President Joe Biden pardoned his son Hunter despite the White House saying over and over he would not do it.
The pardon includes charges Hunter faced or might have faced from January 1, 2014, through December 1, 2024.
Yes, ten years. Absolute insanity. That means anything else that pops up in that time period doesn’t count. Hunter cannot face any charges. Hunter pleaded guilty to tax evasion. He was going to face sentencing on December 16 for lying on a federal form by saying he was not using drugs or addicted to drugs when trying to buy a gun.
Biden wrote in a press release:

Hunter knew that he was going to be pardoned by “the big guy” from the get-go, so him pleading guilty to crimes in the Federal Court was just a ploy to get him and “the big guy” past the November election. Just as “the big guy” telling the American people that he would not pardon Hunter was such a dishonest ploy. Clearly “the big guy” is a 101% corrupt and partisan political animal who has been lying to the American people for decades.

Joe Biden has always been a serial liar . He's also a traitor to the US and should be in prison along with most of his family for the rest of his days.. Hunter was his shill and front man to win his father's lov e. It's obvious Joe loved Beau best. The big guy made him who he is. This pardon was not out of love for his sone It preservation of his own legacy and to keep himself out of jail. A vile and disgusting tratiorous family. pardoned himself so we will never get the full story.

Biden accused his own DOJ of unjustly prosecuting his son.
I wonder how Merrick Garland likes the view from under the bus.
If a senator asks Pam Bondi about why she wants to change the DOJ, she now has a great answer.
Joe is really working hard for Trump these days.

No matter what else he does in his remaining time in office, history will credit this as Biden's final act in office.
No matter what else he has done, this will become his legacy.
And no matter what excuses he dreams up, eventually there will be Hell to pay.
Enjoy your few remaining days of freedom, Joe, because Hell has a special spot all picked out, just for you.

Something people have overlooked, you can only pardon someone for crimes which they been convicted or promising to pardon them so legal action is dropped before conviction so as not to waste the effort (remember Ford/Nixon). Also presidential pardons do not apply to state crimes. Biden hopes no one will follow this up being happy that the whole sordid affair is over. Let’s see what happens. So far we’ve only seen the tip of the iceberg. The new DOJ will continue to investigate and no doubt bring forth new charges regardless of any pardon issues which will continue to haunt the Bidens. A presidential pardon does not prevent new charges and new convictions. I’m sure they will fight the blanket pardon issue all the way to the Supreme Court. Hold on to your hats, Ukrainians are going to get dragged into it.

I get he can pardon for a specific crime or incident, but does the pardon power have the legal authority to pardon for unknowns over a 10 years period of time?
Does Joe actually have the mental and cognitive ability to know what he's signing at this stage?
Did he just create a Constitutional crisis that needs to be reviewed?

Biden will go down in history as a lying, corrupt grifter. What a terrific reflection on this great country! sad.

By giving Hunter a blanket pardon for anything and everything that he may have done since 2014, Hunter can no longer plead the 5th Amendment to keep from being forced to testify before Congress about anything that any Congressional committee decides to subpoena him to testify about.
If Hunter refuses to testify, he can be prosecuted for contempt of Congress (just ask Peter Navarro and Steve Bannon). If he lies about anything, then he can be prosecuted for perjury.

The Bidens are supreme enablers. On the surface they may think their lifelong swooping in to bail Hunter out looks like unconditional love but in reality they have denied him getting the professional help he so badly needs. He's a major substance abuser and therefore a con man of the highest order. He's found a way to never have to accept responsibilities for his actions so he's a happy guy who has zero incentive to ever change or get well. Why should he?
You can bet that Old Joe's I'll-Cover-For-You-No-Matter-What behavior didn't just start with Hunter's drug problems. The Big Guy's got nearly 50 years of experience keeping all sorts of people beholden to him in 1 way or another. He hit pay dirt with his Phantom Presidency but right now he's got to play out his hand extremely carefully because his entire family and extended family could be at risk if he messes up.

So what can be done now? Let's have fun:
1. Force him to testify against the Big Guy. He can't take the fifth.
2. Pile on multiple charges from multiple states.
3. Deny Secret service protection for Big Guy.
4. Put them both on no-fly lists.
5. Sic the IRS auditors on them.
6. Generally make life miserable for both of them. And for (ahem) Doctor Jill.

Hunter got the “get out of jail free” card. They wanted to give Trump the one that read “go to jail. Go directly to jail, do not pass go, do not collect $200.”
Trump scratched his chin and said, “Checkmate in three moves.” Biden tipped over his king, got up from the table, and proceeded to walk into the jungle/Christmas scene his wife had created, and rode the carousel by himself.

This gives Trump the RIGHT to Pardon whoever he wants to.
1. I would Commute all Sentences for J6 Political Prisoners so their records are clean, then Pardon ALL of them, THEN Pay full Restutition to all of them and take the MONEY from the DNC in Election Interference FINES. Either the Dems pay this or they all go to PRISON.
2. Indite and put on TRIAL ALL J6 Committee THUGS, Send them to PRISON with extremely heavy FINES.
3. Do the same to all Deep state actors, the DOJ and FBI Thugs and don't forget the 51 Lying Scum that signed on to the letter Joey used in the 2020 Campaign.
4. Go after Joe Biden and his entire family, and all organizations like UPenn etc. for their CRIMES!
