Gibson’s Bakery alleges Cleveland media

On November 8, 2019, I noted a strange twist in the Gibson’s Bakery v. Oberlin College case. Several months after the verdicts, and a month after the court denied a nearly identical motion by Oberlin College, two Cleveland media outlets plus an Ohio media non-profit group sought to unseal the Facebook records of Allyn D. Gibson.(Snip)(Sep. 16, 2019 Order, p. 2). While the current motion was not filed by Defendants, there are substantial connections between Movants and Defendants’ counsel, including the fact that Defendants’ lead counsel, Ron Holman, II, was a television legal analyst for Movant WEWS-TV for more than ten (10) years.

Comments:

Cleveland WEWS-TV ABC - According to a Fox News article written by Dan Gainor(Why Don't We Hear About Soros' Ties to Over 30 Major News Organizations? 5-7-15), GeorgeSoros “...has ties to more than 30 mainstream news outlets--including The New York Times, WashingtonPost, the AssociatedPress, NBC and ABC.” According to an article written by William A. Jacobson (OberlinCollege hires high-powered D.C. lawyers to appeal Gibson’sBakery verdict – 10-8-19), ChrisCanavan is Chair of Oberlin College’s Board of Trustee’s and for most of the past decade, he was Director, Global Policy Development at Soros Fund Management, until leaving that position in September 2019.

Soros is the public representative of a larger concern. He's actually small fry. He's still dangerous, though.

A viral video published by Deseret Sun photojournalist J. Omar Ornelas shows two men using a ladder to defeat the replacement border fence that President Donald Trump said “can’t be climbed.” In September, Trump visited the Otay Mesa border site to extol the virtues of the replacement barrier that’s being installed there, and went on an extended riff about how difficult the fence would be to climb. Trump said the wall had been tested by “world-class mountain climbers,” and referenced “pictures of young people climbing walls with drugs on their back--a lot of drugs.”

After skewering Melania Trump’s holiday decorations in the past, the Washington Post has this year approved of her White House decor, and decided instead to criticize the former fashion model's appearance in a widely mocked piece on Tuesday that labeled the first lady's jacket "ridiculous." The liberal paper’s fashion critic Robin Givhan wrote a piece headlined, “Melania Trump’s Christmas decorations are lovely, but that coat looks ridiculous,” which criticizes the outfit the first lady wore when unveiling the décor.

Virginia Roberts Giuffre, who claims she was trafficked by convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein and forced to have sex with Prince Andrew on three occasions nearly 20 years ago, has shared more details of her story in a shocking interview broadcast Monday. Roberts, now 35, told BBC Panorama in a one-hour sitdown--reportedly conducted before the broadcaster's interview with Andrew that aired Nov. 14--how she first met Epstein. According to Roberts, she was working at Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate

OBERLIN — Student groups at Oberlin College recently put a memorial commemorating Bahaa Abu el-Atta, a senior commander from the Palestinian militant group Islamic Jihad, after he and his wife were killed in an attack by Israel Defense Forces. According to reporting from The Associated Press, Israel targeted and killed the leader in a rocket strike on Nov. 12. It’s reported that Abu el-Atta died with his wife while they slept in their home in eastern Gaza. The strike then set off the heaviest fighting in months between the militant group and Israel.

Dallas patriots Kevin Freeman, host of the Economic War Room on BlazeTV and Russ Ramsland, a voter fraud and election expert, have released detailed findings from a cyber/forensic investigation into election fraud utilizing compromised voting machines in 2018 (and quite probably, in the governor’s race in 2019 in Kentucky). In summary terms, Freeman’s “Episode #70” reveals that (1) security protections in voting machines were disabled, (2) penetration and manipulation of actual vote tabulations was and is possible, and (3) evidence already exists that votes were surreptitiously, electronically manipulated to change election results.

RUSH: So, we had a bit of a bombshell last night that I need to put in perspective for you. Mr. Horowitz, the inspector general, reported that he has found evidence that an FBI lawyer manipulated a key investigative document related to the FBI’s secretive surveillance of a former Trump campaign adviser--Carter Page. (Snip) Now, why? I have to tell you, folks, I have to be very, very honest about something. When I saw yesterday that the inspector general report was gonna be released on December 9th, I said, why the hell did they announce that? What in the world is there to gain by announcing that?

A highly anticipated Justice Department inspector general report meant to 'investigate the investigators' behind the lengthy Russia probe will not conclude political bias drove decisions made by former FBI Director James Comey and former FBI lawyer Peter Strzok. But IG Michael Horowitz has determined that some FBI officials were sloppy and unprofessional, The New York Times reported on Friday, giving President Donald Trump a hook to continue claiming ideologically slanted 'deep state' enemies twisted the law to secure wiretap orders against his onetime campaign adviser Carter Page.

Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz has found evidence that an FBI lawyer manipulated a key investigative document related to the FBI's secretive surveillance of a former Trump campaign adviser--enough to change the substantive meaning of the document, according to multiple reports. The show-stopping development comes as Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., told Fox News that Horowitz's comprehensive report on allegations of Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant abuse against former Trump campaign aide Carter Page will be released on Dec. 9. "That's locked," Graham said.

A little something to cleanse the palate. She said this in an interview today with Howard Stern, which makes it slightly less weird since chatter about lesbians is like 40 percent of the content on that show. Or at least it was when I was a regular listener a million years ago. (In fairness to Stern, she’s the one who brings it up.) He went easy on her by not asking the obvious follow-up: What were you doing at Epstein’s ranch, then? She should consider this a missed opportunity, as a surprise admission of bisexuality would have helped add a little more “diversity” to an upcoming Democratic debate.

One of the final four teams’ goalkeepers, Isa Berardo, is a male transgender playing as a female for Pomona-Pitzer Colleges. Not surprisingly, the male goalie has dominated the field against opposing female players, giving his own a chance to win the national championship thanks to his physical advantages in a key position. This is increasingly happening throughout women’s sports, at all levels from elementary school through professional competitions. It’s creating not equality, but inequality.

California Sen. Kamala Harris should never have run for president in the first place. Her ambition far exceeded her ability. She hadn’t yet established herself in the U.S. Senate. And she hadn’t exactly excelled in her previous job as California’s attorney general. There wasn’t much of a record worth bragging about on the campaign trail. After being elected to the Senate in a 2016 cakewalk, she should have spent the next three years focused exclusively on representing Californians in Congress, helping the state on such vital issues as water development, environmental protection, healthcare and homelessness. But people around her — political advisors and her sister Maya Harris

It alleges that the prosecution's key witness in Zimmerman's 2013 murder trial, Rachel Jeantel, was an imposter coached by the family and their lawyers.
