Contractors use skip tracing, AI to find

The U.S. government is using AI to locate and arrest migrants who are accused of being in the United States illegally. According to several reports, the Department of Homeland Security is hiring a litany of private contractors and giving them the names of thousands of migrants. The contractors are then using artificial intelligence to find the migrants. The process of using AI, public records, databases, online information and surveillance is called “skip tracing.” It’s been used by debt collectors, bail bondsmen and private investigators for years. But reports say DHS is paying private companies billions of dollars to use this process to find migrants for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement

If there is an issue with facial recognition, the illegal can always provide an ID and birth certificate to resolve the issue. Thanks for your attention to this matter!

Illegal aliens! They have absolutely no rights in this country. If they'd stayed home, they would be fine. And, they can always get paid for self-deporting.

And the problem is? Like, if the police used computer searches to find where thieves and other ne'er-do-wells are hiding out, I mean, DUH? The Left has this absurd, immature and poisonous "fairness" thing about illegals, and criminals in general. As in, if you don't guard your property, it's only right that some unfortunate would take it, and even, like, it's not a fair contest if you use tech to find or stop lawbreakers... They are the same ones who think that either taking body-building and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes, or whining to a government social worker, are the only ethical answers to personal safety fears, instead of carrying the personal weapon of your choice and comfort level. They think even personal survival while walking down the street should be a fair fight - for the attacker. Tired of the arrogant crazies and maladjusted, disfunctional Lefties... and their media enablers.

Once the illegal comes across our border (illegally) they have violated Federal Law. Why would anyone think that they would respect our other laws. This country is made up of laws. There are those of us that respect and obey our laws. I say use this as a tool to locate and send these people that came illegally back to their country.

These 'migrants' are no fools. Come here and get free housing, food, medical care and protection from being deported by our media and the Democrat Party. It's obvious why they flood in here. They ruin their own country and look to the US to give them an easier life. The numerous violent criminals among them also see easy pickings for rape and robbery.

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin may take action against “sanctuary cities” that subvert federal immigration laws by removing customs agents at their international airports. The move would crush the tourist economies of sanctuary cities such as New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco by rendering them incapable of processing international travelers. “I believe sanctuary cities — it’s not lawful,” the DHS boss said. “This one area we may take a hard look at is … some of these cities have international airports. If they’re a sanctuary city, should they really be processing customs into their city?"

On Apr. 3, 2026, multiple specialized units sprang into action for a complex mission they train extensively for but hope never to execute: Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR). As we reported, an F-15E Strike Eagle was lost over Iran and an A-10C Thunderbolt II crashed in Kuwait after being hit by enemy fire while supporting the CSAR operation. Early in the morning, videos started emerging on social media, showing U.S. rescue assets in flight at low altitude over southern Iran. Among them, two were quickly recognizable: the HC-130J Combat King II aircraft and the HH-60W Jolly Green II helicopter.

The incident occurred as US forces launched a search-and-rescue mission for the two-person crew of the downed F-15E. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit denied California’s emergency request to modify a U.S. Supreme Court decision involving a policy that allowed public schools to withhold information from parents about a student’s gender transition. California filed an emergency motion seeking to revise the language of a permanent injunction against the policy, citing the need to address situations involving parents who might engage in abuse. Earlier this month, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled 6-3 that the California policies violated the First and 14th Amendments. “Parents and guardians have a federal constitutional right to be informed if their public school student child expresses gender incongruence,..." the permanent injunction states.

Travelers nationwide are dealing with lengthy security line backups at airports due to the partial government shutdown affecting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and, in turn, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). As the shutdown continues, the TSA is increasingly facing staffing shortages that have led to long lines at airport security checkpoints. Unfortunately, it sounds like those staffing issues are only getting worse. “Travelers are facing TSA lines of up to nearly three hours long at some major airports, causing missed flights and massive delays during peak travel,” the DHS said in a statement.

The State Department has cut the fee Americans must pay to renounce their U.S. citizenship by roughly 80%, lowering the cost from $2,350 to $450 under a new rule that took effect Friday. The new fee, first announced in 2023 but not previously implemented, returns the cost to the same level the government charged when it first began requiring payment for citizenship renunciations in 2010. The State Department said in the rule that it lowered the fee as a policy decision to reduce the cost burden on people seeking a Certificate of Loss of Nationality, the document issued after someone formally renounces U.S. citizenship before a diplomatic or consular officer abroad.
