At least eight children — ranging in age from one to 14-years-old — were killed early Sunday in what police describe as a sprawling domestic‑violence shooting that stretched across four separate crime scenes in Shreveport. Shreveport Police Corporal Chris Bordelon told reporters officers were first dispatched just after 6 a.m. to reports of gunfire in the 300 block of West 79th Street, where they located the initial scene. As officers canvassed the area, they discovered additional connected locations, including one on Harrison Street, all tied to the same domestic disturbance. Police said at least 10 people were struck by gunfire, with eight pronounced dead at the scene or shortly afterward.

First of all prayers for all those killed and injured by this evil man. Area of Shreveport known as Cedar Grove. From Wikipedia for what it is worth. 'It is located to the southwest of the downtown district, an area bordered by Hollywood Avenue on the north side to 85th Street on the south side; from Line Avenue in the east to Linwood Road on the west. It developed a recent reputation as an inner city neighborhood, especially during the crack cocaine epidemic of the 1980s'

Domestic disputes are often the worse scenarios. Jealousy and envy get mixed together with violent tendencies. In this case the children apparently bore the brunt of the killer's rage.

I can't help thinking the left anti-gunners may be behind this. Not actually pulling the trigger, but by encouraging some targeted loon, or homies to release their anger with the world with a mass shooting. Lefties all over the interwebs and the news are telling 'deficient' people to fight their oppressors. If that's supposed to change the minds of gun owners, they're sadly mistaken....

Two hundred fifty-one years ago tonight Paul Revere rode into history, intent on warning John Hancock and Sam Adams of the British intent to arrest them. Patriots’ Day, April 18/19 1775… A friend once asked: “How do you celebrate Patriots’ Day?” Which, perhaps, should spur me to share my own thoughts on this day of consequence. Before he was an accused rapist, Eric Swalwell was a Democratic golden boy who rose to some of the most influential roles in Washington over his 13 year career in Congress. With the help of Rep. Swalwell now stands accused by five women of sexual misconduct, such as sending nudes and non-consensual touching. Late last night (midnight) the House members were called back to session in order to vote on a procedural rule to facilitate a negotiated FISA(702) extension. The advancement vote failed to pass the House (200-220) collapsing the bill, which is not a bad outcome all things considered. House Republican leaders posted a compromise FISA amendment just before 11 p.m., and then called the House members to vote. The Amendment would have extended FISA (702) for five years and did include language that would have strengthened criminal penalties for misuse of the program, and some language that would have required warrants under certain circumstances.

The Democrat-led Ukraine impeachment effort of 2019 was linked to and a continuation of the Russiagate saga and of the failed effort by special counsel Robert Mueller to unearth criminality by President Donald Trump, newly-declassified documents and testimony indicate. Memos declassified by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard and released by Just the News on Sunday were written by investigators for intelligence community inspector general Michael Atkinson, who first handled the CIA analyst's complaint. Gabbard also declassified long-secret transcribed interviews from the watchdog, and these, combined with the memos, provide further evidence that the Ukraine impeachment saga was a continuation of the Russiagate saga which had flamed out.

Since then, Omar submitted an amended filing showing much lower assets of about $18,000 and $95,000.
