Former White House chief strategist Stephen Bannon has returned from exile to defend President Trump, believing the presidency is imperiled and that Trump is in urgent need of a more robust defense against the House impeachment inquiry. Bannon spent the past two years on a journey to spark populist movements at hotspots around the world after he was banished from Trump’s inner circle and cut off from Breitbart News, where he was executive chairman, for trash-talking members of the president’s family to author Michael Wolff in the book “Fire and Fury.”

Excellent, must read article. A little uncomfortable to read Bannon's take on the current situation. But he is committed to changing the trend. Good read.

Since Bannon gave us Doug Jones in Alabama, I am a little wary of his judgement. Human hand grenades sometimes cause damage to those around them...

He's not pretty, but he knows how to be a Street Fighter. That's something that is badly needed in Trump's White House! Time to fight dirty (like the Democrats do)!

Prince Alwaleed's former investment banker (Bannon) is compromised--he's just saving his own and maybe Mercer's hide in this latest move. If he was so interested in Trump's well-being then why did he spend all that time with Rupert Murdoch's favorite biographer, Michael Wolff...? Andrew Breitbart would have done better, I have to believe.

After what we read about him regarding Epstein last month, I don't believe Trump needs the aggravation of hanging with somebody who spent the night in Epstein's residence in Paris. Could be why Trump booted him in the first place. Go away Bannon. You are tainted goods.

The Case for Indicting John Brennan 3 replies

Former CIA director John Brennan calls the Justice Department’s widening probe into Spygate’s origins “bizarre.” It has no “legal basis,” he bleats. What’s bizarre is that the expanding inquiry didn’t happen earlier. Brennan’s responsibility for criminal leaks during the Obama administration’s investigation of Trump has been obvious for at least two years. Even Trump hater Peter Strzok, the FBI liaison to John Brennan, couldn’t believe the leaks coming out of his shop. Referring to Brennan’s agents as “sisters,” Strzok said to his mistress Lisa Page, “our sisters have begun leaking like mad. Scorned and worried and political, they’re kicking in to overdrive.”

So many of us with conservative leanings have long respected the prose and insight of Peggy Noonan, now a prominent Wall Street Journal columnist, but initially admired for her work as a Reagan speechwriter. But her recent columns show she’s come to exemplify the ruling class elitism that simply doesn’t grasp the groundswell in the American heart that elected Donald Trump president

Around the time of Vatican II, a group of socialist bishops signed a secret manifesto called the Pact of the Catacombs. It received its name from having been signed at a church near the historic catacombs in Rome. In my book The Political Pope, I argue that the Pact of the Catacombs foreshadowed the pontificate of Jorge Bergoglio. Consequently, I wasn’t surprised to learn that a collection of bishops and cardinals participating in the Pan-Amazon Synod met to “renew” and commemorate the Pact of the Catacombs this past week.

Demand Justice, an organization founded by former members of Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign and associated with a secretive “social welfare organization” financed by billionaire activist George Soros, is pushing a scheme to pack the Supreme Court with liberal justices by adding new seats to the nation’s highest court. This comes after Demand Justice has failed in its repeated attempts to bring about the impeachment of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

Mitt Romney, commenting about the Trump pull-out of U.S. troops in northern Syria, says America is "an unreliable ally." Hey, Mitt: America demonstrated that she's an unreliable ally a long time ago in that one war over in southeast Asia that you missed out on. Remember that war? The one where our allies were doing just fine 'til Congress cut them off? You might wanna compare notes with John Kerry; it's seared into his brain.

In Alan Moore’s brilliant graphic novel, Batman: The Killing Joke, the Joker justifies his psychopathic behavior by philosophizing that every human being is just "one bad day away" from rejecting the polite veneer of civilization’s morality in the face of an indifferent universe. To him, we are all amoral sleeper agents awaiting the secret code word to awaken us to selfish violence. Yet, even if the universe is indifferent, most people are not.

For decades now it has been widely assumed by many liberal observers that Clarence Thomas was a man of mediocre intellect, a lapdog to the late Antonin Scalia with no original judicial philosophy who would, despite his historically long tenure on the Supreme Court, leave no lasting legacy. One of the greatest public services President Donald Trump has done for the nation is forcing institutions and people to reveal their true character. While this has been the most valuable when it comes to the media, it has also been valuable when it comes to unmasking globalist Republicans. This was again on display this week, most notably in the revelation that Paul Ryan was inciting Fox News from his position on the board of Fox Corporation to "decisively break" with President Trump.

On Friday during Rep. Elijah Cummings’ (D-MD) funeral, former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton used a Biblical analogy to take a veiled shot at President Donald Trump and first lady Melania Trump. Clinton was comparing Cummings to his namesake, the Biblical prophet Elijah, who stood up against wicked King Ahab and Queen Jezebel. Clinton said, “Like the prophet, our Elijah could call down fire from heaven — but he also prayed and worked for healing.” She added, “Like that Old Testament prophet, he stood against corrupt leadership of King Ahab and Queen Jezebel.” The crowd roared in acknowledgment.

Something called the "K–12 Math Ethnic Studies Framework," created by a Seattle Public Schools "Ethnic Studies Advisory Committee," is intended to instruct students that math is intimately connected to racial oppression. Students will be taught "how technology and/or science have been and continues [sic] to be used to oppress and marginalize people and communities of color." The framework, the final draft of which is scheduled to be completed by September 2020, will also attempt to "explain how math dictates economic oppression." That's correct: math. No, not “buy the book,” which I’ve been trying to get people to do since Ball of Collusion was published a few weeks back. I’m talking about by the book. That was the memorable phrase Obama national-security adviser Susan Rice emphasized in her notorious CYA memo. Remember? The memo took the form of an email. She wrote it while clearing out of her White House office while Donald Trump was being inaugurated. It purported to summarize a meeting more than two weeks earlier, when President Obama held an Oval Office pow-wow on Ukraine
