Ukraine Presents Draft Proposal, a “Term
Sheet” for Ceasefire Discussions

Eventually both sides have to get past the talking points and start putting demands to paper. According to President Trump’s envoy to Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, Ukraine has put forth a draft proposal outlining their general terms for a ceasefire between Ukraine and Russia. Now the Trump administration is awaiting a similar draft from the Kremlin. Once both drafts, what they are calling “term sheets”, are received and reviewed it appears that President Trump will reengage the process and seek to bring both parties to the negotiation table. At least that looks like the general outline.

To end this war in one day, Give Russia the eastern half of Ukraine that is 80% Russian and always has been. Relocate the eastern Ukrainians to the western side of Ukraine and everyone starts rebuilding.

Putin knows that Russia is winning the war. He has no incentive to end the war until he get what he wants. When this mess started, I was sure that some factions in Russia would pressure Putin to stop. Never happened. Putin has complete control of his government. His political enemies falling out of windows may have something to do with that.

Eight years ago, I created a simple graphic to help readers and researchers understand how Nellie Ohr was connected to the construct of the Steele Dossier, the core source material that underpinned the Title-1 FISA surveillance warrant used against the Donald Trump 2016 campaign and President Trump administration. In addition to outlining how Nellie Ohr took Ham radio operator classes (May 2016) during her employment with Fusion GPS (began Dec 2015), the graphic shows the circular process of how the Steele Dossier (technically Nellie Ohr’s dossier) was constructed. Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced on May 28 that the United States would begin revoking visas of Chinese students, including those with connections to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). “The U.S. will begin revoking visas of Chinese students, including those with connections to the Chinese Communist Party or studying in critical fields,”(snip) the Chinese regime monitors Chinese students, mobilizing them through the Chinese Students and Scholars Association (CSSA). Some CSSA branches in the United States have openly admitted that they are directed, supported, or financed by Chinese consulates. These students have been known to attempt forced cancellation of events or speeches hosted by overseas dissident groups at U.S. schools.

I’m sorry, but when I finally got around to review the appearance of King Charles in the Canadian Parliament, I could not get past the optics on display. My background thoughts are HERE, but boy howdy does this picture encapsulate the dynamic. (photo)And yes, King Charles waxed eloquently in both French and English about the terrible issue that Canadian sovereignty is facing. The same issue, albeit to a lesser -but increasing- extent, is the core impetus between U.S. President Trump’s manufacturing policies in the USA. President Trump is urgently attempting to rebuild a collapsed industrial manufacturing base. However, from the leftist position of Canada, the easier route

Health officials on May 27 announced they’re narrowing recommendations for COVID-19 vaccinations. “I couldn’t be more pleased to announce that as of today, the COVID vaccine for healthy children and healthy pregnant women has been removed from the CDC recommended immunization schedule,” Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said in a video on social media platform X. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s online versions of the schedules, which say they were published in 2024, still list the COVID-19 vaccine.

Dr. Mehmet Oz, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) administrator, said his agency and the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) have identified at least $14 billion in fraud, waste, and abuse. “There’s about $14 billion we’ve identified with DOGE, of folks who are duly enrolled wrongly in multiple states for Medicaid,” Oz told Fox News’s “Sunday Morning Futures.” As an example, Oz said: “You live in New Jersey, but you move to Pennsylvania, and which state gets your Medicaid? Turns out both states collect money from the federal government.”

U.S. President Donald Trump called Vladimir Putin "absolutely CRAZY" and said the Russian leader "is needlessly killing a lot of people, and I’m not just talking about soldiers" in a Truth Social post on Sunday. The comments indicate that Trump's position on the Kremlin is hardening as his attempt to broker an end to the Russian war falters with no breakthrough in sight. The post came after Russia launched a massive attack on Ukraine over the weekend, lobbing drones and missiles at 30 cities and villages and killing at least 12 people, including three children.

