During one of the 2016 Republican debates, the Wall Street Journal’s Kimberly Stassel challenged Donald Trump on the projected revenue from his proposed tax plan.(snip)claimed some economists doubted the growth factor Mr. Trump projects in his tax proposal. What was highlighted within the question was one of the larger hurdles Trump faced as he needs to re-educate an entire generation on a fundamentally new vision of the U.S. economy. A return to a goods-based manufacturing and industry driven economic model.
President Trump’s MAGAnomic trade and foreign policy agenda is jaw-dropping in scale, scope and consequence. (snip)

Well, Attorney General Pam Bondi isn’t going to discuss further the details regarding the deportation flights of Tren de Aragua members, a Venezuelan gang that the Trump administration has designated a foreign terror group. Judge James Boasberg, however, wanted to know the classified details regarding this operation.(snip) the Justice Department informed the courts that they’re invoking the State Secrets Act. (snip)Here is the fatal flaw with DC Obama Judge Jeb Boasberg's order:
Even if these designated foreign terrorists are entitled to individual court review before their deportation, which is disputed, the DC court is not the proper court.
Judge Boasberg did not, and does not, have the power

The Supreme Court has granted President Donald Trump’s request to halt the reinstatement of millions of dollars in Department of Education grants that the government targeted over concerns about diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs.
Chief Justice John Roberts would have denied the administration’s request for relief, according to a court document. Justice Elena Kagan issued a dissent, as did Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, whose dissent was joined by Justice Sonia Sotomayor.
This is a breaking story and will be updated.

President Donald Trump’s agenda could lead to the Supreme Court clarifying U.S. law in major ways as it considers a series of lawsuits brought against his administration.
While his success is uncertain, the pending lawsuits have raised questions about the separation of powers and the scope of executive authority over spending, federal employment, immigration, and foreign policy.
(snip)More appeals are likely to emerge from the more than 100 lawsuits.(snip)Trump has been critical of the judges who have issued blocks on his actions and said that some should be impeached. That appeared to prompt a rare statement from Chief Justice John Roberts who said impeachment was inappropriate in response to disagreements

After you finish this blog, you’ll be asking the million-dollar question: Why is Chief Justice John Roberts hanging out with the Deep State’s #1 color revolution architect? out the left’s favorite “Republican” has some very interesting buddies.(snip)
According to Norm Eisen—the man who practically wrote the Deep State’s playbook on color revolutions, all things anti-Trump, and lawfare in the US—he and Chief Justice John Roberts are not only good pals, but they even spent a week together in the Czech Republic. According to Norm, the two BFFs were there working on “American rule of law” issues.Hmm…
Norm was so proud of this that he actually bragged about the trip

Only in the twisted world of the DC Swamp could something called the “Institute of Peace” be caught deleting a terabyte of financial data to cover up their crimes. And thanks to Elon Musk and his DOGE team, the truth is coming out anyway—because these criminal bozos were dumb enough to think they could erase their tracks with a delete button. (snipp) these geniuses tried to wipe clean a massive amount of financial data—one full terabyte—in a last-ditch attempt to hide their crimes. But their tech illiteracy gave them away.(snip) “They deleted a terabyte of financial data to cover their crimes, but they don’t understand technology, so we recovered it.”

In the currently ongoing outbreak, there have been about 572 measles cases in Ontario, Canada. This is a significantly larger outbreak than the currently hyped one in Texas, which has about 422 cases. The mainstream media has almost completely ignored the Ontario outbreak - their reporting has only focused on the Texas outbreak.
Ontario's top public health official Dr. Kieran Moore does not recommend mandatory vaccination and says the standard public health measures to limit the spread are working. This is a very reasonable response, yet when Sec. Kennedy says something similar; he is viciously attacked.(snip)
another example of the liberal media/pharma machine harassing Sec. Kennedy and Pres. Trump.

New chat logs released by the House Judiciary Committee this week show the extraordinary lengths the FBI went to behind the scenes to shut down any discussion of Hunter Biden’s laptop in October 2020 after the New York Post broke the story.
The conversations, withheld by the FBI under Director Chris Wray, show that senior leadership issued an internal “gag order” on the laptop.
The FBI had been in possession of the abandoned MacBook Pro for 10 months by that stage, after computer repair shop owner John Paul Mac Isaac handed it over and warned of the potential crimes and national security concerns he had found.

The de minimis loophole comes from back in the 1930s. The idea back then was, say you went on a vacation to Paris, you shouldn’t have to file customs paperwork or pay taxes if you decided to ship some little Eiffel Tower statues to your friends back home.
Congress in 2015 then raised the de minimis threshold from $200 to $800. However, the e-commerce world exploded, and Chinese companies began using the de minimis loophole to ship cheap goods (ex. Temu and Shein) into the USA direct to consumers without paying any customs duty.

Attorney General Pamela Bondi announced on March 31 that she is directing the Department of Justice (DOJ) to end its lawsuit against the state of Georgia over its 2021 election law, Senate Bill 202, reversing a high-profile challenge originally brought under the Biden administration.
In June 2021, the DOJ under the Biden administration alleged that Georgia lawmakers enacted Senate Bill 202 with the intent to suppress the votes of black Georgians. The DOJ had cited violations of the Voting Rights Act in its complaint and accused state officials of racial discrimination in election policy.
