I have been following debates over global warming since the 1990s. In the early days, the oil companies defended themselves both by challenging the bad science underlying the global warming theory and by pointing out the benefits of increasing CO2 in the atmosphere. At one time I had a VHS documentary called “The Greening of Planet Earth” on that topic. The benefits of CO2 are indisputable, as anyone who knows anything about photosynthesis–i.e. everyone who went to school before the collapse of recent years–will understand. I too have been following the saga of the horrid climate science behind the Global Warming/Climate Change scam for almost 40 years, pretty much since the disgraceful "physicist" James Hansen's testimony to the Senate. The benefits of more CO2 in the atmosphere should be indisputable to the masses, but aren't due to the crooked "scientists", Enemedia, and "Academics" who push the climate clownery in schools. There are too many subjects nowadays which are treated in the same manner, that is all the lies which are thrown around. By the way, I sure hope the foolish people in the northeast U.S. are enjoying their 2 feet of global warming goodness.

Too much of anything can be bad , but the Greenies were actually fighting Green . The growing amount of CO2 is actually pretty minute we are ok for a while yet, the scientists got tied up in and agenda and they went along not bothering with real science just political BS.

I have been commenting on the lush summer growth in New England for many years. And yeah, the summers can be somewhat hotter and dryer and winters not as cold and snowy. But that has been trending for a LONG time. There is some good and some bad about all of it. Different doesn't mean bad. Further, the cause of the changes are far more complex than CO2 rising and even if it has played a role somewhat, physics proves rising CO2 has far less impact as concentrations rise. It is a self limiting process. Meanwhile, the availability of abundant power from fossil fuel is responsible for vast improvements in all areas of society and more CO2 provides a lusher biosphere. That doesn't sound too bad and is far from the existential threat the Left claims it is.

But it's not just CO2 that the climate hoaxers have a problem with. They want to eliminate CARBON, too, and either they don't know or they skip over the fact that ALL life is carbon-based. You can, therefore, conclude that what they really want is either to control you or eliminate you--because, you know, you're just an "unnecessary eater."

"This is AI slop. It is impossible that Newsom actually said this," social scientist Charles Murray posted in response to California Gov. The "French far-left"? What the hell did those starry-eyed peace-and-love idealists do to deserve that designation? Well, just a few hours north of where I chance to be, on the streets of Lyons, they beat a guy to death: Quentin Deranque. - or, if you read the worthless French newspapers, merely "Quentin D", it being a convention in the Gallic press that the dead should be rendered anonymous and generic even in their own slaughter. M Deranque was a twenty-three-year-old student, who had gone along to a protest by seven ladies of conservative bent. He was there to keep an eye on his friends in case "the left" - an Antifa

Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has reportedly taken steps to prepare for the possibility of his assassination or removal as tensions with the United States and Israel intensify. According to a New York Times report published on Sunday, Khamenei elevated longtime ally Ali Larijani to serve as the country’s de facto decision-maker during January’s anti-government unrest. The move has effectively sidelined Iran’s elected president, Masoud Pezeshkian. Larijani, a former Revolutionary Guards commander and current secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, is now taking on an expanded role in the state’s affairs.

Unfortunately, part of the story of the 2026 Winter Olympics was the number of American athletes who decided to speak negatively about the United States rather than display pride for the country they had the privilege to represent on the global stage. Here are the U.S. athletes whose political comments drew the most attention during the Games, and how they fared. Spoiler alert: not well. Hunter Hess, Freestyle Skiing What Hess said: "It brings up mixed emotions to represent the U.S. right now… there's obviously a lot going on that I'm not the biggest fan of, and I think a lot of people aren't," the American skier said on February

Hockey star Dylan Larkin thinks his late NHL teammate, Johnny Gaudreau, may have cosmically had a hand in Team USA's win in the gold medal game at the Winter Olympics. After the United States defeated Canada 2-1 in the highly-anticipated match on Sunday, Feb, 22, Larkin, 29, spoke to reporters, including PEOPLE, about how the team has remembered the former star during the Games. Gaudreau, who died in Aug. 2024 along with his brother Matthew when they were hit by an alleged drunk driver, was on track to make the Olympic team. "Johnny and Matty should be here and that is still the biggest loss that all of us at USA hockey,

Jack Hughes was feeling "proud" to be an American — and ready to get back to the U.S. for some dental work — after scoring the Olympic gold-winning goal. Moments after Hughes, 24, sealed Team USA's win over rival Canada at the 2026 Winter Olympics on Sunday, Feb. 22 with his overtime goal, which came 20 minutes after he had several teeth knocked out mid-game, the NHL star was filled with enthusiasm for his country and his teammates. "This is all about our country right now. I love the U.S.A. I love my teammates, it’s unbelievable," Hughes told NBC. "The USA Hockey brotherhood, it’s so strong. We had

But Feb. 22, 2026 saw Jack Hughes play the hero for the Americans. In a reversal of the 2010 Winter Olympics which saw Canada's Sidney Crosby with the Golden Goal, Hughes saw a magical golden goal of his own for Team USA. His overtime goal only 1:41 into OT following a regulation that saw a 1-1 conclusion lifted the U.S. roster to wearing

A new FBI memo puts President Joe Biden in the thick of the Mar-a-Lago search of President Donald Trump's home. The memo puts an end to any rumors or partisan talking points; internal emails and memos outline briefings, coordination, and presidential approval before federal agents entered Trump's home. In January 2022, the National Archives and Records Administration received 15 boxes of presidential materials from Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate. Staff members found documents bearing classified markings, and requested additional materials from Trump's team. Archivist officials believed more records remained at the property. The dispute moved from paperwork to potential criminal exposure within a matter of months.

There was an immediate reaction from many on the left. (X) However, Johnson was absolutely right to deny the Jackson family's request to allow his body to lie in state in the Capitol rotunda. There are very strict protocols governing who can lie in state. Even former Vice President Dick Cheney was denied that honor. Generally, the honor is reserved for presidents, noted military leaders, and select government officials.

It was a big week in the news. Marco Rubio went to Munich and mounted an eloquent defense of Western civilization. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez tagged along, and proved herself not very bright for a cocktail waitress. The U.S. armada continued steaming toward Iran with no resolution in sight, and the Supreme Court lowered the boom on President Trump’s tariffs. In New York, the Mamdani era began its inevitable long decline. And much more besides. But as far as memes are concerned, the week was dominated by the Winter Olympics in Italy. Wins over Canada were sweet, and curling gripped the world’s sports audience. The Week In Pictures, Game of Stones Edition:

As I am writing this on Ash Wednesday, I decided to take a look at the now mountainous pile of windfarm projects that have been tossed onto the ash heap of Green Energy history…thanks to President Donald Trump and his insistence that American energy sources be dependable, efficient, and as inexpensive as reasonably possible. Last week, I noted that Now Wyoming’s top land officials moved to rescind the state wind leases underpinning the Pronghorn H2 and Sidewinder projects, effectively putting both projects on a path toward cancellation. It turns out that these projects were being constructed to support another untested and untried technology, and were unpopular with local residents.
