Democrat Adam Gray has won California's 13th Congressional District race, defeating incumbent Republican Rep. John Duarte, according to The Associated Press.
California's 13th Congressional District was the last seat to be called, with the district being one of the most competitive races in the Golden State. Republicans maintained the majority with 220, with Democrats trailing at 216.
Gray, a former state legislator who represented California's 21st Assembly District from 2012 to 2022, is considered a centrist Democrat who focused on key concerns for farmers in the Central Valley like water shortages.

If it takes this long to count a mere congressional district, they were cheating. Nothing new from the party of slavery and the KKK.

Yet another prolonged, drawn-out vote count with the predictable outcome. Of the dozens of these epics to occur since 2000, Claudia Tenney of NY is the ONLY Republican I recall coming out on top when things were declared over - and even that one ended only after numerous recounts, each of which reduced her already-slim margin.

These aren't flips. This is voter fraud.

This is no longer America when the vote of the people does not matter.
ALL ballots must be in the office to count on elections day. It is the job of the voter to mail it or deliver it early enough to make the count. Postmarks are irrelevant. A corrupt post office can produce those any time.
ALL votes must be counted by the day following the election.

After two weeks of counting, the ballots that remain to be counted appear to be 10-1 in favor of the democrat candidate.

Water shortages in California are relieved by stealing the water from those further inland. It takes a democrat to do that sort of dirty work.

The Democrats stole at least 5 House seats in Ca., and at least another 5 nationwide. Like covid, the Democrats changed election rules to allow longer election periods, mail in ballots to everyone, little verification of votes cast, no clean up of the voter rolls, and curing ballot issues for a month after election day.

It took a month to manufacture the votes for the win. We need national time limits on the results of an election. I'd say 24 hours sounds like a good start.

RNC needs to put significant $$$$ into paying people to work the CA system of curing ballots.
Also need to have an army of people canvassing the districts like this one, CA47 (another district that counted for weeks only to find the needed votes in the LA county portion of the district), etc... to ensure the people who claim to have voted live at legal residences.
Maybe finance a ballot measure (Proposition) to codify and reform the registration and ballot counting laws and statutes.

Has extended "vote counts" EVER resulted in a Republican victory? Anywhere?
On election night the Pubbie was leading by over a 1,300 votes out of over 210,000 cast.
As of today the Demo-rat has "won" by 187! Seriously.

Exactly like 2018. Dems stole several races in CA and got away with it. Where was our formidable RNC? I thought they were supposed to be on top of it this election. Apparently, President Trump and the PA senate race were the only ones they were willing to fight for.

Great! They can stop counting votes now. That's sarcasm, btw. The days of a Republican majority in the House are numbered.
Next there be 'scandals', and a couple Republicans will 'retire' to spend more time with their families.
Meanwhile, the 'popular vote count' continues to rise. Over 152 million 'votes'! Maybe they will produce as many 'votes' as there were in 2020. The gap between Trump and Harris has dropped under 2.3 million.
Washington lets this happen. They want it to happen.

Agree with all the above posters that this is cheating in plain sight. The final tally in congress is 420 Rs th 216 Ds. Isn't congress supposed to have 435? Where do the dems get the extra?

The House Republicans should grant themselves 1.5 votes each and deny the traitorous dems the ability to do the same. That'll teach em. If spineless Republicans don't fight against the fraud, they deserve to lose; they, obviously, don't care.
