The New York State Supreme Court in Orange County overturned the John R. Lewis Voting Rights Act, a law Democrats were leveraging to take control of local governments and further a pro-illegal-immigration agenda. The legislation, which was signed into law in 2022, would in part force municipalities to obtain pre-clearance before making changes to how they conduct their voting systems. According to Spectrum News 1, “local governments or school districts with a record of discrimination in New York” were subject to the new pre-clearance rules. But the legislation was also being used by some to sue towns for how they currently conduct their elections. The town of Newburgh uses an “at-large” voting system,

This zeal to import third world people and criminals was one of the big reasons the Dems got their butts kicked. Deliberately infesting our towns with Haitians and the like turned out to be a massive loser for them. We all knew what they wanted....future Democrat voters who like to leach off Uncle Sucker and will be a big voting bloc for them in future elections. They would happily destroy this country for permanent power

Juan Merchan, the Biden-donor judge who oversaw the show trial conviction of former President Donald Trump in the Manhattan lawfare case agreed to delay proceedings until after the left-wing Manhattan district attorney’s office decides how to proceed now that Trump is president-elect. Matthew Colangelo, who was formerly the No. 3 in President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice but was then hired to help “jump-start” the lawfare trial against Trump, said in a letter to Judge Juan Merchan on Sunday that his team needed more time to determine how to proceed after Trump’s electoral landslide.

[Now we must focus on the very important chairmanships of the senate committees that John Thune will decide.] In the first ballot the results were: Thune 23, Cornyn 15, Scott 13. Scott was removed and the Senators went to the second ballot between Thune and Cornyn. As expected, the Scott coalition split 50/50. Thune picked up 6 votes from Scott’s group. Cornyn picked up 7 votes from Scott’s group. Final Vote: John Thune 29, John Cornyn 24.snip)If we want to change the dynamic, we must repeal the 17th amendment and return to the original constitutional construct: Senators appointed to represent the interests of each state, by State Legislature.

Happy Veterans Day. In our honor, the government suspends mail call for one day. Such decisions explain why Kamala got 90% of the vote in DC. Explanations of why Trump got a majority of the votes elsewhere are not as forthcoming, at least to Democrats. After all, in their eyes, he is a bungling, convicted felon, Hitler, raping puppet of Putin who downs 12 cans of Diet Coke a day. How could they possibly lose to the likes of him? So they are blaming Joe Biden, the only person in the universe to beat him.

This is a terribly funny encapsulation video outlining the effective cultural war combat strategy of the 2024 MAGA movement. Warning – The video has some salty language but is put together brilliantly to highlight what took place in the final months of the election. I have shared before my research into the election coalition that took place, specifically as it relates to two generations: Gen-X and Gen-Z. The data from the election shows that Gen-X was easily the largest voting block this cycle, they simply turned up like never before. In the background of the social media war, Gen-X trained, tooled and empowered the Gen-Z energy,

REPOST BY REQUEST: I say gently, don’t look for President Trump to expend valuable political capital on this. Senator John Thune has been groomed by Mitch McConnell to be his replacement for decades. Thune’s ascension to the role of Senate Majority Leader was, maybe is, essentially a foregone conclusion. Senator Thune will carry the full support of roughly 15-to-20 senate DeceptiCons (deceptive conservatives), and perhaps a dozen more squishy ones in the middle who want great committee positions. The important dynamic that comes into play is Senate Committee Chairman “leverage” for Donald Trump’s nominees.

The Covid years were tough, and now they’re finally ending. In two weeks, I’ll have a health book coming out that in part explains the story of why the lockdowns were so devastating. At the same time, Trump’s election gives hope to aggressively address the issues outlined in the pages. Former President Donald Trump hit a grand slam Tuesday. Republicans finally reclaimed the Senate and the White House four years after America’s deadly lockdowns coincided with a year of political turmoil and ended in a riot at the Capitol.

The 2020 presidential election was marred by irregularities, insecure election practices, and last-minute rule changes that, as election integrity activists have since pointed out, benefitted Democrat Joe Biden. As The Federalist Editor-in-Chief Mollie Hemingway put it in her bestseller, the election was “Rigged.” But four years later, President-elect Donald Trump won in a landslide in part because Republicans and conservatives mobilized like never before to build a massive election integrity network focused on ensuring free and fair elections. Take 2020 for example. Republican observers “were either kept out, or allowed inside but kept too far away from the counting to see what was happening

As divided as America may be, this election showed there’s one thing most Americans agree on: Only U.S. citizens should vote in U.S. elections. Voters this week in eight states — Idaho, Iowa, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, and Wisconsin — overwhelmingly approved constitutional amendment ballot questions seeking to ensure noncitizens cannot vote in state and local elections. Foreign nationals are already barred from voting in federal elections. “We’re so often told about how divided we are in the United States, but on Tuesday we had Republicans, Democrats and independents come together in overwhelming numbers declaring that only citizens would be able to vote” in elections,

Obama subverted the “six ways from Sunday” control mechanisms brilliantly, he just ignored it and gave the info to everybody.
