told Fox News that after the testimony by Intelligence Committee majority counsel Daniel Goldman, it boils down to four things

The dems want multiple items upon which to impeach the President because they know they can push the narrative that he must be guilty of at least one of the things included. I am beyond angry and frustrated by these arrogant and sanctimonious jack wagons of deceit. Clearly, they are just making stuff up and it is reprehensible that they are so power hungry and hate filled that the party cannot even find one voice of reason to counsel them against this harmful and dangerous path they are on. Democrats are willing to totally divide the country in order to destroy this President. They don’t give a flying fig if the Republic is irreparably damaged as long as they get Trump. I thought I disliked Obama when he was in office but the loathing I have for these selfish demented democrats has gone way beyond what I felt for Obama at his worst. I am going to leave it at that lest I say too much. You never know when big brother is lurking.

I really am tired of conservative pundits trying to parse out this situation. Crimes were committed. The President was correct to investigate them. Why should any of this be going on? Use your energy to go after the real criminals. The best defense is a good offense.

While no longer Constitutionally possible, it is high time to politically "impeach" Barack Hussein Obama. This slick "jive talker" was elected to bring unity and better race relations to our Republic, but he has delivered only more identity politics, political correctness nonsense, apologies worldwide for our nation's "sins", berating of our founders, and corrupt appointees who have infested pretty much the entire government. While unlikely that he will ever be held criminally accountable, at least his "legacy" should be made so. And don't forget that Michelle still waits in the wings. Don't believe for a second that she does not have ambitions.

Two things...four things...forty things...doesn't matter. This "bombshell" will be used as outrage material and die in the House Judiciary Committee, perhaps resurrected as a censure resolution. The UNIPARTY, including Pelosi and Nadler, can see the effect this "impeachment" is having - none of it good for them. Unless Mitch can give them a conviction in the Senate, they'll cut their losses. It's an election year.

Only two, from what I have read. Both are made out of smoke, lies and fog, nary a fact or truth to be found.

Monday’s split-screen drama, as the House Judiciary Committee weighed impeachment charges against President Trump and as the Justice Department’s inspector general released a 476-page report on the FBI’s handling of its 2016 investigation into Trump’s campaign, made one truth of the modern world inescapable: The lies and obfuscations forwarded ad infinitum on Fox News pose a dangerous threat to the national security of the United States. The facts of both dramas were clear to objective viewers: In the one instance, there’s conclusive and surprisingly consistent evidence that President Trump pushed Ukraine to concoct dirt on a domestic political rival to affect the 2020 presidential election, and in the other, Justice Department

The Pentagon on Tuesday suspended all training of Saudi military officers training in the U.S. as it launched a wide-ranging review Tuesday evening in the wake of a deadly shooting over the weekend at a base in Pensacola, Florida that claimed the lives of three U.S. sailors. All operational training of Saudi nationals who are in programs at U.S. military facilities will be halted immediately, and the review will limit their training to classroom-based only, said a top Pentagon official on a Tuesday evening call with reporters. The FBI identified the shooter as 21-year-old Mohammed Alshamrani, 21, a 2nd lieutenant in the Royal Saudi Air Force

Everyone was buzzing last week about Joe Biden’s confrontation with a voter in Iowa who had the temerity to ask about son Hunter’s extremely lucrative job on the board of Ukrainian gas company Burisma—a job Hunter Biden received one month after his father was named the Obama administration’s “point person” on Ukraine. Biden, obviously, did not take well to the suggestion he had enabled corruption by his son. As a general rule, I’d like to see more bare-knuckles between politicians and voters in campaign settings, but the real revelation here is that Joe Biden is totally, utterly unprepared to answer obvious difficult questions

TIME magazine will name the anonymous federal employee whose whistleblower report set off President Donald Trump’s impending impeachment its 2019 Person of the Year, the Washington Free Beacon has learned. The whistleblower himself never emerged publicly to tell his story, and the publication will also honor the civil servants who came forward to testify before Congress about the events described in his report. That report centered on a July 25 phone call between Trump and Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky. It charged that Trump used "the power of his office to solicit interference from a foreign country in the 2020 U.S. election."

Attorney General William Barr sat for an extended interview with NBC’s Pete Williams to discuss the findings in the Department of Justice Inspector General report released yesterday afternoon. NBC has cut the thing up in a couple of stories, but it has also posted the whole thing on YouTube (24-minute video below). Barr is familiar with the evidence gathered so far; he knows what he’s talking about. He understands that what we have staring us in the face is an unprecedented political scandal. He tentatively anticipates the criminal investigation reaching “a watershed” by late spring or early summer. I urge interested readers

James Rosen, a great reporter, asked Nancy Pelosi at a press conference last week why she hates the duly elected president of the United States. In her response, Pelosi detoured into another dimension, denying that she hates Donald Trump. “As a Catholic,” she lectured, “I resent your using the word ‘hate’ in a sentence that addresses me. I don’t hate anyone.” “My goodness!,” I thought to myself. “How utterly frustrated, bemused — even furious — sincerely devout Catholics must feel listening to this cheap politician, who represents billionaires in a district teeming with homeless, cloaking her hatred for President Trump in Catholic fabric!”

The New York State attorney general has issued a new subpoena to the National Rifle Association, deepening her eight-month investigation and providing fresh clues about where it is headed, according to people with knowledge of the document. The subpoena, which was described to The New York Times, was issued last week and covers at least four areas, including campaign finance, payments made to board members and tax compliance. Because the N.R.A. is chartered in New York and the office of the attorney general, Letitia James, has a range of enforcement options, the investigation has alarmed N.R.A. officials already grappling with infighting and litigation.

For two years, the president of the United States and his followers have loudly declared that the FBI acted unlawfully in conducting a counterintelligence investigation of Russia’s interference in the 2016 presidential campaign. They repeatedly told the American people that the FBI had done all sorts of bad things, such as tapping Donald Trump’s wires during the campaign, opening an investigation without adequate cause, with the intent to damage Trump, and inserting secret informants into the Trump campaign. The president said the FBI’s actions were “treason.”

In early October, Elizabeth Warren hit her stride. Her stock in the Democratic primary had been climbing steadily since midsummer, and as Joe Biden continued to lag, the Massachusetts senator became the first presidential hopeful to overtake him as front-runner in the RealClearPolitics polling average. She’s been in free fall ever since. Warren now sits at just 14.8 percent in the RCP average, in third place behind Bernie Sanders, with about half the support Biden has. The former vice president has lost a step or two (or several) since his time as Obama’s right-hand man, but it’s looking less and less likely that Warren will be the Democrat to supplant

It’s now official: Russia, Russia, Russia really was fake news from the start. There was no factual basis for the FBI to spy on Donald Trump’s campaign. That means there was no need for the appointment of a special counsel and that Robert Mueller should have stayed in retirement. It means the two years of rumors and accusations and the giant cloud of suspicions over the White House produced by Mueller’s headhunters were unfair and unjustified. It also means J. Edgar Hoover can finally rest in peace. James Comey is now revealed to be the dirtiest cop ever to run the FBI.

This release led to years of 'demeaning' tweets from President Trump, forced Page into therapy and left her looking for work, the lawsuit said.
