Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) said this week that the president of Mexico and Democrat presidential nominee Kamala Harris are in cahoots to flood the U.S. with as many illegal aliens as possible to shift America’s politics dramatically to the Left.
Cruz made the remarks during his “Verdict” podcast with co-host Ben Ferguson while talking about the vice president’s disastrous policies which have wreaked havoc on the southern border — and on communities across the U.S. that have had to deal with the explosion in crime and weight of having to provide for millions of illegal aliens.
“Kamala Harris wants more illegal immigrants in America,” Cruz said.

Vice President and selected Democrat nominee Kamala Harris, her running mate MN Gov. Tim Walz, and her campaign surrogates will launch a bus tour on Tuesday to the battleground and Southern states. The theme? "Fighting for Reproductive Freedom." I have stated before that the only job where Harris has been effective is advocating for the killing of babies in the womb. This new messaging incorporates IVF and some of their other aims to reflect Democrats are "pro-family," but abortion is still the main event. Lipstick on a pig can be a different color or shade, but at the end of the day, it's still a pig.

Our old colleague Kristine Parks at FoxNews.com notes the new movie Reagan, starring Dennis Quaid, is strongly liked by audiences with a 97 percent audience score on the site Rotten Tomatoes. But the critics are liberals, and among them, it only had a 26 percent score.
Compare that to the 2016 movie Southside with You, a biopic which gushed over young Barack and Michelle Obama. Both were positive movies, but the Obama film received rave reviews and a 91 percent score by critics (71 percent audience).
Christian Toto told Fox News: "Film critics, by and large, lean relentlessly to the left, and they let that flavor their reviews.

The last ten weeks have been tumultuous for the American people, starting with the first presidential debate between Presidents Donald Trump and Joe Biden on June 27. The outcome was so one-sided that Democrats immediately pressured Biden to withdraw from the race.
On July 13, there was an assassination attempt against President Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania. The lax security by the Secret Service led to investigations and a shakeup in leadership at the troubled agency.
Immediately thereafter, the Republicans gathered for their convention. Trump selected U.S. Senator J.D. Vance (R-OH) as his running mate and the ticket was officially nominated.

What a difference a few hours and a plane ride makes!
Earlier Monday Kamala Harris busted out a new bizarre urban accent as she spoke with voters in Detroit.
“Ya betta thank a union memba for sick leave! You betta thank a union memba for paid leave! You betta thank a union memba for vacation time!” Kamala Harris shouted.
This is some of the worst pandering we have ever seen from Kamala Harris. Watch: (X Video) After pandering to voters in Detroit, Kamala Harris flew to Pittsburgh to campaign with Joe Biden.

Hamas terrorists filmed the six Israeli hostages before executing them last week — a gruesome reminder of the tactics of psychological warfare once used by ISIS.
The Jerusalem Post reported:
Hamas has released a video on Telegram on Monday showing the six recently slain hostages speaking into a camera, while also announcing that it will release their “last message to the world” before they were killed.
In the video, all six hostages whose bodies were found by the IDF [Israel Defense Forces] on Sunday are seen confirming their identities before cutting to a still frame threatening to release their “last messages.”

Returning from a two-week beach vacation, President Joe Biden is teaming up with the Harris campaign to get the vice president elected this November.
Six weeks ago, Biden was forced out of the 2024 race and has been hiding since— only appearing here and there for a few appearances. However, he is taking on a new role as he closes out his presidential term in the White House as Vice President Kamala Harris’ popularity continues to sink among voters.
The Harris campaign announced that the 81-year-old president will shift from candidate to surrogate, telling reporters he’s excited to stump for Harris and drive home his “legacy.”

What’s the deal with converts to Islam?
Last April, a teenager in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, named Alexander Scott Mercurio was caught plotting jihad massacres in local churches, “using weapons, including knives, firearms, and fire.” On New Year’s Eve in 2022, a 19-year-old named Trevor Bickford traveled from his home in Wells, Maine, to Times Square, where he attacked three NYPD officers with a machete. In April 2021, a Zion, Illinois, man named Edward Schimenti got thirteen and a half years in prison for aiding the Islamic State (ISIS).
These are just three men who are on a long and ever-lengthening list of converts to Islam who turn to terrorism,

Joe Biden is back before the cameras.
In some ways, it would be better if he stayed on vacation, as he may do less damage then when he's actually before the cameras and talking. How wrong it is that the Democrats have put us in that position with him, by not being honest about his condition. Kamala Harris is chief among those who has not been honest with the American people about Biden's issues.
After making bizarre comments before and after a meeting in the Situation Room about the situation in Israel, Biden went with Harris to Pittsburgh for a campaign event with union people.

