Did Anyone Notice What Kamala
Harris Just Said About Democrats?

I haven’t been able to shake this comment from my mind since she made it a couple weeks ago. Maybe it’s because Kamala Harris was my confident early prediction for the Democratic presidential nomination, maybe it’s because I still struggle to understand how someone can be so bad at running a national campaign as she has proven to be, or maybe it’s because I wonder why few people have noticed or drawn attention to this. Whatever it is, her interview with Axios on HBO continues to echo in my head:

Once again, the very thing that democrats accuse republicans of is something of their own doing...

Every once in a while the Democrats screw up and tell us what they're really thinking. Looks like Kamala is picking up where Beto left off.

It's not your skin color Kamala, it's your batshit-crazy policies and SJW beliefs that have you behind. Far behind.

I think the author is reading a little too much into this, wishful thinking perhaps, I imagine Kamala’s comment about her electability is that Dems aren’t supporting her in the primary because they don’t think independents and no-Trump Republicans would vote for a woman of color. She’s still taking jabs at us. Of course she is.

Kamala Sutra was born in the U.S. to an Indian mother and Jamaican father. She moved with her mother to Montreal, Canada, went to school there, was a resident there until she went off to college in the U.S. She, much like Barack Obola, is curiously disconnected to the United States and our culture. She was torn between four cultures - India, where she spent her summers, Jamaica, where she smoked pot with the locals, The U.S., where she lived for just 7 years, and Montrewal, Quebec, where they seem mostly insane when it comes to national identity. Her policy positions are as flexible as her other 'positions' - I call her Kamala Sutra for good reason, and she is an adulteress, just like Jill Biden. The dimocrat party - my party, by the way - has turned itself into an international joke.

This article fits right into the idea that the left is guilty of everything they accuse the right of doing. Facts are - democrats were the party of slavery. Democrats were the party of the KKK. Democrats voted in greater number and percentage against every major piece of legislation to ensure Civil Rights for blacks. But, democrats ACCUSE Republicans of racism... because they think everyone thinks like DEMOCRATS do... racist. Republicans want black communities to flourish, but they know that true growth comes from WITHIN and not through legislation. Democrats are throwing blacks little tidbits to keep them quiet and docile, just like a black cook on a plantation would throw the dogs hushpuppies to keep them quiet. I hope blacks are starting to wake up from their long period of 'cold' slavery to a set of ideals that has encumbered them for the better part of a century.

No, Kamala, your race and gender have nothing to do with your lack of morals. Condolezza Rice would be a role model for smart black women not Kamala Harris. She is smart, talented, hard working, and honest. Sounds to me as if the Progressive Democrats don't think much of Ms Harris. Pres. Trump would eat her alive!

The author misinterpreted Harris's comment, although her comment is still loathsome. Harris implies that the Democrat base has made a calculation that to win the general election the nominee can't be a "woman of color", at least not yet. The comment is loathsome in that it denigrates the American public and subordinates issue positions, competence, temperament, moral character, etc. to superficial identity politics.

The Magic Negro was such a disaster for the U.S. that he alone, made it extremely unlikely for this country to vote in another candidate with his "unique" qualifications. My hopeful opinion. I lost faith in the general electorate when Bill got voted in twice. More so with Obama.

Of course Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) took his seat Wednesday morning, at the opening of the public impeachment hearings on Capitol Hill, wearing nothing but his shirtsleeves. No suit jacket. That’s how Jordan dresses. It’s his power move. His sartorial chest thump. All the other members of the House Intelligence Committee turned up in suits and ties or other business attire. But not Jordan. Everyone else was willing to offer at least a symbolic nod to decorous formality, to that old-fashioned notion of civility. Jordan announced himself as the man who was itching to rumble. He was the guy who came not to do
There’s a Surprisingly Plausible Path to

By most everyone’s judgment, the Senate will not vote to remove President Donald Trump from office if the House impeaches him. But what if senators could vote on impeachment by secret ballot? If they didn’t have to face backlash from constituents or the media or the president himself, who knows how many Republican senators would vote to remove? A secret impeachment ballot might sound crazy, but it’s actually quite possible.(Snip) Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has said he will immediately move to hold a trial to adjudicate the articles of impeachment if and when the Senate receives them from the House of Representatives.

According to Adam Schefter, the former 49ers quarterback will go through a training session in Atlanta on Saturday for teams, and interviews can be conducted afterwards.Video of the session will be given to all 32 teams, which are all also invited to attend in person to watch the man who refused to stand for the anthem throw footballs.(Snip)This is comical. This is just straight up comical. Does anybody honestly believe Kaepernick will ever play in the NFL again?

Hillary Clinton has explained her reasoning for omitting Margaret Thatcher from new book about “gutsy” women. During an appearance on BBC Radio 5 Live to discuss the former secretary of state’s book, The Book of Gusty Women: Favourite Stories of Courage and Resilience, host Emma Barnett questioned why the first female prime minister of the UK was not included. “Surely she comes to mind with gutsy women, even if you didn’t like her?” Barnett asked Clinton. In response to the inquiry, Clinton, who lost the election that would have made her the first female president of the United States in 2016,

In what appears to be one of the most remarkable examples of irony in left-wing “progress,” the LGBT left is celebrating the American Psychological Association’s style guide adopting “they/them” as the official pronoun designation for nonbinary people. LGBTQ Nation tweeted, “With this move, the APA is recognizing the existence of nonbinary people and inviting others to understand them better.” This change follows the highly publicized revelation of British singer Sam Smith changing his personal pronouns to “they” and “them” and stating, “I hope you can see me like I see myself now.”

The court said Ginsburg, 86, remained home because of a stomach bug. While not having the opportunity to question attorneys during the arguments, she will be involved in deciding the cases. "Justice Ginsburg is unable to be present today. She is indisposed due to illness, but she will participate in the consideration and decision of the cases on the basis of the briefs and the transcripts or recordings of the oral arguments," Chief Justice John Roberts said from the bench.

There’s no doubt Kanye West has found religion. Listen to the musically arresting “Jesus is King,” and you’ll hear a powerful, positive case for a personal relationship with G-d. But will secular Americans heed his call? Considering that we’re living in historically peaceful and prosperous times, it’s notable how misery stalks many Americans like a shadow. Countless government programs have tried to fix what ails us, at least since the Great Society got going, and it never quite works. That’s why I’m hoping Kanye’s music will inspire more Americans to join his religious journey.

On Wednesday, the curtain rises on the House’s impeachment show, featuring State Department career diplomats William Taylor Jr. and George Kent as the first witnesses. Mainstream media claim Taylor and Kent have “damning evidence” that President Trump delayed military aid to the Kiev government in a quid pro quo to pressure the Ukrainian president to dig up dirt on the Bidens.Don’t believe it. Kent and Taylor have no evidence against Trump — only a false rumor spread during a farcical game of telephone on Sept. 7. Taylor heard the claim third-hand, and then called Kent, who got it fourth hand.Making these diplomats lead witnesses

A drag queen from Asbury Park, NJ., crashed Capitol Hill on Wednesday—appearing for the first public impeachment hearings in a red latex dress and bouffant platinum wig.
