New Jersey governor-elect Mikie Sherrill (D.) turned to former energy secretary Jennifer Granholm, an architect of Biden-era green energy policies—which polls show are unpopular with Garden State voters—to co-chair her transition team’s energy task force. The governor-elect’s energy team is a quasi-reunion of Biden administration alumni—in addition to Granholm, former Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) member Allison Clements will serve as its other co-chair. It’s a signal that although Sherrill ran to the middle on energy issues during her gubernatorial campaign, she is prepared to govern as a climate hawk. Sherrill's campaign promises included a moratorium, a freeze on energy prices. She was gonna fight for New Jersey! Her coice of former energy secretary Jennifer Granholm, an architect of Biden-era green energy policies—which polls show are unpopular with Garden State voters—to co-chair her transition team’s energy task force sure sounds like energy prices are gonna go UP UP UP UP. Enjoy the suck, New Jersey, the suck of money out of your pockets and into energy scams. And if energy costs more...everything else will too.

When Granholm was Governor of Michigan, she said that we would be "blown away" by what she did. What was blown away were jobs by her policies. Now, Granholm will help bring this to NJ, and help raise energy prices even more. The only thing that will be blown away in NJ will be people moving out of state.

Mikie Sherrill is dumb as a rock, but the Dems and the could-care-less independents liked her, just like that empty headed Commiedanni. People fall for that phony smile. I would not be surprised if this is the first step in Sherrill building a female cabal of govt officials in NJ. It is all over the internet and other places about female entrepreneurs who sought to build a business with an all female staff which enterprise ended up crashing and burning in a short time due to "liberated" females not grasping the point of it all. Of recent note by way of illustration: Bud Lite's brand manager, Cracker Barrel's CEO, and the WNBA's top chick.

In November 2021, just as former President Joe Biden’s administration was importing thousands of Afghan nationals to the United States every week, then-Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas admitted that “not all” Afghans were being vetted with “in-person, refugee interviews,” an admission that shocked members of Congress. On Wednesday, 29-year-old Rahmanullah Lakanwal of Afghanistan left two National Guardsmen in critical condition after he allegedly opened fire on them while shouting “Allahu Akbar,” law enforcement officials say. Lakanwal arrived in the U.S. in 2021 as part of Biden’s Operation Allies Welcome, carried out by Mayorkas at the time, which ultimately resettled tens of thousands of Afghans in American communities.

National Guard shooting suspect Rahmanullah Lakanwal, 29, had entered the US in 2021 from Afghanistan in the aftermath of the Biden administration’s disastrous withdrawal as part of the “Operation Allies Welcome” program. “The protection of this country and of the American people remains paramount, and the American people will not bear

Lakanwal, according to CNN, entered the United States on a temporary visa issued to him in 2021 under Operation Allies Welcome, a program designed to coordinate the evacuation, processing, and resettlement of vulnerable Afghan nationals