Before Joe Biden dropped out of the presidential race, Trump was gaining ground in a number of blue states. Maine, Virginia, New Hampshire, and even Minnesota were in or approaching toss-up territory. When Kamala replaced Biden on top of the ticket, the polls told us that these states were no longer in reach for Trump. However, that may be changing.
Recent polling shows that Virginia may still be in play, and Kamala is headed to New Hampshire this week, which may be a sign that her campaign is worried about the state. Now we're starting to see numbers that suggest that her selection of Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz

Vice President Kamala Harris’s campaign is going on defense as former President Donald Trump gains steam in blue states after Harris’s failure to achieve a post-convention bump, which most modern campaigns take for granted.
The campaign is sending Harris and her top surrogates — ticket mate Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz and husband Doug Emhoff — to blue states after a weekend of planned swing state visits.
On Wednesday, Harris will reportedly visit New Hampshire — where she enjoyed only a four-point advantage, according to an Emerson College/WHDH survey before the convention — for a campaign event yet to be announced. Walz will be in his home state of Minnesota,

When Denver designated itself as a sanctuary city for migrants, it likely didn’t anticipate that its hospitality would result in a Venezuelan prison gang setting up shop in one of its suburbs. Polling is a useful tool in politics, if somewhat blunt and slow, and this weekend Democrats were taking no small comfort in an ABC/Ipsos survey showing Kamala Harris leading Donald Trump by 4 points nationally.
But the important thing about this poll is not the margin. After all, Rasmussen has Trump up by 2 points. Nobody knows which is right. What’s important is that on Aug. 13, this same ABC poll also showed Harris up 4. Put another way, Harris' momentum isn’t just gone, it's been gone for a while.

While we’re focusing on the American election, interesting things are happening in Germany—and they reflect deep dissatisfaction with the current government’s immigration policies (open borders for Islam) and its green policies (the destruction of Germany’s once-thriving manufacturing sector). What’s especially fascinating is one of the biggest political changes is coming from the left, in the form of the Sahra Wagenknecht Party.
I’m not particularly current on Germany’s political scene and I’ve always found its parliamentary system confusing. There’s also the problem of European nomenclature regarding the terms “left” and “right,” so let’s start with those.

The movie Reagan just opened. It’s wonderful, and the scene where he calls for Mr. Gorbachev to “Tear down this wall!” is amazing.
Entertaining, heartwarming, and nostalgic are words that come to mind. A man of faith who loved America, Ronald Reagan’s historic persona is a president who reached across the aisle and struck chords that resonated with Democrats and Republicans alike — hence the phrase “Reagan Democrats.”
Did Reagan believe in American exceptionalism? Perhaps, but his actions on the world stage to combat the Soviet Union’s desire to smother the world under communism made clear that if he did, he saw America’s exceptional nature not as privilege,

Credit where it’s due: It takes serious chutzpah to gaslight an entire nation. That’s what progressives did last week at the Democratic National Convention when they tried to seize the mantle of freedom. A political movement that has, for more than a century, been explicitly devoted to taxing, regulating, mandating, and surveilling is making a big push to rebrand. Don’t fall for it. Progressivism remains as wedded as ever to empowering bureaucrats to control countless aspects of everyday life, unhindered by democratic accountability.

A pair of reparations-related bills for the descendants of enslaved Black Americans failed to pass in the California legislature on Saturday after backers said the bills would not move forward.
Authored by Democrat state Sen. Steven Bradford of Inglewood, Senate Bill 1331 would have created a new state fund for reparations, while Senate Bill 1403 would have established a state agency to oversee these efforts and determine who would be eligible.
These measures were considered key components of some lawmakers’ ambitious efforts to pass legislation aimed at atoning for what they said was a legacy of racist policies that drove disparities for Black people, from housing to education to health.

Vice President Kamala Harris is campaigning on what she characterizes as a record of a tough former prosecutor. But a White House office she has "overseen" may have focused less on gun crimes and more on targeting a legal gun manufacturer.
The House Oversight and Accountability Committee says the Biden-Harris administration is stonewalling an investigation into potential "collusion" with a gun control group founded by billionaire former New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg to boost Chicago’s lawsuit against Glock Inc.

Last week, two polls revealed that the Virginia election is a tight race within the margin of error. The Roanoke College poll showed Kamala Harris leading Trump by just three points, a finding echoed by a Quantus poll with the same narrow margin.
Virginia, a traditionally blue state that last went Republican in the 2004 presidential election, was looking like a potential Trump pickup before Biden dropped out, however conventional wisdom was that with Kamala Harris topping the ticket, Virginia was no longer in play. That's clearly not true.
Is another blue state that looked good for Trump before Biden dropped out still in play?

The German chancellor, Olaf Scholz, has urged mainstream parties to exclude “rightwing extremists”, after preliminary results showed the far-right Alternative für Deutschland (AfD) had come top in a state election, while a new populist force on the left established a firm foothold in the country’s political landscape Voters in two closely watched elections in the former communist east made clear their dissatisfaction with Germany’s mainstream political parties, putting the AFD in the top spot in Thuringia, with 32.8% of the vote, and second place in Saxony, with 30.6%, according to preliminary results.
Scholz called the results “bitter” and “worrying”.