Russia has continued the operation to secure a “buffer zone” between the held regions in the Eastern part of Ukraine and the area west of the Kursk, Bryansk and Belgorod regions. The NATO alliance continues pouring weapons in to support Ukraine defenses, but the Russians are methodically grinding down the Ukrainian military. Volodymyr Zelenskyy is now saying President Trump’s silence is emboldening the Russian assaults. “Each such terrorist attack by Russia is a sufficient reason for new sanctions against Russia. Russia is dragging out this war and continues to kill every day,” Zelensky said in a post on Telegram Sunday morning.

Moscow has claimed that that a “massive” Ukrainian drone attack targeted Vladimir Putin’s helicopter as the Russian leader visited the embattled Kursk region earlier this week. Russian air defence officer Yury Dashkin said on Sunday that Putin’s helicopter was at the “epicentre of an operation to repel a massive drone attack” on Tuesday, state media RT reports. The alleged attack came as the Russian leader visited the Kursk region, which saw the most significant incursion into Russian territory since the Second World War after Ukraine’s forces launched a daring counterinvasion last summer.

As a new White House strategy begins to surface, perhaps revisiting what is possible will provide a perspective not often discussed. Confronting a weaponized Intelligence Community is of great interest, because it is a component battle against the main tools of the Fourth Branch of Government. The IC influence is in every policy related to Trump’s domestic and foreign agenda. Taking control and neutering the capabilities of the IC and CIA specifically,

WASHINGTON — A federal court on Wednesday blocked President Donald Trump from imposing sweeping tariffs on imports under an emergency-powers law, swiftly throwing into doubt Trump’s signature set of economic policies that have rattled global financial markets, frustrated trade partners and raised broader fears about inflation intensifying and the economy slumping. The ruling from a three-judge panel at the New York-based U.S. Court of International Trade came after several lawsuits arguing Trump’s “Liberation Day” tariffs exceeded his authority and left the country’s trade policy dependent on his whims. Trump has repeatedly said the tariffs would force manufacturers to bring back factory jobs to the U.S.

German Chancellor Friedrich Merz pledged Wednesday to help Ukraine develop its own long-range missile systems that would be free of any Western-imposed limitations on their use and targets as the Kyiv government fights to repel Russia’s invasion. Some of the advanced weapon systems that allies have supplied to Ukraine during the 3-year war were subject to range and target restrictions — a fraught political issue stemming from fears that if the weapons struck deep inside Russia, the Kremlin might retaliate against the country that provided them and draw NATO into Europe’s biggest conflict since World War II.

HARTFORD, CT- Once again, Connecticut Democrats have come down on the wrong side of an 80/20 issue. The bill was revised after pro-illegal alien advocates argued that municipalities, i.e., police departments, can ignore the state law already in place that defines when police and others can alert federal agents to the location of

WALNUT CREEK, Calif. — California is bracing for the closure of two major oil refineries, including one in the Bay Area. State lawmakers are sounding the alarm on what that could mean for gas prices. At just under $5 per gallon in Walnut Creek, some drivers are forking out over $100 to fill up the tank. With two refineries preparing to shut down, that’s expected to drive up prices. In the East Bay, the Valero Benicia Refinery is expected to close in April 2026. Down in Southern California, owners of the Phillips 66 refinery are also planning to stop operations

This Memorial Day weekend came at a lousy time: The Democratic Party was teetering towards an all-out civil war, and the holiday weekend messed up the momentum. What fun is that? Beer, burgers, and babes in bikinis are good (along with, y’know, the actual meaning of Memorial Day), but what about the Democratic Party and their circular firing squad? Did it disband? Nope. The Holiday weekend was merely a momentary pause — the calm before the chaos. Along with the unexpected news drop of Biden’s cancer announcement, Memorial Day didn’t avert the civil war. It only delayed it. But not for long: This morning — at 5 a.m. on the flippin’ dot! —

Cillizza shared the incident on his Substack, calling it yet another example of how the politicization of everyday life is “making us all crazy.” “So this is the first time I’ve experienced the sort of politics of Elon Musk and Tesla,” he said. But beneath his words was a deeper, more uncomfortable realization. Back when he bought his Tesla—a Model 3 purchased around 2019 or 2020—Cillizza assumed the real danger would come from conservatives.
