Righteous Attacks Bringing the Left to Heel

Democrat leaders like Senator Chuck Schumer message thinly veiled threats of violence to their (increasingly small) numbers of followers. They are responding in counterproductive ways like torching and defacing Tesla cars and trucks, vehicles most likely owned by Democrats who believe in the climate change fairy tale and want to reduce CO2 emissions. The logical response of Democrat owners is to blame and leave the party that provokes this nonsensical criminal behavior.

The judgment against the NGO Greenpeace is significant news I missed. Greenpeace has been ordered to pay $660 million for conduct in 2016 and 2017. It's the last part of Ms Feldman's column.

We can always rely on Clarice Feldman's weekly posts to hit home runs. So does Mark Levin, who, in his Saturday show on Fox News, made these points: The Deep State (the “In-Your-Face-State”) is the criminal administrative "super-government" of bureaucrats and brainwashed mainstream media, keeping its secrets and telling its fibs as the propaganda arm of Leftist American apparatchiks and increasingly radicalized Marxist-Democrat Party. As we're seeing, it includes cadres of unelected judges to form a permanent ruling class, dismissing temporarily elected politicians to create a permanent ruling class accountable to no one controlling our nation, and growing rich and powerful by serving the venal interests of the nation's ruling elites. Indeed, the administrative Deep State is different from Constitutional representative government and exists only to perpetuate itself regardless of the Constitutionally guaranteed rights of the country or its citizens, which it detests. I heard University of Maine never did permit men in woman's sports, its at the High School level so what the governor of Maine did was try to fool everyone. Probably won't go well for her.

Thank you for posting this. Sunday mornings, I typically first read Clarice Feldman's article, often posted last on the list of "Must Reads." Someone dropped the ball today and supposed that Clarice's revelatory article didn't merit the designation. So I searched and found it. There is much good news favorable to Trump and conservatives that can only be found on conservative websites and is never mentioned in the MSM. We need to highlight and disseminate such news whenever we find it.

Schumer, Jeffries, Pelosi, kinzinger, et Al. It’s about time somebody lowered the boom on these folks for threatening half the population. Their violent rhetoric - ask a Tesla owner — is directed toward anyone who disagrees with them. The high frequency which the MSM uses as it projects its ugly lies and video on us has wrecked polite society.

Stating the obvious, demonrats have lost the House, the Senate, the White House so all they have to fight against the Will of the People is unelected federal judges who are owned by the far Left. Ones that are in D.C. are the worst like Boasberg, Tanya Chutkan, Amy Berman Jackson. Guess who nominated most of them? Obama.

This is the main reason that the Left doesn't outright attack us and begin the civil war. They would get their butts beat but so far, yanking the Tiger's tail has not brought them too much grief.

All this has been a real shock to the Left, who rarely have to pay a price for their illegalities. Hillary, who is at the center of some of this mischief will never be held accountable but some of her puppets are being called on their behaviors. With enough dope slaps, maybe these supporting players will be too scared to sign on with such Leftist stupidity and criminality again. Accountability is the first step to law obedience. If you play, you PAY!

In his second week of his second term in office, President Trump has asserted the right of the Chief Executive to effectively manage the Executive Branch. He has blindsided -- even gelded -- his detractors in the media and Congress, and issued an astonishing array of executive orders which reveal how tax funds have been flowing out of the Treasury to the benefit of the Deep State and its friends without regard (and often even being inimical) to the national interest. So much has happened

Let’s skip ahead to after the election. No matter who wins, the next president will declare that they have a “mandate” to do something. And they will be wrong. The whole canard that a newly elected president is for some reason entitled to have their way is an invention. The word “mandate” doesn’t appear in the Constitution or the Federalist Papers. The myth can be traced to Andrew Jackson. (Snip) [T]he core problem with mandate-mania is this: Presidential electoral majorities never speak with one voice in favor of a policy platform.

In 2008 the media lapped up the master of Shuck and Jive, Barack Obama and his high-falutin' promise: Now, Mizzou, I just have two words for you tonight: five days. Five days. After decades of broken politics in Washington, and eight years of failed policies from George W. Bush, and 21 months of a campaign that's taken us from the rocky coast of Maine to the sunshine of California, we are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America. Decades ago, higher education was held to a standard of legal responsibility for the welfare of its students. The Latin term in loco parentis (in place of parents) gave them the right and duty to act as parents would. The following is nothing more than an educated guess. The current military conflicts in Eastern Europe and the Middle East will not likely end via negotiated armistice, though Mr. Putin may figure out a face-saving way to cut his losses, while Israel is truly committed to putting an end to Hamas and Hezb’allah once and for all. For this to come about, the mullahs in Iran also have to be eliminated. They have made their ancient nation the truly most responsible party for the Israel-Hamas conflict.

There was a mainstream media race to the bottom recently, and The New York Times was the ringleader. The consequences were immediate, terrible, and may be felt for years to come. Announcing the horrifying news of an explosion at a hospital in Gaza, the Times made a series of deliberate and unconscionable choices that contorted the story, and in a way that may have contributed to lost lives. Their headline "Israeli Strike Kills Hundreds in Hospital, Palestinians Say" is abominable journalistic malpractice. Think of the editorial decisions involved here:

The juxtaposition of the Department of Justice’s handling of Hunter Biden with its outrageous treatment of Donald J. In exchange, he’s serving a third term as president behind the scrim while the demented present officeholder serves as a front.

The Biden administration is gearing up to investigate the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank, which was the 16th-largest bank in the United States before it went under after a run on the bank last week. The Justice Department is in the early stages of investigating SVB's failure, Fox News has confirmed. The news was first reported by the Wall Street Journal, which said the Securities and Exchange Commission is also investigating. These inquiries may or may not lead to charges or allegations of wrongdoing and are typical of the government's response after a big company reports massive, unexpected losses. CORRECTION*

There were no procedures in place to notify people,” Millett exclaimed at one point. “Nazis got better treatment under the Alien Enemies Act

Tren de Aragua migrants must be allowed to appeal their deportations ordered under the 1798 Alien Enemies Act, Judge James Boasberg ruled Monday. The ruling is likely to be appealed — in part, because President Donald Trump’s deputies say the judiciary has no role when the President invokes the 1798 act to deport aliens amid an invasion or a “predatory incursion” of the United States. “This is unconstitutional,” responded Stephen Miller, the President’s deputy chief of staff. The judge’s decision did not challenge the 1798 law itself but argued that migrants can claim they are not covered

It's getting to the point that whenever we read or hear of another racist incident, such as a noose, racist graffiti, or threatening note, we sit back and wait for it to be revealed as a hoax. Case in point: In Allentown, Pennsylvania, a city employee, LaTarsha Brown, claimed to have found a noose on her desk. Now she's in trouble because she allegedly put it there and made a false report. Allentown officials announced charges Monday against a city employee, alleging that she made a false police report and tampered with evidence after reporting she found a noose on her desk in January.
