As Expected, Justice Jackson Humiliated
Herself During Today’s Oral Arguments

I don’t think anyone would confuse Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson with a sharp legal mind. She often comes across as the poster child for what’s wrong with DEI hires. On Tuesday, the Supreme Court heard oral arguments in Little v. Hecox, a case that will likely decide whether laws barring biological males from competing on girls’ sports teams are constitutional. Given that Jackson famously admitted during her confirmation hearings that she didn’t know what a woman was — because, as she put it, she’s “not a biologist” — you knew she was bound to be a real spectacle.

She'll always be Affirmative Action Jackson to me.... qualified only for the check-in counter at the DMV.

Affirmative Action always harms everyone. DEI is a land mine that kills everyone near it - not just the one who stepped on it. Affirmative Action is racism - a government-created evil that must be eradicated from our society. This stupid woman is an insult to everyone's intelligence.

She's too stupid to even grasp how embarrasingly stupid she is.....while simultaneously being absolutely convinced that she's a brilliant legal scholar.

The more leading liberals are forced to speak out to "resist", the more we recognize they are dunces. They usually say things that, within a short period of time, explode in their faces.
Then you begin to realize that liberal leaders are perfect examples of failures in leadership and lack any true capabilities. The only "skill" they possess is strident adherence to their foolish beliefs that arise out of stupidity, arrogance, and selfishness. They are amoral, believing they can circumvent law and decency to take what they want. They are a degraded form of humanity.

I heard part of these arguments today, and Lordy, does Jackson admire herself while not making any sense whosoever. She did a lot of talking and not saying anything. The cameras weren't in the Court for this, but I could just see all of the other Justices rolling their eyes.

Pure gobbledygook
If you don't get it, the lady herself is the most confused of all. Her handlers are going to have to dumb it down.
She has time, she'll grow into the job..... ***spit take***

That seems to be a common theme among people who were hired just for their skin color. They never have been called out for the babbling nonsense they spew, so they just keep spewing it and believe people are impressed. None dare call it retardation.

My guess is 40 years from now, (of course, I'll be long dead) that the Supreme Court will
be entirely made up of black females. Or any combination of minorities, most assuredly
all female without a doubt.

Re #9, you are overly generous in calling those word collections "sentences" In reality they are loose collections of barely related phrases....not a completed thought, or a valid sentence. Half thought out jumbled partial phrases..
Not the product of a triple digit IQ, clearly.

She's not at all humiliated.
That would require self knowledge; the understanding that she is as dumb as Kamala and was chosen for the same reason and no other: black, female.

Did Jackson think that if she threw in enough nonsensical legal sounding phrases somehow relating to the case that she might get something right and maybe sound smart by using so many words? She would be better to stick to Justice Clarence Thomas model of speaking less but making the few words you do say have a giant impact. Jackson just comes across as a law student trying to impress her professor with a lot of confusing attorney like language.

Trouble is, she's so stupid she had no idea that she'd just been schooled.

The conservatives on the court think she is a lightweight. The liberals on the court are embarrassed by her.
