President Trump Grants Tina Peters Pardon

Original Article

President Trump on Thursday granted Tina Peters a full pardon. Tina, a Gold Star Mother who is in poor health, is now serving nine years in a Colorado state prison for challenging the 2020 elections. The left wants her dead. Tina Peters has been found guilty on state charges and is serving time in a state prison, so the presidential pardon will not result in her immediate release. Last week, a magistrate judge dismissed Tina Peter’s habeas corpus petition seeking an early release from prison. President Trump’s close friend, former schoolmate, and attorney, Peter Ticktin, recently wrote in a letter that Tina Peters has been attacked three times by other inmates.

Nobody tells God what to do, but He said if two of us shall agree touching anything that they shall ask it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. There are people here that know the LORD Jesus. Agree with me as I ask that Tina Peters will be set free speedily and that all those responsible for her torment will either repent and come clean or else they will quickly experience the wrath of the Almighty God. In Jesus Name, amen.

At the federal level, Thursday was a great day. I am happy for Tina Peters. Next up - get the Peoples Republic of Colorado and the local deep state off her back and free her from state prison. Colorado District Court Lefty Judge Martin Barrett, AG Phil Weiser, and S-o-S Jenna Griswold, and Gov. Jared Polis, your turns as the local dims to come clean and explain the state's miscarriage of justice against Peters then release her from her bondage earliest. Perhaps denying the state large amounts of federal funding might expedite your decision to release Peters. Afterall, the only reason you put Peters in prison in the first place was to make an example out of her to silence other Colorado county clerks from speaking out about voting fraud in their counties, too.

What they've done to her for the "crime" is beyond cruel and unusual punishment. Solitary confinement for a low level offense surely meets that definition and she should be released ASAP.

Tina Peters is a victim of tyranny. At least President Trump is supporting her. Our country is on a long decline. We will lose our rights, our freedoms, our wealth, and in some cases our lives. People are foolishly voting for this and supporting this thinking they will benefit in some way. That's not the way tyranny works. It will strip everyone of everything.

Going further with what 13 said: f you look at the constitution, Article II, Section 2, Clause 1, the presidential pardon power, seems to be in conflict to some degree with the 10th Amendment, states rights, in this particular kind of case. The argument may seem a bit weak on its face, but IMO it is still something the SCOTUS could address. In particular look at the letter from her attorney, specifically pages 7 and 8. https://static.foxnews.com/foxnews.com/content/uploads/2025/12/tina_peters_letter.pdf

I listened to the video for the first time a few minutes ago. Until then I had no idea what he had said and how he said it. What struck me most was his notion of Peters's 'damage to the community'. He made it sound like people are still walking around shaken by her actions, going to group therapy to try to work through the trauma that he made sound like the community effects of Kohberger's murders of four college students in Idaho. All this as he tsk'd and sniffed repeatedly to emphasize the insult he feels for Tina Peters statement to the court. I can easily imagine him taking satisfaction in squashing her like a bug. He's a prig and an egomaniac, but of course that is par for many on the bench.

ATLANTA (AP) — A federal judge has permanently ordered Georgia’s prison system to keep providing some kinds of gender-affirming care for transgender prisoners, although the state plans to appeal. U.S. District Judge Victoria Marie Calvert last week ruled that a new state law denying hormone therapy to inmates violated their protection against cruel and unusual punishment under the Eighth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. She ordered the state to keep providing hormones to inmates who had been receiving therapy and to allow others medically diagnosed as needing hormone therapy to begin receiving treatment.
