Heh. This will start the usual suspects wailing. Of course, they are only interested in disarming honest citizens, not the "Black Lives (don't) Matter' movement.

Excellent! This is long overdue. They could start in Colorado. The libtards that ruined the state shoved through some ridiculous anti-gun laws dealing with magazine capacity limits, waiting periods, and requiring a permit from a county sheriff to ATTEND A CLASS in order to buy any semiautomatic firearm with a detachable magazine! It’s already in litigation, but having the DOJ join it may spur the morns in the state legislature to repeal it. We have to fight these jerks at every turn.

The rights under the Bill of Rights are all civil rights, and MUST be treated equally. When they are infringed upon, that must be STOPPED. The words "the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed" are extremely clear and unambiguous. However, anti-gun government goons have been infringing and claiming that they are not for at least 90 years. This is a good move towards stopping those infringements.

The sister division to the 2A guarantee establishment should be the reinstitution of mental asylums for those who abuse those rights and make it harder for the rest of us. Criminals and sexual predators establish their early history before the serious crimes begin and society pretends not to notice until it's too late. Kids do not progress from bully to juvenile delinquent to model citizen as the psychologists would have us believe. Rehabilitation is a pipe dream for most.

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has rolled out a nationwide hotline for reporting criminal activity in federally funded housing, reinforcing an ongoing federal crackdown on violence, fraud, and unlawful residency in taxpayer-supported communities. On Monday, November 24, Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Secretary Scott Turner unveiled a national crime tip hotline designed to enhance public safety in HUD-funded housing developments. The initiative is intended to combat criminal activity such as gang operations, drug trafficking, human trafficking, and occupancy by ineligible individuals, including sex offenders and those residing in the United States unlawfully. The hotline — 1-800-347-3735 — will provide a direct channel for residents to report

On Nov. 17, the Palestinian flag was raised for the first time in front of Toronto’s city hall. There had been a great deal of protest from Jewish activists in anticipation of this event, but to no avail. Toronto’s mayor, Olivia Chow, is a prominent member of the New Democratic Party (NDP), Canada’s equivalent of America’s Democratic Socialists, and one might say she is Mamdani lite. Unlike New York’s mayor-elect, she has no charisma and no charm, but she’s a dyed-in-the-wool leftist with similar principles. In response to a letter-writing campaign, she explained that the decision had been made by “staff” according to the rules treating all “nationalities” the same.

Overseas visitors to 11 of America’s most popular national parks will need to pay an extra $100 per person to get in starting Jan. 1, the Interior Department announced Tuesday in a bid to make up for lost income from the recent government shutdown, as well as severe budget cuts. Foreigners also will be left out of eight so-called “fee-free days” that correspond to patriotic holidays — including President’s Day, Memorial Day, Flag Day, July 4 weekend, and Veteran’s Day. As part of the changes, foreign tourists will also see their annual parks pass price jump to $250, while US residents will continue to be charged $80. The $100 surcharge will be

The U.S. Military could be preparing to sever ties with the Scouts, according to a leaked Pentagon memo. U.S. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth wants to bring an end to the centuries-old partnership between the military and Scouting America because he believes the organization has developed a tendency to "attack boy-friendly spaces," according to documents reportedly seen by NPR. A Department of Defense official told NPR the Pentagon would not comment on "leaked documents that we cannot authenticate and that may be predecisional." Newsweek contacted the U.S. Department of Defense for further comment via email. The U.S. military's relationship with Scouting America (formerly Boy Scouts of America) is a long-standing

The Biden administration allegedly pressured US airports to house migrants despite warnings that it could compromise safety and put travelers at risk, according to a bombshell Senate report. The 47-page document, “Flight Risk” released by the Senate Commerce Committee, alleges the White House directed the Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), and Federal Transit Administration (FTA) to find airport facilities for shelters or processing centers for migrants. According to the report, the administration instructed DOT and FAA to “inventory available facilities” at both federally owned and local airports and to “divert federal resources” to support migrant arrivals.

Who Is Basheer Bilaal? Basheer Bilaal is the resident imam of the Muslim Society of Delaware Valley (MSDV), which oversees the Islamic

Last week a radio host in Salt Lake City asked me a question I didn’t expect. We’d been talking about my “jobs Americans won’t do” article, which kind of kicked the anthill, and everything stayed within the usual lanes: illegal immigration, wages, hiring incentives, hollowed-out towns. Then, at the very end, he asked the only question that really matters: “So how do we fix it?” Not describe it or rant about it. Fix it. My answer, essentially, was, "It's complicated." There isn’t a bumper-sticker answer. And there certainly isn’t a partisan one. The problem goes much deeper than illegal immigration, though illegal immigration made it far worse. The truth is brutal:

California gubernatorial candidate and Democrat Rep. Eric Swalwell (CA-14) claims that military members have privately confided in him plans to serve as a "check" to any orders issued by President Trump, suggesting they could defy their superiors. The idea that service members are secretly huddling with a congressman who can't bench press above 135 and whose top athletic feat was having to retire from soccer after breaking both of his thumbs is specious at best. That said, his remarks are an attempt to keep the sedition train rolling in the wake of a video from six Democratic lawmakers encouraging military members to defy orders from their superiors.

California has long been a “fuel island” — a state whose gasoline and diesel markets are isolated from the rest of the country — but that could soon end under a proposed plan to build the first-ever pipeline to bring refined products directly to the West Coast. Known as the Western Gateway Pipeline, the project from oil major Phillips 66 and global pipeline giant Kinder Morgan would deliver gasoline, diesel and jet fuel to Arizona and California from as far east as Missouri by 2029. The companies are currently scoping out demand and seeking commitments from customers in what is known as an “open season.”

Thirty-five other activists received the same punishment. The activists said they used an environmentally harmless dye to draw attention to the “massive effects of climate collapse.” The protest took place to coincide with the conclusion of the Cop30 United Nations climate conference in Brazil. The group also displayed a banner reading “Stop Ecocide” from the Rialto Bridge and staged a flash-mob in which protesters, dressed in red with veils over their faces, walked slowly through crowds of tourists.
