The Democrat Party Is Dead

Original Article

New York just gave America a preview of who's actually running the Democrat Party, and it isn't Hakeem Jeffries. On Tuesday, all three socialist candidates endorsed by socialist Mayor Zohran Mamdani swept their targeted congressional primaries. Three races, three wins, zero exceptions. Three Democrat incumbents in safe districts all lost. "Their positions are some of the most extreme & far left Dems have seen,” Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin said on X. Trust me, he’s not exaggerating. Darializa Avila Chevalier took NY-13 on a platform built around abolishing prisons, abolishing ICE, abolishing borders, defunding the police, and opposing the deportation of every illegal immigrant, including violent criminals.

It is the Democrat Establishment that has rotted from the inside out and what is left is the putrid husk. That phenomenon extends well beyond New York City. But the people and ideas that replaced them are so toxic that they do not sell outside Major Cities and Lefty College Campuses. This is a significant political opportunity if you can take it. I am hoping PDT will make it front and center when he pivots to the election from the Iran war.

Too bad our education systems, entertainment, science, medicine, sports, media, social networks, etc, etc, have been prepping and promoting the ignorance that now infects the electorate. Right about now, the non-RINO Pubs will turn into pudding and fail to take the reins and dither and fret and lose in the long run. Per their track record.

Even if they don't win in November, it pushes the party further left as incumbents and new entries try to 'out-left' the current crop. That's where the money will be. Not good news.

Democrats in Congress vote in lockstep, erasing any alleged distinction between "radicals" and "moderates." The replacement of a couple of old hacks with a couple of new ones will make no practical difference.

Trump is a populist, though he ran as a Republican. Mamdani and his ilk are commies, though they ran as Democrats. As others have pointed out, the old Dem guard, and to a lesser extents the old Republican guard, are being pushed out. The result will be more and more government control, more spending on vote buying schemes, and greater and greater debt. The Republicans simply do not have the leadership or the political will to fight back. I shudder what will happen when Trump leaves office.

An illegal alien has been sentenced to eight years in federal prison for his involvement in an $89 million fraudulent payroll scheme that saw illegal alien construction workers and their employers evade taxes. “Today, we held an illegal alien from Honduras accountable for a brazen scheme that stole more than $38 million from American taxpayers to facilitate the employment of illegal aliens,” Assistant Attorney General Colin McDonald said. “This case exposes how unchecked illegal immigration fuels widespread payroll tax fraud and underground economies that harm American workers and taxpayers,” McDonald said. “This sentence sends a strong message: Those who exploit our open borders, cheat the U.S. Treasury, and violate federal laws

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled in favor of the Trump administration in two key immigration cases on Thursday, drawing strong opposition from blue state Democrats and prompting a prominent House Republican to break ranks over concerns of a looming healthcare "crisis." In a 6-3 decision in Mullin v. Doe, the high court ruled that Haitian and Syrian nationals with Temporary Protected Status (TPS) cannot turn to federal courts to postpone the revocation of their legal status while challenging the Trump administration's policies. In a separate ruling, the court also held that migrants turned away at the southern border before entering the U.S. are not entitled to apply for

Former DNC Chair Jaime Harrison, who led the party from 2021 to 2025, made a pathetic plea to the DSA and its candidates after they swept three congressional districts in New York City Tuesday night. This is what happens when a party refuses to enforce its own ideological boundaries or draw a line when the progressive left keeps moving it. Democrats played nice with their socialist allies, only to discover that those allies are now trying to stage a revolution from within and consume the party from the inside. It also proves a larger point: real political change comes from taking over one of the major parties, not starting

Sooknanan became a U.S. citizen in 2009, but seemingly still retains citizenship in Trinidad and Tobago, which she said she would only renounce “if required by law.”
