Judge James Boasberg issued an oral order demanding that planes carrying Venezuelan gang members, who were not even a party to the lawsuit before him and over which he did not have jurisdiction, be turned around in international airspace. Boasberg is now infuriated that his mere utterance, not even set down in writing, was not immediately obeyed. Democrats and their media have taken to crying that any disobedience of Boasberg, who was appointed by Barack Obama to apparently rule not only the entire country, but the planet and all its airspace, is a “threat to democracy” and a violation of checks and balances.

FBI Director Kash Patel, who also serves as acting director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, has outlined plans to move as many as 1,000 ATF agents to the FBI, cutting ATF’s agents by more than a third, three people briefed on the plan told CNN.
The move represents a major cutback of the ATF, an agency that long has been in the crosshairs of gun rights groups that believe its work infringes on Second Amendment rights. The ATF has about 2,600 agents and more than 5,000 employees, a number that has remained largely unchanged for years.

CAIRO/JERUSALEM, March 23 - An Israeli airstrike at a hospital in Gaza on Sunday killed five people, including a Hamas political leader, Palestinian medics and Hamas said, in an attack Israel said had targeted a key figure in the militant group.
The Gaza Health Ministry said the strike hit the surgery department at Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis. The Israeli military said its attack followed extensive intelligence and used precise munitions to minimize harm at the site. Hamas said a member of its political office, Ismail Barhoum, had been killed.
Israel's defence minister, Israel Katz, confirmed the target was Barhoum. The military did not name the target, which it

Two of the top conservative thinkers in America are Ben Shapiro, the head honcho of The Daily Wire, and Morton Blackwell, the lead dog of the Leadership Institute. Shapiro is more famous, but Blackwell is probably more influential: The Leadership Institute has been around since the late 1970s, training tens of thousands of conservative activists. Included amongst its alumni are GOP senators, congressmen, governors, cabinet members… and at least one PJ Media writer (Hi!).
As for Shapiro, he’s matured into a leading voice for conservatism. His proficiency with social media is widely admired (and often copied), but seldom equaled. Of all the voices in media, he’s the closest thing

We may well be witnessing the passing of a torch just now in the Democratic Party. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, the former bartender from New York, and Bernie Sanders, the daffy old Bolshevik from Vermont, have been making some appearances together. We may well presume that the "daffy Bolshevik" torch is being handed off, from a failed carpenter to a failed bartender.Or, at least, we might have thought that, until Bernie appeared on ABC's "This Week" and, when asked if he thought AOC should run for the Senate, appeared about to storm out of the room, calling it a "nonsense question."
Now why would he do that?

In just a few hours, U.S. officials will be holding talks with Ukraine, and tomorrow a separate round with Russia, in pursuit of a 30 day cease fire. Executive orders and administrative agency rules going back to the 1960s required businesses contracting with the U.S. Government to engage in “affirmative action.”
That was the euphemism of the day for racial discrimination. They couldn’t just call it “racial discrimination” because that term had, naturally and appropriately, developed a negative connotation. It suggested a world where people were judged not by the content of their character, but the color of their skin.
Over the ensuing decades, that euphemism “affirmative action” developed a similar negative connotation.

Then-President Ronald Reagan was widely mocked by Democrats in 1983 when he proposed a “Star Wars”-like weapons system (the Strategic Defense Initiative aka SDI) designed to prevent the United States from attack. According to a new statewide survey from DecipherAi, conducted by veteran pollster David Wolfson, a staggering 48% of likely California voters are now open to voting for a Republican governor in 2026.
That’s right—nearly half the state is ready to ditch the Democrats’ stranglehold on power.
That opportunity may be closer than anyone expected. California’s Republican voter registration sits at just 25%, but a near-majority now says they’re willing to cross party lines if it means real change.
The polling was conducted from March 6 to 9 among likely November 2026 voters.

In my new film, The Climate According to AI Al Gore, I expose the foundational lies of climate science of Al Gore, the godfather of the climate change movement.
Because of Gore, today, governments worldwide spend billions on carbon dioxide reduction policies.
It all began in 1992 when Gore published his climate emergency manifesto, Earth in the Balance, where he claimed that carbon dioxide was dooming the planet and called for environmental control to become “the central organizing principle for civilization.”
Then, in 2006, with the release of his film An Inconvenient Truth, Al Gore’s climate change movement exploded.

They’ve tried everything.
He’s been “at war” with judges. (Translation: he disagreed with them.) He’s received the cold shoulder from Maine’s frigid Governor Janet Mills. Congressional Republicans are turning up the heat on Chinese influence in the U.S. with new legislation aimed at shutting down Chinese "police stations" operating across the country. These covert outposts, reportedly set up by the Chinese Communist Party, are part of a more significant effort to monitor and intimidate Chinese nationals and dissidents living in the U.S. The proposed bill seeks to counter these foreign operations, which many lawmakers consider a serious threat to American sovereignty and national security. The move underscores growing concerns over China's expanding reach on U.S. soil and its efforts to interfere in American affairs.

