A federal district judge has been disciplined for having extramarital sex with a law enforcement officer inside the judge's chambers during business hours, according to several news reports.
A special committee for the Eleventh Circuit on Friday found the judge, who isn’t named, "demonstrated a gross lack of judgment." Clerks could overhear the intercourse taking place, which was "extremely uncomfortable and troubling" for them, according to Bloomberg Law.
The affair exposed the judge to risks of extortion since his or her spouse wasn't aware of the affair.

The judicial system:
“A federal judge has been disciplined for having sex in their chambers with a high-ranking law enforcement officer within earshot of staff, attending a partisan political event and for lying to superior judges who investigated the claims.
But the identity of the judge is being kept private by the Committee on Judicial Conduct and Disability of the Judicial Conference of the United States in its decision issued Friday.
The judge was ordered to write letters of apology to six former law clerks who were interviewed in the probe; forgoing service as the chief judge in the federal district where they sit; and refraining from sitting on any Judicial Conference committee.”

We need to find out the judges name and publicize it widely.

Might a clerk do the right thing and file a hostile work environment lawsuit. The Judge will the be named and the slap on the wrist with a wet noodle penalty typical BS 'disciple' one expects from a Federal court will no longer be adequate. If any of us did this in a federal courthouse, we would be in jail and have civil suits beyond cruel and unusual.

Anyone want to wager that it was a 'Rat-appointed judge?
My gut tells me that if it was a conservative, the judge's name would have mysteriously 'leaked' immediately, but of course the 'Rats and Lamestreams cover for their own.

Ok, I wasn't satisfied with the "unnamed" malarky, so I asked grok:
On social media and some commentary (e.g., X/Twitter threads), people have speculated that the judge is Eleanor L. Ross (U.S. District Judge for the Northern District of Georgia, appointed by Obama)
So, if true, and I would wager a handsome sum that it is, everything that you imagined to be going on was exactly what was going on.
Our federal judge system needs a reboot. The supreme court needs to flush every dimocrat appointee after a quick review of their actions. The mockery and corruption is simply sickening. The judiciary is not the third branch of the government it is a clown show intended to stop MAGA and America first.

Judge should be named and shamed. Society should not give a pass to someone who sits in judgement of others and has shown incredibly poor judgement by this action.

SO........black privilege overrules what should have happened....getting her butt out on the street.
Time for an impeachment.

One of the recipients of the apology letter is going to spill the beans. No one can order them not to speak out publicly. Give it a couple of days and then it will be all over social media and then the judge will resign in lieu of being mocked and ridiculed by other judges, lawyers, and even defendants.

#11's article says the couple involved and their spouses are all paid by the taxpayer. Spouses are both attorneys. Is getting n**kie in the judge's chambers on their list of job duties? And it evidently didn't happen just one time. Brown sugar!!!
