LGBTQ activists are still unhappy with Chick-fil-A after the fast-food chain announced Monday it was ending donations to The Salvation Army and other Christian charities following years of backlash. Chick-fil-A caused a stir after announcing it would no longer donate to Fellowship of Christian Athletes, The Salvation Army or Paul Anderson Youth Homes following years of criticism for donating to faith-based groups that support traditional marriage.(Snip) “Chick-fil-A Still Isn’t LGBTQ-Friendly, Despite Pledge on Donations,” reads a headline by The Advocate magazine. “Remember, Chick-fil-A isn’t LGBTQ-friendly yet,” reads another by LGBTQ

They aren't going to win the like of a single brain-dead and hate-filled lie-beral with this stunt!!! The lie-berals won't be happy until they destroy Chic-fil-A and every other "enemy" they see.
But they are going to lose a lot of moral people who see this for the surrender to pure evil that it is!!!!!
I love Chic-fil-A and will still eat there on occasion. It is a really good chicken sandwich with great service. But I won't be going out of my way to eat there any more. I just don't feel that same desire, since I did it before as much to support the company as I did for a great chicken sandwich!!!.

The BEST thing they could do is to revoke their ill-conceived announcement and go back to the way things were. They also need to apologize to all their loyal customers and re-state their Christian values. We don’t hate the sinner but we don’t have to put up with what they do.

There is really nothing that will make these depraved people happy; in fact I believe the only thing that does make them happy is to be constantly miserable. Deep down they know they are not 'right".
They worship regularly at Our Lady of the Perpetually Pi$$ed. I cannot imagine sadder lives than theirs.
Chick-Fil-A gained nothing from this change but some bloom did come off their rose. They also managed to disappoint some loyal customers along the way.
All this to make less than 5 percent of the population happy. At the end of the day it will be for naught.

CF'A cannot grovel low enough. What did this get you?
The "Lesbian-Gay, Etc. community" smells blood in the water and will continue to circle - they will never stop demonstrating and will continue to resist the placement of CF'A's new establishments in cities and campuses.

Persicution isn't new, the New Left has just turned it into a business.
Denounce the words of your God, hold a parade to celebrate their perversion, and let them indoctrinate your children, but it won't help. For their permanent revolution they need someone to vilify. So they will never give that up. They can't.

I’m not really sure what the Salvation Army’s mission statement is but I’ve known them for over 40 years here in Massachusetts and they have never turned away a soul who is need to my knowledge. I worked for a child protective agency here for many years and they were the one place anyone could get some help. They are the living proof of Christian behavior and that Chick Filet (however they spell it) is stopping their donations is very disturbing.
The Salvation Army helps the most destitute and they don’t check the creds of those in need.
Dismaying behavior on CF’s part and I won’t go out of my way to support them again.

Yep, this is a point made repeatedly by Rush.
You cannot make them like you. It will NOT happen. Any bits of your political position you give up to attempt to be liked by these
pukes is just a win for them, a loss for you, and they will STILL hate you just exactly as much as before.
Stand your ground, stick to your convictions. If they don't like you, that is THEIR problem.
Chick-Fil-A is growing rapidly, and the fact that 0.01% of the population are nasty, mentally ill whiners and won't buy your food is irrelevant.

#2, I heard that the news folks are twisting this (big surprise!).
Actually, I would prefer these corporations quit donating their corporate money and just cut the prices!

I can't for the life of me understand why CF would want to trade one very loyal customer base for the other. Next thing you know there will be guys in drag hanging out (by themselves) in the playground area.
This had to be a corporate decision, because I know some great CF owners that would not have made this choice.

I’ve found through the years that the best way to respond to an insult is to not respond at all. ignore them, walk away, perhaps with a little smile. That will usually make them even more furious.

Leave the faith of The Hobby Lobby Alone. Leave The good nuns and their homes alone, etc. Why do they pick on people of faith?

Chick-fil-A has destroyed their business and their reputation. By caving and catering to the small minority of loud gay activists they have lost their customers. In the meantime the gay movement will never stop punishing them. They have lost my business permanently. Sad.

I am still unhappy that less than 3% of our population can get positive press coverage all the time while the majority of this country who are religious get no positive press and are openly mocked. How many hospitals have the alphabet people started? How many people have they fed and clothed and sheltered? Sorry but I choose to not celebrate perversity.

I don’t mind same-sex marriage but for ChickFilA to turn their backs on the Salvation Army really got me. Is there a more successful, dedicated humanitarian organization than they are? There is still freedom of religion in the country though it is rapidly disappearing.

The Fellowship of Christian Athletes is also a very good organization.
But the Salvation Army does so much good, for so many, many years for so very many people.
It is well run, and the CEOs are paid a very small salary. Donations are for helping the needy and down-trodden.
I wish the Chicken people weren't chicken. I had been hoping they'd open dddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd ooops fell asleep at the keyboard.

I am not certain why businesses should be giving charitably. Before anyone beats me up for that statement, hear me out. If you are business, your business should be focused on why you are in business. If you are making a profit, those monies should be returned to the business or the employees of the business.
Businesses cannot take care of every need. Government cannot take care of every need. Private citizens is a whole different story. This is where charity begins but it should be done cheerfully not forced. As a side note, every person should take it upon themselves to be the best person they can be. I know life happens but that is when charity comes into the picture.
I think this whole "giving" thing has gotten out of hand and now we see situations like Chick-Fil-A occurring. It is troublesome.

Chick-fil-A made a big mistake as they will never satisfy the LQBTQs activists, as if the activists ever announced that Chick-fil-A did satisfy their demands they would be out of the activist business. The best thing that Chick-fil-A can do is quietly donate their money to all the groups who they wish regardless of what the LQBTQ activists say.

Very foolish move in giving an inch because the LQBTQs are dissatisfied from the word go. Rebrand the place as Chick-Fil-Gay and turn over ownership to NAMBLA or whoever and they still won't be happy because they are mentally disordered. "Shut up and make the chicken?"
