According to NBC, DOJ Lawfare operatives and FBI agents within the corrupt and weaponized silos, are calling their friends for legal assistance and protection against investigations of their past activity.
It is easy to see how DOJ-NSD officials would be worried, particularly given the nature of how Deputy AG Lisa Monaco organized them over the past four years to continue Lawfare efforts against President Trump. Perhaps one name, Mary McCord, should be concerned a little more than most.
Additionally, the FBI agents who participated in the witch hunts against President Trump and his allies are also concerned. Both groups now reaching out to lawyers proactively

It doesn't really matter if you haven't done anything wrong...

Interesting that they suddenly feel they may need a defense attorney.
Wonder how many will be ready to flip and cut a deal.
Need to make a lot of this public so people who seem to have not been informed about the shenanigans over the past 8 years will clearly see what this group has been up to.
Needs to be in the public Congressional Record too.

Personally, I'm celebrating like Gwen Walz. I'm opening my windows and deeply inhaling the glorious smoke from the billowing dumpster fires and whirring sounds of the shredders at DOJ, CIA, and FBI. Ahhh...only napalm and Wagner's "Ride of the Valkyries" at max volume could surpass this feeling.

They are entitled to a defense - as long as they aren't using MY money to do so.

Why the concern about cost for these goobernment employees. Not a shred of concern for the financial devastation the FBI and DOJust-Us inflicted on J6 protesters, Christians protesting at abortion clinics, Catholics and parents investigated for domestic terrorism and so many other East German police tactics to control the unwashed masses. Forget Trump and others, the lives ruined by the out of control law fare FBI and DOJ-U is incalculable. Oh sure, killing the manager of the Little Rock Airport (Ironically named the Bill and Hitlery Airport) for selling an antique gun was just a mishap. And nothing will happen to all involved. But there should be consequences to illegal and unethical conduct by goobernment agencies. If many in the FBI and DOJ-U suffer, it will not come close to the misery they have inflicted on We the People.

FTA: “Everything we did was aboveboard,” said a former senior FBI official who has started contacting lawyers because he expects to be prosecuted himself. “But this is a different world.”
Wow.

Simple. If you cartied out orders that you thought were legal, just turn states evidence and tell who gave you those orders.

Uh, dim operatives, guys and gals, you are on your own. You knew what you were doing willingly conducting criminal acts trying to destroy Trump and his family. All I can say is, enjoy the suck, folks, and enjoy your money and freedom while you still have it. A word of advice to you dim folks for what it is worth now - make nice with the President-elect as soon as you can.

They are entitled to the presumption of innocence. They are entitled to legal defense. They are also entitled to PAY for their legal defense just as Trump, Guiliani, Roger Stone and many others had to pay for theirs. If indicted they are NOT entitled to suspension with pay, and if convicted of using their position of government power in an attempt to thwart a candidate for President, they are entitled to NO MERCY!
The punishment should be so fierce, quick and harsh that NO ONE will ever consider weaponizing the government against a political opponent ever again.

Actual jackbooted thugs are realizing it won't be like it was the last 4 years. Beat the rush and beg for mercy now. Hint. Merely naming other useful idiot jackboots won't work. You need to name and present some sort of evidence of higher ups. The higher the better. You did copy all the illegal orders, right?

One thing for sure, the fight over who is Trump's DA is going to be long and bloody. The longer no one is in control of the DOJ, the better it is for the Dems.

It would tickle the hell out of me to see a new tent city under a bridge somewhere occupied entirely by the criminal FBI and DOJ employees who failed to resign in Disgust about having to work for treasonous scum like Garland and Wray.
