Progressive 'Christian' Pete Buttigieg
Doesn't Seem to Understand His Own 'Faith'

In the spirit of generosity and charity, when I clicked on the YouTube video of Pete Buttigieg's interview on MSNBC, I set aside the fact that the 2020 Democrat presidential hopeful is violating God's law concerning sexual ethics to hear what South Bend, Indiana's mayor believes about Christianity. Maybe, just maybe, I thought, he'll express an understanding of his faith that aligns with the Bible. Turns out, my hope was misplaced. Pete Buttigieg either doesn't understand Christianity or is afraid to talk about it on national TV. During an appearance on MSNBC's Morning Joe, after Joe Scarborough talked about how President Obama claims

Buttigieg has got himself a legion of demons, and can't help sniping at anyone whom he perceives not to approve his being a "wife" of another male. After his repeated gratuitous insults directed at VP Pence, a true Christian, the content of his heart is clear to all. He has no idea what a Christian is. As I said, he's spiritually infected.

Buttigieg calls himself an Episcopalian and married in an Episcopalian ceremony. However, he was raised a Catholic. My guess is that he changed denominations in order to have e a church sponsored and approved gay marriage. This suggests to me that his commitment to the Episcopalian faith is shallow at best and that he left his traditional faith not for doctrinal reasons, but because it inconvenienced him. I do not believe he has real adherence to stated political positions either, but will say and do what is convenient for him.

A man like mayor Pete who chooses the world is not capable of being a Christian. He has made some nasty and foul choices for himself, mocking God in the process. Attacking real and true Christians for their faith and mocking them in snide fashion is not what a Christian does. Mayor Pete would fall under the category of Churchian, which in no way is anything Christian at all. Wolf in sheep's clothing is our Mayor Pete.

Before Saul met Jesus on the road to Damascus, he went after and murdered Christians with a vengence. After he met Jesus, his entire life changed. He began teaching the Gospel of Jesus and became one of the greatest Christians who ever lived. Buttigieg cannot change the Bible and Jesus's words to suit himself. He has not changed a bit. He wants the Bible to bless his union with another man. It doesn't do that. He just talks in riddles in order to avoid the truth.

I will leave the judgement to God. I am very sure He won't be satisfied with the typical liberal non-answer but that will be between God and Mr. Buttigieg. I will pray for him, though. Thanks to Mr. Trump, I still have that right.

Among his gibberish, he said that the reason Jesus died was to show us an example of love. For him to say the truth that Jesus died, paying the penalty for our sins.....would mean for him to admit that he is a sinner. Although his conscience tells him this, he will not admit it. He doesn't need/want a savior; he wants an endorser of his lifestyle. He will not find that in Christianity.

Every person who lives or has ever lived will stand before the judgment seat of Christ, and none will do so without need of his redeeming mercy. Many presume to have it. Many hope to receive it. Many object to it; many deny it; and many scoff at those who even believe in it. But sole authority for all judgment resides in Jesus; blessed be God for ever.

The 6-foot-tall man dressed as a giant receipt stood on a stool next to the emblem of the State Capitol in Sacramento. He was there because Assemblyman Phil Ting of San Fran wanted to ban receipts. California had a great ban streak going. It had already banned plastic bags, straws and dog breeders. Assemblyman Ting, who had only been known for wearing bow ties, had declared war on receipts. And Ting had his aide wear a giant receipt to show how bad receipts were for the environment. And how better to crusade for the environment than by printing up a receipt 100,000 times normal size?

As I was traveling from Jacksonville, Florida back home up the I-95, hundreds of electric power service vehicles from several companies were making their way south. Among those service vehicles were the ubiquitous Asplundh tree clearing trucks meshed in between the convoys. For people living on the East Coast, these were anxious days because as we traveled north, Hurricane Dorian was predicted to turn the direction we were headed, missing landfall in Florida, where all the emergency vehicles were headed. While there may be power outages and other wind-caused damage from the storm, unpredictable storms like Dorian stretch the ability of government entities, including public utilities,

Josh Fox is the self-proclaimed leader of a “grassroots” movement to “reclaim our country” and has been acclaimed by Hollywood elites for years. He has won an Emmy, been nominated for an Oscar and three of his documentaries have been broadcast on HBO. These documentaries included two “Gasland” anti-fracking films and a climate apocalypse movie. If you believe Josh Fox and the media, these films are important and timely, reflecting grassroots concerns. But Josh Fox has very publicly discovered

South Bend, Indiana Mayor turned 2020 presidential candidate Pete Buttigieg used the Bible to explain why he believes life doesn't begin until a baby takes his or her first breath. "Right now they hold everyone in line to this kind of piece of doctrine about abortion, which is obviously a tough issue for a lot of people to think through. Then again, you know, there's a lot of parts of the Bible which talk about how life begins with breath," Buttiegeg explained during an interview with The Breakfast Club. "And even so, that's something that we can interpret differently." "I'm pro-choice," host Charlamagne tha God replied. "Me too," Buttigieg replied.

But if they have any concern about China’s reported interest in 2020, they haven’t shown it. Why? Gentle readers, in our previous visit we discussed a police chase in Baltimore, one that was, in my view, imprudently and prematurely called off by a police commander who was worried about the potential for a traffic collision. The suspect being pursued had committed two acts of attempted murder on police officers, the first by trying to run an officer over with a car, the second by shooting at another officer, yet this supervisor chose to allow the suspect to escape. Two days later, police shot and killed the suspect after, yes, another car chase. A police officer and a civilian were wounded