Supporters of Vice President Kamala Harris are rallying behind her campaign despite admitting that they can’t say where she stands on most big issues — as the Democratic nominee continues to flip-flop on major policies.
Harris, 59, has reversed her stances on energy issues, health care and illegal immigration since replacing President Biden at the top of the Democratic ticket, in an apparent effort to make herself more electable to moderates in key swing states.
Harris’ abandoned policy positions include her pledges to eliminate private health insurance, decriminalize illegal border crossings, ban fracking for oil and natural gas, and ban the sale of new gas-powered cars by 2035 —

Let’s not kid ourselves here: Bill Maher has, more or less, called people who think the 2020 election was stolen are nuts. He’s undoubtedly pressed those who have advocated such a position on his show. The HBO host has repeatedly espoused his most profound worry that Donald Trump would never concede power, all of which has never come to fruition. It’s liberal psychobabble, but it’s also an opinion. And he’s not for censoring that being a free speech supporter. He might not agree with you about the reported funny business during the 2020 election, but he also doesn’t want to see anyone censored for having that view.

There is a lot of drama happening surrounding former President Donald Trump’s visit to Arlington Cemetery to honor the 13 servicemembers who were killed in a suicide bombing attack at Abbey Gate in Kabul, Afghanistan. The attack occurred on August 26, 2021, during our shambolic exit from the country, which will go down as one of the Biden administration’s most infamous foreign policy failures. Trump was there. Joe Biden and Kamala Harris were not. The optics were atrocious, which led to the liberal media spewing fake news about the ceremony.
They accused Trump of politicizing the event, then attacked the Gold Star parents who voiced their outrage

Canadian-born writer Jennifer Szalai’s recent article for The New York Times calls the U.S. Constitution a ‘threat to American Democracy’ that is ‘beyond redemption.’
Szalai’s piece, ‘The Constitution Is Sacred. Is It Also Dangerous?’ suggests that the document may be one of the biggest threats to America’s politics, describing it as “a document that is essentially antidemocratic and, in this day and age, increasingly dysfunctional.”
She criticizes the Electoral College and laments the Constitution’s protection of minority rights as a “tyranny of the minority” and a “disempowerment of majorities” and blames the founding document for being responsible for President Trump’s election in 2016.

Vice President Kamala Harris told a voter in Savannah, Georgia, last week that she made so many collard greens for a friend’s Christmas party that she washed them in the bathtub.
“I have a friend who had a Christmas Party Christmas Eve every year, and she asked me to make the greens for her party every year. And I am not lying to you, that I would make so many greens, that I’d need to wash them in the bathtub. I’m telling you the truth.” Harris said.
Harris then divulged her recipe, which the voter seemed to appreciate.

CNN is working hard to avoid creating trouble for the Democratic Party over Israel’s justified war in Gaza. Hordes of Arab Americans are furious with the Biden-Harris policy in the region; they’ve given the vice president the moniker ‘Killer Kamala.’ In a race that will be decided by razor-thin margins. (snip) Hence, why we have weak sauce and inaccurate headlines like this regarding the gruesome discovery made by Israeli forces over the weekend: the bodies of six hostages were found, including American Hersh Goldberg-Polin. Yet, the network framed his death as if he died in a car accident: “Israeli-American Hersh Goldberg-Polin has died, his family says in a statement…”

A couple of summers ago, I saw a huge, brightly marked wasp crawl out of a hole in the sandy soil above a curb. It was such a striking creature and its burrow so cleanly excavated that I had to know more.
I finally identified the creature as a cicada killer wasp, and while it may have been an impressive and attractive insect at a glance, its habits were nightmarish. The female, you see, flies up to an unsuspecting cicada that is minding its own business, singing to the summer from a tree, and paralyzes it with a sting. It then transports the helpless creature to its burrow.

During the DNC, the Democrats bumped Biden’s speech, as the New York Post put it, “past his bedtime” but Biden managed to read the boilerplate composed by his woke-left-globalist handlers. He did the same on September 1, 2022, backdropped in blood red, with U.S. Marines at the ready, like something staged by Nazi cineaste Leni Riefenstahl,. The Delaware Democrat told the nation:
"Too much of what’s happening in our country today is not normal. Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our republic.
Now, I want to be very clear — very clear up front: Not every Republican,

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz is slurping up milkshakes and eating pork chops on a stick at the state fair this weekend. Not many outlets will cover this heinous exchange with the press at the event, where Walz refused to answer a question about how he felt about the six hostages whose bodies were found by Israeli forces in Gaza over the weekend. Walz listened to the question and then walked away. (X) The reporter asked, “What's your reaction to the six hostages being found dead in Gaza?"
"Thanks, everybody!" replied Walz as he waved goodbye.
One of the six was American Hersh Goldberg-Polin. The terror group likely executed these people.

