A federal judge on Thursday cleared the way for President Donald Trump to implement his executive order tightening mail-in voting, slapping down Democrats’ arguments for now that federal efforts to police voter rolls with citizenship checks was illegal. U.S. District Judge Carl Nichols, a Trump appointed jurist, ruled that Democrats failed to show they have standing at present to challenge the order or have suffered any harm that would warrant a preliminary injunction.

Democrats have cheated since the Founding. It should really change the definition of Democrat, to 'nasty, cheating opportunist wanting to enslave you'. They have never believed in fair elections. * Thomas Jefferson started whisper campaigns to slander his rivals. * Before the Civil War, In Kansas, when it was voting to become a state, Missouri Democrats sent gangs across the border to harass and murder Kansas voters who were against it becoming a Slave State. They failed, but they tried. * Southern Democrats, before the Civil War, tried to force through legislation to count their slaves as 3/5ths of a free citizen. * They also hired mercenaries to overthrow the governments of South American Countries who had outlawed slavery. They envisioned a 'Great Golden Circle" where slavery was protected, and captive populations to draw those slaves, from. They failed, but they tried. * In any big city, it has long been a standing joke that Democrat 'Machines' bought votes or created fraudulent votes as needed to elect their people. * Woodrow Wilson promoted the terrorist organization, the Ku Klux Klan from the Whitehouse, itself. " FDR used the excuse of WWII, to serve 4 terms as President, dying in office. FDR also created the CIA, whose first covert actions, were to support Stalin in Russia and Mao Tse Tung in China. * When Democrats trick their way into ANY organization, say goodbye to anyone except Democrats being hired by that organization. * Businesses contribute to Democrats because Republicans DON'T try to destroy their businesses when in office. * Kennedy was the first Democrat, since the Civil War, who rejected having the leader of the KKK as a speaker at the Democrat Presidential Convention. Later, when the results of that election might be contested, he met with Nixon, using the argument, "for the good of the country in the light of Soviet aggression" to convince Nixon to drop his legitimate right. Ironically, those in the know were given the same excuse when Kennedy was assassinated, to justify falsifying the investigation into his death, because LBJ was the obvious benefactor and there were so many rumors of other shooters. It is a fairly reasonable conclusion, that elements of the CIA and agents of major Arms Manufacturers orchestrated the assassination, because Kennedy was against intervening in Vietnam, and Johnson was in favor of it. The Military Industrial Complex made a killing economically, and a killing of young jobless Americans in the decade that followed. " By the time Reagan won the presidency, the Democrats had controlled the federal government for most of the previous 60 years, despite wars, the Great Depression, numerous scandals, rising taxes and the threat of nuclear obliteration. Only the Eisenhower Administration broke that line, and Eisenhower warned those that followed to fear the 'Military Industrial Complex'. " Every Election since the 1900s, from Federal down to local, has been sketchy with fraud, dismissed by Democrat appointed judges, Democrat controlled media, and sometimes contested by force of arms taken up by citizenry, against the corrupt government officials. " After the debacle of Vietnam, you had the Carter Administration who helped Found Iranian terrorism, overthrowing the pro-western Shh of Iran. You had Bill Clinton who killed people at Ruby Ridge and Waco, as well as ignore Osama Bin Laden, and hide the cause of the destruction of Flight 800. He famously shook his finger at the American people, declaring, "I did not have sex, with that woman, Monica Lewinsky...' Then nearly got impeached for exactly that. His wife caused the deaths of our people at Bengahzi as Obama's SOS, and also kept, and later destroyed records of top secret, secret and classified files - 30,000 of them, on an unsecured private computer server, for which she SHOULD HAVE BEEN PROSECUTED AND JAILED!! but for Democrat control of the American legal system. * you had the 2020 election. Multiple reports of fraud and sketchy election fraud, but judges universally claimed voters and denied candidates had 'No Standing' to bring complaints. Biden later proved to be so incompetent that someone un-named - possibly Jill Biden, possibly Obama, ran the country, un-elected and signed EOs with two different Biden Autopens. * You have un-elected district court judges interfering in Executive Branch Powers all through the beginning of the Trump Administration. Democrat authors and speakers inspired the eugenics and political actions of the German Nazi Party in WWII. Democrats are not 'Democratic'. They are tyrannical manipulators who seek power and tax-payer money.

That's where we are. Democrats take an executive order to court that really does nothing more than reiterate known and tested citizenship standards to vote.

The federal verdict is in, but the local fallout from Spokane’s June 2025 protests against Immigration and Customs Enforcement is still playing out, with another trial set for August 10. A jury panel on Thursday convicted Justice Forral, Jac Archer and Bajun Mavalwallla II of conspiracy to impede or injure federal agents, nearly a year after protests at an ICE facility led to dozens of arrests. The three defendants were among nine protesters indicted by the Trump administration a month after the protest last year. The other six people have already pleaded guilty

Marco Polo’s Garrett Ziegler has identified the “sitting” federal district court judge found to have committed judicial misconduct, perhaps most notably, for having sex in her chambers. Ziegler concisely reports the facts and identifies “the subject judge,” as the Eleventh Circuit Judicial Council Order gingerly puts it, or “the Subject Judge,” as the 20-page memorandum attached to the Order gingerly puts it. Ziegler has identified Judge Eleanor Ross of the Northern District of Georgia as the Subject Judge. More cautiously, Josh Blackman comes to the same conclusion via a longer and more detailed route here. Professor Blackman has sought a response from Judge Ross

A federal district judge has been disciplined for having extramarital sex with a law enforcement officer inside the judge's chambers during business hours, according to several news reports. A special committee for the Eleventh Circuit on Friday found the judge, who isn’t named, "demonstrated a gross lack of judgment." Clerks could overhear the intercourse taking place, which was "extremely uncomfortable and troubling" for them, according to Bloomberg Law. The affair exposed the judge to risks of extortion since his or her spouse wasn't aware of the affair.

Sen. Bernie Sanders, a self-described democratic socialist from Vermont, has spent nearly $608,000 on private jets, chauffeured cars, and upscale hotels since last year through his campaign fund, an investigation by The Center Square found. Sanders is barnstorming the country on his "Fighting Oligarchy" tour, a series of rallies aimed at opposing President Trump and supporting economic populism. To defray its cost, he is raising and spending money through his principal campaign committee, Friends of Bernie Sanders. Even as Sanders rails against billionaires' political clout and economic inequality, his committee has relied on elite trappings more commonly associated with the wealthy.

Los Angeles mayoral candidate Spencer Pratt's leftist opponents are not happy with how his campaign has taken off. Raman tried to claim Pratt was promoting his campaign with AI videos, and that was "deeply insulting" to the industry and workers. Interviewer Elex Michaelson then brings her up short, telling her these are videos by supporters, not made by Pratt. That just killed her argument, big time.
