Happy Thursday, dear Kruiser Morning Briefing friends. (Snip) People who are familiar with my rather free approach to expressing myself verbally both onstage and off are usually surprised to find that I don't like to use the word "hate." It's an aversion I developed when I became a father and it just stuck. As my habits go, it is one of the better ones. It's also one that gets put to the test a lot when writing about the Democrats and their flying monkeys in the mainstream media five days a week. They're a dreadful lot, inspiring intensely negative feelings in those of us who deal with them.

Your thoughts, comments, and ideas are always welcome here. But we ask you to please be mindful and respectful. Threatening or crude language doesn't persuade anybody and makes the conversation less enjoyable for fellow L.Dotters.

I used to be more tempted to "hate" the media because they were successful in getting away with their propaganda and lies. I recognize there are a lot of Americans in the mushy middle who have had long loyalty to the media sources they listen to. It's hard to recognize betrayal from someone you trust. I was angry that the media was not only lying but they were abusing the trust of the Americans they listened to. I am still uncertain as to WHY the media acts this way. In dealing with people I know who are on the Left, I have come to realize that most are simply deluded in their views. They don't think clearly. They are more driven by the views of friends and associates and affiliated groups than rational thought. This type of belief system is VERY hard to break out of because a person cannot reason their way out. The chance that their associates are, en masse, going to change their views, is nonexistant. Therefore, the Left is a captive audience. Certainly this applies to many in the media as well. Now tightly welded to the entertainment industry, the recognition of their peers is paramount to them. So many of the media are simply part of the herd. But some are directing the herd. Those people are evil. They may not recognize that but evil rarely recognizes it's its own vileness. Do we think that the villains of history, those who killed millions, ever worried if they were evil? So overall, "hate" may be somewhat useless against these people. They are committed to what they feel is right. If the only people they hurt was themselves that would be regrettable but is there right and responsibility. But when they damage our Country, they must be fought, aggressively. We need to assert the truth and fight for it. We must seek out those in the mushy middle and be persuasive but not angry. We must do this consistently and repeatedly. We must reinforce every lesson and point out the failures of the Left AND that those failures are BAKED INTO their beliefs. THEY WILL ALWAYS FAIL.

Dem Senator Struggles Mightily Trying

Biological males competing in women’s sports is laughably unpopular, but the Democratic Party bet the farm that this would be a 21st-century Rosa Parks issue. It was a whirlwind of aberrant behavior, science fiction, and total strangeness. Even in Europe, the Eden of the Left, they’re now rolling back the nonsense like giving prepubescent teens puberty blockers. To my knowledge, no one has died since the United Kingdom’s healthcare service suspended this lunacy. That was the line: if you deny transgenders their stuff, everyone will die. Not the case. California Gov. Gavin Newsom has stirred the pot, sitting down

It never fails. About the time you think the drama is over, it rises from the muck like a swamp monster to steal your time, attention, and, if possible, your soul. Just when we thought it would be safe for women and girls to go back onto volleyball and basketball courts and into women's restrooms, the Left marshaled what remains of its wild-eyed forces to lurch into the trans agenda fight once again. Yes, Gavin Newsom is repositioning himself for a 2028 run, and plenty of voters have the short-term memory to see him as a moderate and maybe even give him a win. But plenty of other

The Democrat party has descended into madness. For anyone who may have doubted that before the State of the Union address, the Democrats went into overdrive to hammer the message home. When you strip away all the platitudes around one of America’s two main political parties, what you’re left with is anti-woman, anti-American, anti-peace, and anti-reality. Earlier this week, in a truly stunning moment, every Democrat senator voted against protecting women in sports, choosing the world’s worst hill to die on. This lopsided issue unites all sane people. Men should not be allowed to compete in women’s sports. It’s hard to understate how foolish Democrats’

President Trump met with eight freed hostages in the White House yesterday. In connection with the meeting he addressed Hamas with a certain verbal and moral clarity that had been lacking in the previous administration. “Shalom Hamas” got my attention: “‘Shalom Hamas’ means Hello and Goodbye – You can choose. Release all of the Hostages now, not later, and immediately return all of the dead bodies of the people you murdered, or it is OVER for you. Only sick and twisted people keep bodies, and you are sick and twisted! I am sending Israel everything it needs to finish the job, not a single Hamas member will be safe if you

For weeks, President Donald Trump has said that Canada should be America’s 51st state. He has mocked Canada’s economic dependence on the United States. He has condemned Canadian tariffs and trade restrictions. He has scolded Canada’s free riding on American defense. He has knocked Canada’s porous borders and drug dens. He has accused Canada of colluding with hostile foreign powers and global institutions. He has trolled our prime minister. It’s delightful. Many Canadians are enjoying the show. Up here in the cold white north, Trump has set the cat among the pigeons. Canada’s chattering classes are wringing their hands and gnashing their teeth.

A convicted double murderer is set to die by firing squad in South Carolina on Friday — the first execution of its kind in the US in 15 years. Brad Sigmon, 67, personally requested the unusual punishment after fearing the electric chair would “burn and cook him alive,” his attorney Gerald King wrote in a statement. He also rejected a lethal injection after three previous inmates took more than 20 minutes to die after receiving the fatal dose of pentobarbital, his lawyers said. Sigmon became the first South Carolina inmate to choose the state’s new firing squad method of killing,

At President Trump’s address Tuesday night he told of NYPD Officer Jonathan Diller, who was shot and killed not quite a year ago in Far Rockaway, Queens. Trump said that the decorated officer had been shot “while conducting a traffic stop.” Actually, Diller and his partner were investigating a report that an occupant of a car parked in a bus stop had been seen with a handgun. The officers suspected that the car’s occupants were planning to rob a nearby store. Trump introduced Diller’s widow, Stephanie, and used the story to remind the audience that Diller had been killed by criminals with long records (including arrests and convictions that

Marty Makary is the wrong choice for FDA commissioner. He’s very good at communicating at a popular level, but the fact that he kept pushing the mRNA COVID vaccine long after problems with it were obvious should be an insurmountable barrier to confirmation. In social media posts and through widely circulated video and news interviews, Makary repeatedly promoted just about every Biden White House talking point about the COVID mRNA vaccines. Even as he did this, he never addressed the thousands of peer-reviewed mRNA vaccine injuries described in the literature and the thousands of unretracted Covid-era journal publications.