“Liberty or death!” That was the stark choice that Patrick Henry proposed to his fellow Virginia delegates 250 years ago today. It was a challenge the Founding Fathers and the Revolutionary Army accepted, and thus a new nation was born.
How remarkable that it has been two and a half centuries since a small group of farmers, shopkeepers, politicians, mariners, and slaves banded together into a ragtag army to take on the world’s most powerful empire on behalf of liberty. The Revolution was years in the making, but electrifying speeches from fiery Patriot orators in the months leading up to Lexington and Concord spurred the political conflict to a military crisis,

The radical Left's latest scheme to derail President Trump's America First agenda has reached a fever pitch, with over 100 frivolous lawsuits filed against his administration since January. But Trump isn't taking their lawfare lying down.
In a bold move that should have Democrats and their army of activist attorneys panicking, Trump directed Attorney General Pam Bondi to investigate anti-Trump lawyers and law firms attempting to hamstring his presidency through baseless litigation. The timing couldn't be more critical, with an unprecedented 15 injunctions slapped against presidential actions just last month—far more than Obama or Biden ever faced.

Just days after a tidal wave of criticism hit the Department of Justice (DOJ) for doubling down on its claim that firearm suppressors – or silencers – are not protected by the Second Amendment, something strange happened. Pam Bondi, the current Attorney General, may be changing course. According to William Kirk, attorney and host of Washington Gun Law, the turnaround came surprisingly fast. In a matter of hours, the DOJ filed a motion asking for a delay in a high-stakes federal case involving suppressors – United States v. Peterson. The filing, submitted to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, asked for 30 more days to “reconsider” the government’s previous position.

History records this of the famous Nixon Watergate scandal.
In the summer of 1972, as an American presidential election featuring incumbent Republican President Richard Nixon and Democrat Senator George McGovern swirled, two young, green Washington Post reporters, Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein by name, learned of a break-in at Washington’s Watergate Hotel and office complex. A break-in at the offices of the Democratic National Committee.
Neither was happy at their new assignment that had them looking into this. It was too much like the run-of-the-mill petty crimes each had already spent time investigating. Besides, the two had never worked together on a story before.

Bowman, who lost last July’s Democrat primary following a series of antisemitic controversies and a Capitol stunt resulting in his criminal conviction, told the panel of commentators that the “American people do not trust Elon Musk and Elon Musk is incompetent in his position.” (X Video)

The screaming headline was prophetic: “Trump’s Policies Shake Academic World and May Reshape U.S. Culture.”
My first reaction was YES, that’s the whole point!
The president aims to shake up the arrogant, radical university system and save taxpayers money at the same time.
Somebody finally gets it, I thought.
Alas, that headline appeared in The New York Times, and writer Alan Blinder definitely doesn’t get it.

New FBI Director Kash Patel has announced that the agency has already arrested three of the people on their most wanted list. Like Trump, he is obviously moving at light speed.
It’s amazing what the FBI can accomplish when they’re not wasting time investigating American parents for speaking out at school board meetings.
Patel says this is only the beginning.
Check out his tweet below: (X) From FOX News:
Three FBI Most Wanted fugitive arrests in two months signal return to ‘premier’ agency: former agent
The FBI has had prompt success capturing fugitives since President Trump took office, according to Director Kash Patel.

Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth has some advice for the federal judge who is preventing the imminently sensible Defense Department policy based on President Trump's Executive Order 14183 (Prioritizing Military Excellence and Readiness – The White House) that the military can no longer recruit transgenders and that transgenders are not eligible for retention in the military. Maybe, mused Hegesth on the X social media platform, "Since 'Judge' Reyes is now a top military planner, she/they can report to Fort Benning at 0600 to instruct our Army Rangers on how to execute High Value Target Raids…after that," he continued, "Commander Reyes can dispatch to Fort Bragg to train

An appeals board has upheld the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA’s) suspension of approved permits for a massive wind power venture off New Jersey’s coast in compliance with President Donald Trump’s Jan. 20 executive actions demanding an immediate freeze in offshore wind development and leasing.
It could be the first of many similar remands, or reconsiderations, of issued permits in coming months as the EPA pauses wind power projects that have been permitted but haven’t started construction under the president’s directive.
The Environmental Appeals Board (EAB), an independent appellate tribunal that hears administrative challenges to EPA actions, approved the agency’s request to “voluntarily remand” approved permits for the Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind Project

A snippy article in The New York Times this past weekend — sorry, an unusually snippy article in The New York Times this past weekend — suggested that Trump is using his pardon power to reward those loyal to him and undo what he sees as politically motivated prosecutions. If true, this would make Trump only the 47th president to use his authority this way.
The media’s interest in presidential pardons seems sudden.
Just a few months ago, President Biden granted a blanket clemency to 1,500 criminals in a single day; overruled federal law on capital punishment by rescinding it for 37 of the 40 federal death row prisoners;

Democrat leaders like Senator Chuck Schumer message thinly veiled threats of violence to their (increasingly small) numbers of followers. They are responding in counterproductive ways like torching and defacing Tesla cars and trucks, vehicles most likely owned by Democrats who believe in the climate change fairy tale and want to reduce CO2 emissions. The logical response of Democrat owners is to blame and leave the party that provokes this nonsensical criminal behavior.

