Killing Islamic terrorist leaders can be celebrated, but don’t talk about taking the oil in regions they controlled or you’ll be accused of a “war crime.”
President Donald Trump is drawing criticism over his announcement of the death of Islamic State leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, specifically for speaking about the oil in northern Syria.
“Where Lindsey and I totally agree is the oil,” Trump said. “The oil is so valuable. For many reasons. It fueled ISIS: number one. Number two: it helps the Kurds. Because it’s basically been taken away from the Kurds. They were able to live with that oil.
Following the elimination of ISIS’s top leader, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, one of America’s most notoriously left-wing papers rushed to portray the now-deceased terrorist mastermind in a way that seemed like many to be sickeningly positive.

More than one-fifth of all U.S. newsroom employees live in the liberal strongholds of New York City, Los Angeles, and Washington, D.C., according to a newly published report.
A Pew Research Center analysis of U.S. Census Bureau data from 2013 to 2017 found that 22 percent of newsroom employees live in the three cities. New York (12 percent) had the greatest share of newsroom employees, followed by Los Angeles and Washington with 5 percent each.

I submit the polarity in the U.S. political realm is correlated with this tectonic shift in religious attitudes.

June Eastwood, a biologically male athlete and runner at the University of Montana, was named cross-country female athlete of the week by the Big Sky Conference.
“June Eastwood finished second in a field of 204 runners at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational at Baylands Park in Sunnyvale, Calif.,” the conference said in an official statement.
Eastwood is allowed to compete as a female because of an NCAA policy that permits transgender women (biological males) to compete as women after they’ve taken testosterone suppressors for one year.

A Phoenix-based flight attendant has sued Southwest Airlines, accusing the carrier of retaliation after she reported she had seen two pilots live-streaming video from inside the plane’s restroom to an iPad in the cockpit.
Renee Steinaker alleged that in February of 2017, Capt. Terry Graham asked her to come to the cockpit so he could use the restroom on a flight from Phoenix to Pittsburgh, according to The Arizona Republic.
This is standard procedure since Southwest Airlines policy requires two flight crew members in the cockpit at all times. In those few minutes Steinaker staffed the cockpit with co-pilot Ryan Russell, she alleged that she spotted an iPad mounted to the windshield.