If you watched Trump’s speech to a joint session of Congress Tuesday evening, you know that Democrats behaved like children, and Rep. Al Green (D-Texas) was so disruptive that House Speaker Mike Johnson had him forcibly removed from the chamber. Speaking to reporters after the incident, Green doubled down on his disruptive behavior and, of course, defended his childish actions. “The president said he had a mandate, and I was making it clear to the president that he has no mandate to cut Medicaid,” Green said. “I have people who are very fearful. These are poor people, and they have only Medicaid in their lives

President Donald Trump was “actively trying to destroy” the United States because it’s possible he “hates” the country. When asked how Democrats should react to Trump’s upcoming speech, Carville said, “This man is actively trying to destroy the United States, and I think we ought to treat this moment with real gravitas. I think we’ve got a very good selection in Senator Slotkin to deliver the rebuttal. But my advice is either don’t go or go and sit on your hands and look grim, because the country is in a grim position right now. I hope the Democrats act like that.”

The very simple — and unexpected coming from CNBC, which usually runs cover for pharmaceutical corporations as a matter of course — question posed to Albert Bourla: Vaccine makers like yourself [are] largely shielded from liability. If the products are safe and effective, what is the need to continue to shield, to have these liability shields, and what happens if those shields are changed or go away completely? The very simple answer, assuming the vaccines are actually “safe and effective,” would be: “Nothing happens if we lose our liability shield. We don’t need it because our product is safe and effective, and we are willing to prove that in court

Waters, speaking at a Democrat retreat in Northern Virginia, made repeated assertions that Trump is gearing up for war. She kicked off the unhinged commentary by telling reporters the administration's efforts to reign in fraud, waste, and abuse in the federal government would leave seniors suffering and "homeless people ... on the street." “And so when that happens, what does Trump expect?"

Democratic Party rising star Rep. Jasmine Crockett, D-Texas, argued that Americans need illegal immigrants because they do the work that the college-educated in this country won't do. Crockett reportedly made the comments while speaking at the South by Southwest (SXSW) festival on March 8. In a video clip that went viral on Friday, Crockett made the point that Americans don't send their kids to college in the hope that they'll end up picking crops and cleaning hotel rooms, but that's what illegal immigrants do. "How many of you are sending your kids t to college?" Crockett asked the crowd.

A key aide to former President Joe Biden may have exceeded their authority by liberally using an autopen to sign official documents, according to two former White House sources, as President Trump’s aides have set up “far more restrictive” rules governing the use of the mechanical device. A document obtained by The Post outlines the narrow set of circumstances in which Trump’s signature can be affixed to documents, following controversy this week kicked off by a Heritage Foundation analysis of Biden signatures on various records, including last-minute pardons. A small group of officials under both Biden and Trump have been delegated the power to get documents “signed” robotically,

Republican Florida Sens. Rick Scott and Ashley Mood introduced a bill on Friday proposing the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) headquarters, currently in Washington, be moved to Florida. Titled Consolidating Aerospace Programs Efficiently at Canaveral (CAPE Canaveral) Act, the legislation would relocate the NASA headquarters to Florida’s Space Coast in Brevard County. The region houses the Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. Scott’s office called Florida “a common sense choice” for the new headquarters. “There’s no better place for NASA’s headquarters than Florida’s Space Coast, where our nation’s brightest minds innovate and help America reach for the stars,” Scott said in a statement.

The Internal Revenue Service ordered most of its approximately 20,000 customer service employees back to the office this week, ending a long era of hybrid and remote work. There was just one problem: The IRS didn’t have enough desks to seat them all. And so, many customer service workers learned Sunday that they would not have to return to the office on Monday, after all. The Return to Office (RTO) mandate has been postponed until further notice, union leaders said Wednesday. In the end, the IRS and its employee union evidently agreed that the back-to-office order might lead to long

US President Donald Trump has threatened a 200% tariff on any alcohol coming to the US from the European Union (EU) in the latest twist of an escalating trade war. The threat is a response to the EU's plans for a 50% tax on imports of US-produced whiskey as part of its retaliation to Trump's tariffs on all steel and aluminium imports to the US. The US president called for the immediate removal of the EU's "nasty" tariff on US whiskey, calling the bloc "hostile and abusive" and "formed for the sole purpose of taking advantage of the United States".

That is the textbook definition of terrorism, and it appears to be organized. That's dark enough, but things could be worse than that. Add to the swattings the attempted take over of Trump Tower, and in February, an aborted take over the Trump Hotel in Las Vegas, the organized Tesla dealership attacks, and the strange and frightening attacks

Democrats are so soft. They're been throwing fits for the past ten years over President Donald Trump, and they've ramped up the mania since he got back into office. But it looks like some of them just can't take it anymore. MSNBC made Rachel Maddow commit to being on five days a week for the first 100 days of Trump's term, when she had perviously had only been doing once a week. But host Lawrence O'Donnell said to her that he hadn't made the same commitment, and he was "exhausted" already.
