BREAKING: Obama Judge Blocks Trump’s
Policy Barring Illegals From Seeking Asylum
– Stephen Miller Responds

A federal judge on Wednesday blocked President Trump’s policy banning illegals who cross the border from seeking asylum. US District Judge Randolph Moss, an Obama appointee, said President Trump does not have the authority to bypass immigration law that Congress has enacted. Earlier this year, the anti-American ACLU and Las Americas Immigrant Advocacy Center sued the Trump Administration over its asylum policy. Judge Moss stayed his order for 14 days so the Trump Administration can file an appeal.

Comments:

Direct violation of the recent USSC ruling on rogue judges and nationwide injunctions.

Can we just militarize the border? I am perfectly fine with opening fire on anyone crossing the border without going thru a designated crossing point. Just mine the RioGrande and chum the Florida Straits.

Without looking up international amnesty law, I say Moss is dead wrong. It is my recollection that someone seeking amnesty must go to the nearest place. He cannot arbitrarily decide that he chooses America.

In my replay I meant asylum rather than amnesty. "Being afraid to return to your home country is not enough by itself. To establish eligibility for asylum or refugee status under U.S. law (8 U.S.C. § 1158), you must prove that you meet the definition of a refugee (under 8 U.S.C. § 1101)." My understanding is that the illegals are supposed to request asylum in the first country that they enter after leaving their own country. In most cases, except Canada, MExico, and a few island nations, that is NOT the USA! Just as the judge claims that Trump cannot rewrite the rules that Congress wrote, neither can the judge rewrite the laws just because he doesn't like Donald Trump.

What that Judge essentially ruled was that under current law that a billion illegal aliens of Third World origin could unlawfully enter the USA and apply for asylum in the USA and that before they could be removed (deported) that each of them must be given the “due process” to prosecute their individual asylum claims through the administrative immigration courts and the US Federal Court system up to the US Supreme Court which would take many years, while all that time the US would continue to be flooded by unlimited numbers of additional illegal aliens could also apply for asylum on into the future. Besides appealing this ruling, it’s time for the Congress to swing into action and update the asylum laws to stop illegal aliens in the USA from applying for asylum.

Even if international law is not applied, they had the chance to request asylum at an official border crossing but waived that right when they entered illegally. f 'em and feed 'em fish heads.

President Donald Trump’s push to help Americans over the age of 65 may be possible with a provision in the “big, beautiful bill,” which passed the Senate on Tuesday. Trump’s Council of Economic Advisers noted that the bill “delivers on President Trump’s promise of No Tax on Social Security,” providing the “largest tax break in American history for our nation’s seniors.” “The One Big Beautiful Bill provides a new bonus deduction of $6,000 for seniors age 65 and older ($12,000 for married seniors) beginning in 2025,” the overview explained, noting the provision, which does not wipe out taxes on Social Security, would be in addition to current standard deductions.

It's a sad fact of life and an awful commentary on our broken culture that churches need to have armed security guards. But thank God that several men at CrossPointe Community Church in Wayne, Mich., were armed and trained to respond to an attack. Their training and skills were put to the ultimate test on June 22, when Brian Anthony Browning, who was heavily armed and dressed in tactical gear, tried to enter the church. Their brave actions likely prevented the mass slaughter of Christians who were at the church that day to celebrate their annual Vacation Bible School program.

If you want to understand the full scope of the Biden administration’s border catastrophe, look no further than the horrifying reality that unfolded for thousands of migrant children. Under Joe Biden, the federal government didn’t just lose track of unaccompanied minors; it actively handed them over to criminals, abusers, and traffickers, putting these kids directly in harm’s way. Under Biden, the Department of Homeland Security placed unaccompanied migrant children with so-called “sponsors” who were barely vetted, if at all. These weren’t just distant relatives or family friends. In many cases, these sponsors had rap sheets a mile long — charges ranging from aggravated assault

One year from now, you will not be able to turn around without receiving notice of America’s semiquincentennial jubilee. The jollity of the occasion will not change the fact that it will be seven years premature. The historical significance assigned to July 4, 1776, the date the Declaration of Independence was adopted by the Second Continental Congress, is befuddling. Without victory in the Revolutionary War, which began over a year earlier, any declarations regarding American independence made during the summer of 1776 would have the same significance today as the “declarations of independence” made by the 11 Confederate States in 1860-61.