The big debate is coming up and I think Kamala will pull out. I could be wrong, but a lot of people agree with me. And she should chicken out – she’s bound to make a fool of herself. Let’s just say that Kamala Harris is not great at public speaking. She did a 41-minute interview with Dana Bash that couldn’t have been more softball if CNN had put a Nerf on a tee in front of her and let her swing away until she hit it. They only released about 18 minutes of her babbling. Where is the rest? We can safely assume she looked like

Trump senior advisor Jason Miller was on Fox News “Sunday Morning Futures” with host Sean Duffy earlier Sunday to discuss the upcoming Presidential debate. He explained that Kamala is looking for a way out. The Harris team is trying to change the rules that were agreed upon by ABC, modeling the CNN debate between President Trump and Joe Biden back in June.
“With regard to the debate, I think that the Harris campaign is looking for an escape hatch, is looking for a way to get out of this debate. To be clear, these are the rules that the Democrats wrote. These are the rules we had in

The Biden-Harris Pentagon is refusing to answer questions from Congress and the media on Democrat vice-presidential nominee Gov. Tim Walz’s (D-MN) frequent travel to China — which poses risks for members of the military and raises questions of whether or not Walz reported these trips to the Army National Guard while he was serving.
Members of the United States military are typically required to report to or request permission from their command before traveling overseas — especially if they have a security clearance and they are traveling to a country hostile to U.S. interests, such as China.

Donald Trump says he will end the Justice Department moratorium on executions on his first day in office, and use the full force of the law to go after major drug dealers and cop killers.
The Trump campaign sees crime, in general, and Kamala Harris's record as a prosecutor in California, in particular, as areas where they can inflict damage on her presidential bid.
And in an exclusive interview with DailyMail.com, Trump laid out more details of his crime-fighting agenda starting with whether he would reverse the Biden-Harris administration's freeze on federal executions.

The Harris-Walz campaign has continuously denied reporters and photographers from the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette access to the campaign events, reportedly due to labor action within the company, according to an op-ed from Pittsburgh Post-Gazette editor Brandon McGinley.
Vice President Kamala Harris and running mate Democratic Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz began their bus tour in the battleground state of Georgia, kicking off their outreach to voters following the Democratic National Convention (DNC). McGinley called out the Democratic campaign Saturday, claiming it has barred “Post-Gazette reporters from the veep announcement, from parts of the Democratic National Convention and (as of this writing) from all future events where they have the ability to control access.”

Vice President Kamala Harris, the Democratic Party’s presidential nominee, is “not fit” to serve as commander in chief, House Republican Conference Chairwoman Elise Stefanik (R-NY) said on Sunday.
“Sunday Morning Futures” guest host Sean Duffy asked Stefanik about whether she believes Harris is capable of protecting U.S. citizens around the world after six hostages held by Hamas, including 23-year-old American-Israeli Hersh Goldberg-Polin, were found dead in Gaza.
“Well, first of all, my heart and the American people’s heart goes out to all of the families of hostages, particularly Hersh Goldberg-Polin’s parents, who I have had the opportunity to meet with. I have met with many of the hostage families,” Stefanik began.

During an interview on CBS’s “Face the Nation,” Sean O’Brien, the President of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters—a powerhouse among U.S. labor unions—expressed growing dissatisfaction among his members towards Kamala Harris and the Democratic National Committee (DNC).
This discontent stems from the DNC’s refusal to allow him to speak at their convention.
During the interview, O’Brien highlighted that many of his 1.3 million members—who are evenly split between Republicans and Democrats—are feeling sidelined by the Democrat leadership.

Democrats are smuggling their vast wave of illegal migrants into their political description of “all Americans.”
“Making the American Dream of home ownership available to all people is something we have to do for people here now,” Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) told Bill Maher on August 31.Pelosi was endorsing a bill by California Democrats to allow illegal migrants to get homebuyer loans worth up to $150,000. The California Dream for All Shared Appreciation Loans program gives Americans a loan worth up to 20 percent of the purchase price of a house or condominium, capped at $150,000. The favorable loan is very valuable because it need not be repaid

Prince Harry is reported to have told friends that he feels like a "spare" in the United States. Pals of the Duke of Sussex have reportedly said he feels that he has lost his way and even feels overshadowed by his wife, Meghan Markle, in public. [Snip] They added: "The Colombia trip also really highlighted how Meghan is comfortable stepping into the spotlight, while Harry cuts a very sulky, unhappy figure in the background." The unnamed source claimed Harry wants to find a way back to royal life in Britain and is seeking the advice of old pals and associates.
