Biden administration officials may have sought to dodge public records laws and congressional oversight by classifying taxpayer-backed loans to Planned Parenthood as “Benghazi,” according to findings by Sen. Joni Ernst, R-Iowa. Ernst, chairwoman of the Senate Small Business Committee, has been investigating Small Business Administration loans to the nation’s largest abortion provider under the Paycheck Protection Program during the COVID-19 pandemic. In a letter sent Monday to acting Attorney General Todd Blanche, Ernst asked for a Justice Department investigation “for potential Federal Records Act violation by concealment and/or attempted concealment” of SBA records regarding loans to Planned Parenthood and loan forgiveness.

Comments:

Imagine if Biden Inc had used its powers for good instead of evil. But the Democrat tradition carries on.

Knowing that records would come out after control of an administration changes parties and doing it anyway speaks volumes about how little our politicians think of being brought to justice.

Who was SecState when six billion dollars went missing and nobody bothered to look for it? We talk about many of the Somalis driving luxury cars and living in mansions but one woman stole enough from us to buy a castle and a fleet of Rolls Royces. She also stole millions in Haiti earthquake relief money. She is still living free.

Benghazi has been one of the worst times in our history, topped of by Hillary, woman in a green dress, on tv says on national tv. "What difference does it make?" In her opinion it was the last thing the she uttered about Benghazi. I so despise this femme. Her face on TV brings back "what difference does it make?" Recall folks. Remember those who died, murdered by the locals.

As Dr. Anthony Fauci’s right-hand man, David Morens, was charged this week with conspiracy and destruction of federal records in the COVID-19 cover-up, another scandal over the vaccine was unfolding on Capitol Hill. According to a new Senate report and congressional testimony on Wednesday, Biden administration health officials deliberately ignored warning signs of possible serious reactions to the COVID-19 vaccine, including heart attacks, strokes, Bell’s palsy and sudden cardiac death. Within three months of the vaccines being rolled out, in March 2021, red flags were fluttering out of the weekly data dumps from doctors and patients reporting health problems after the shots, according to internal emails and meeting notes

Former FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino confessed in an interview Tuesday that he lives in constant fear that he’ll face retaliation after he shed light on corruption in the bureau and because of a document he found related to Crossfire Hurricane. Bongino, who left the bureau in January after roughly 10 months in the job, said he found the document in a burn bag that was related to the FBI probe into allegations of Russia collusion in President Donald Trump's 2016 campaign. The former deputy director claimed on the "Hang Out with Sean Hannity" podcast that the document was clearly meant to be destroyed

A former Minnesota state trooper alleged this week that his bosses at the state Department of Human Services tried to bully him into quashing his findings of fraud in the state’s child care funding program. Jay Swanson, a former criminal investigator for the DHS, also revealed that it was well known among Somali refugees in East Africa that Minnesota was the best place to go in the US to pull off child care fraud schemes. And then Gov. Tim Walz came into office — and Swanson’s entire department investigating waste, fraud and abuse was eliminated, according to Republican lawmakers. David Morens, 78, has been charged with conspiracy against the United States; destruction, alteration, or falsification of records in federal investigations; concealment, removal, or mutilation of records; and aiding and abetting. The indictment, unsealed Monday in Maryland federal court, also lists two unnamed co-conspirators who “concealed, removed, destroyed and caused the concealment, and removal of federal records to evade FOIA [Freedom of Information Act] and FRA [Federal Records Act].” Morens, who served as a senior advisor to Fauci from 2006 to 2022,

Do you ever wonder why so many Blue states refuse to hand over their voter rolls to the federal government? After all, there is a federal law that requires certain measures to ensure ballot integrity, passed in the wake of the 2000 Florida debacle. It requires, among other things, that states clean their voter rolls of ineligible voters. But these states refuse to do that, and they refuse to show that they aren't breaking federal law. Of course, every sentient person knows exactly why they do both of those things: they cheat, and want to make it as hard as possible to detect the cheating, and almost impossible to audit elections

For decades, the mental health industry and its allies in media, government, and education have operated on a simple assumption: the more mental health awareness we spread, through campaigns, school programs, social media, and public service announcements, the better. Raise awareness, reduce stigma, encourage help-seeking, and mental health will surely improve. New evidence shows the opposite is happening. Well-intentioned awareness efforts are actively backfiring, manufacturing distress, inflating diagnoses, and turning normal human emotions into chronic “disorders.” The shocking result is that these campaigns are turning mentally fit people into self-diagnosed mentally ill patients, with symptoms effectively “contracted” from the awareness messages themselves.

The United Arab Emirates' decision this week to leave the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) is just the latest departure and yet another sign that the cartel’s decades-long grip over global energy markets is drifting further into the history books. The UAE has ambitions to increase its oil and gas production, and this has brought it into conflict with other members of the cartel, primarily Saudi Arabia. The production quotas the group set were aimed at keeping prices higher, and that worked well when the Middle East was the primary energy producer in the world.
