The Summit County Attorney’s Office on Wednesday filed 18 criminal charges against a 17-year-old boy related to the release of bear spray at Park City High School that hospitalized one person and sickened more than a dozen others April 1. The teen faces one second-degree felony . . . . The spray was released in the lecture hall, hours before the school’s Turning Point Club was set to host an event there featuring a speaker from Prager University, a conservative nonprofit organization. The Turning Point Club is the local chapter of a national organization that aims to promote conservative ideas.

A controversial country concert that was supposed to take place in Kaysville, then in Tooele County, is moving south.
Utah Business Revival announced Wednesday that the concert, featuring country singer Collin Raye, is now happening in Cedar City on Saturday, June 13.
“As they say, three times a charm, and this concert revival will go on because we don’t quit as Americans!” Eric Moutsos, with UBR, stated in a press release.
This change comes after Judge Diana Gibson for the Third District Court upheld an injunction on Friday against the gathering near Grantsville.

Senator Cramer then lied and said Ashli Babbitt was warned by police before she was shot in an ambush.
This is a bald-faced lie. The officer hid in the shadows, did not utter a word, and then shot Ashli Babbitt in the neck as she climbed through a window. She was unarmed and was not a threat.