The Department of Justice filed a motion on March 21 requesting District of Columbia District Judge Beryl Howell disqualify herself from Perkins Coie LLP’s case challenging President Donald Trump’s executive order against it due to her publicly declared disdain for the president and her connection with essential aspects of the case.
This Court has not kept its disdain for President Trump secret,” Chad Mizelle, acting associate attorney general, wrote in his motion. “It has voiced its thoughts loudly—both inside and outside the courtroom.”
Inside the courtroom, Mizelle noted that during now-former special counsel Jack Smith’s prosecution of Trump, she found “reason to believe that the former President would ‘flee from prosecution,’

Parenthood reshapes priorities, schedules, and, indeed, the brain itself. While short-term brain changes in parents are well-documented, it’s unclear if they last. Now, a study suggests that parenthood may give you a younger brain due to brain restructuring that safeguards against age-related cognitive decline.
Researchers of the study published in PNAS found that parents have better brain connections in areas that typically weaken with age. Compared to adults who are not parents, these different parts of their brain work more smoothly together. As the number of children increased, so did brain connectivity strengthened, suggesting a protective effect against age-related brain changes.

Federal authorities arrested 68 members of the notorious gang Tren De Aragua this week, according to a new report from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
“In less than 100 days, the Trump Administration has arrested 394 members of the Tren De Aragua—a vicious gang known for human trafficking, kidnapping, drug trafficking, and other heinous acts terrorizing American communities,” DHS stated.
Tren De Aragua originated in the Venezuelan state of Aragua and later spread to other South American nations and the United States. On his first day in office, President Donald Trump signed a presidential action which called for designating transnational organizations as terror groups.

Chief Justice John Roberts has his panties in a wad because the president complained about a deep-state judge ignoring the Constitution to the point where the judge demanded that the military turn a couple of planes around in midflight like he was the air traffic controller-in-chief.
While he was at it, why didn’t Judge Doom Boasberg command the oceans to not rise? Look at all the money we would save on fighting global warming.
Trump said, “I’m just doing what the VOTERS wanted me to do. This judge, like many of the Crooked Judges’ I am forced to appear before, should be IMPEACHED!!!”

The University of Maine (UMaine) system decided to “side with sanity,” according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), agreeing not to allow male athletes to compete in female sports following a federal funding threat from the Trump administration.
According to USDA, the UMaine system (a network of eight universities) will comply with President Donald Trump’s executive order that threatens to pull federal funding from schools that allow transgender-identifying athletes to compete in sports that do not align with their actual sex.
Compliance from UMaine came after the system saw a temporary cessation in funding after an investigation was opened into the system for Title IX compliance.

By now, we all know that Justice Roberts and Justice Coney-Barrett aren’t exactly batting for the home team. We’ve been sounding the alarm on the Amy Coney Barrett disaster from day one—even urging President Trump to steer clear. We knew she wasn’t the right pick for a moment this big, and sadly, we were right.Amy Coney Barrett strikes again—alongside Justice Roberts. However, by now, Roberts’ betrayals have become pretty much predictable, but many had high hopes for Barrett, given her history as a clerk for Justice Scalia, one of the greatest Supreme Court Justices of our time. In fact, she was once hailed as “Scalia’s heir.”

The Justice Department announced Friday that it has opened a criminal investigation into a leak of classified intelligence regarding the Tren de Aragua gang—information that was reported by The New York Times and appears to challenge the legal foundation for President Donald Trump’s recent deportation efforts targeting the violent transnational gang.
In a statement issued March 21, Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche confirmed that the Department of Justice (DOJ) is investigating what he called the “selective leak of inaccurate, but nevertheless classified” intelligence about Tren de Aragua, a Venezuelan gang that the State Department has designated a foreign terrorist organization.

First he was a "knucklehead" now he's a "smarta--." Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, a Democrat, said Saturday that he was making a joke when he made a comment last week mocking Tesla and its CEO Elon Musk for the company's recent downward trend in the stock market. Walz attempted to clarify his comments during a town hall in Rochester, Minnesota. "This guy bugs me in a way that’s probably unhealthy," Walz said, referring to Musk.

The Internal Revenue Service is preparing to help homeland security officials locate immigrants they are trying to deport, according to three officials familiar with the matter, in a shift toward using protected taxpayer information to help President Trump’s mass deportation push.
Under a draft of an agreement between the I.R.S. and the Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the tax agency would verify whether immigration officials had the right home address for people who have been ordered to leave the United States, according to a copy of the document viewed by The New York Times.

The Department of Justice is exploring potential criminal charges against former U.S. Institute of Peace (USIP) officials who attempted to block the Trump administration’s leadership changes at the federally funded think tank Monday, a senior DOJ official told the Daily Caller News Foundation. The official, who requested anonymity, told the DCNF the DOJ is examining whether certain USIP actions — such as the removal and destruction of internal and external door locks — created illegal fire hazards. The official also flagged the widespread distribution of internal flyers instructing USIP staff not to cooperate with incoming Trump administration officials as potentially obstructive conduct. USIP leadership escalated its resistance —
