President Joe Biden called for major changes to the Supreme Court on Monday, including a constitutional amendment that would limit immunity for presidents, impose term limits for justices and stipulate an enforceable code of ethicst.
In an op-ed in the Washington Post, Biden said "no one is above the law."
“Not the president of the United States,” he wrote. “Not a justice on the Supreme Court of the United States. No one.”
In July, the Supreme Court ruled that presidents cannot be prosecuted for "official acts" during their time in office. The court's ruling stemmed from a case concerning former President Donald Trump.

The intern putting these ridiculous comments should cease and desist. The intern should understand that Joe, the braindead, cannot put out an EO. The constitution clearly details the process involved and cannot be done with a phone and a pen!!

This is a pretty bold move considering all the criminal activity the old fool has been up to outside his official acts. What this tells me is that the same people driving his extreme leftist agenda are still hard at work. Maybe he doesn’t even realize that he could be putting himself in jeopardy. Nevertheless, while he is going to promote this policy, it is being done to placate the far left radicals who want only “their kind” on the SCOTUS. If you believe this cabal is going to put the brakes on before January 20th, think again. Radicals never give up. They alway push forward and this is why they must be defeated, crushed, and humiliated. There is no other way to save this country.

This from the same person described by the Hur Report as too old and feeble to warrant prosecution for mishandling government documents! If he is not competent to stand trial for criminal law violations, how is it possible he is still entitled to alter the judicial structure of the country? We are no longer a government of, by and for the people, but rather, we are a people governed by an unelected cabal, no different than the people of China. We better wake up and do something about it.

Except for his criminal drug addict son, himself, his brother, his wife, the rest of his criminal family and the rest of the Democrats.
All you conservatives are not above the law! We will prosecute you even when you haven't broken any laws! You can trust me, I'm a Biden!

Threat & political assessments are key here.
Obviously one coequal branch of government has no say over another coequal branch of government. Presidents whine and moan all the time about Congress but never claim or threaten that they propose changes to Congress. In fact, they often rely on the gridlock in Congress as a pretext for unconstitutional acts ie 'executive orders.'
Similarly, the Court has never told Congress to pass a law or suggested the content of a law.
This is election-year desperation. 'Othering' that is typical of Democrats. Designate the target and attack.
As many have pointed out, leftists loved the Court from the 50s til the Trump years when the Court endorsed radicalism, depravity and the heavy hand of the state notably in the Roe and Obergefell decisions.
It's also constitutionally ignorant tin-pan-beating and relies on same among voters. The only thing that will change the structure of government is an Amendment and that isn't happening. Of course, Biden is the one who infamously boasted of violating the constitution during covid so he thinks nothing of violating his own remit while attempting to violate the remit of another branch.

Should there be a limit on the number of LLCs one family can have? Or on the number of bribes taken in each year?

I expect nothing less fro USA Today. Congress didn't pass term limits on presidents 75 years ago. The states, through the constitutional amendment clause passed it. Diaper Joe knows even in the depths of his dementia that it will take an amendment to change things. But the Cat Ladies will eat this up!

Stop saying Biden called for. He is an empty vessel. Old Joe doesn't even know where he is at. OBAMA and Soros run the WH .. Everyone needs to call it the way it is, Biden is nothing.. The only reason they are letting him stay on as Pres until Jan is to pile all the hateful destructive rules and mandates on him. Their new toy will escape being blamed, she hopes. If we had an honest media they would say Obama calls for.

As long as the Supreme Court rules in many politically grounded cases to push forward the “leftist and progressive Democrat political agenda” they are ruling within the law according to Biden and the Democrats. Otherwise the Supreme Court, according to Biden and the leftist and progressive Democrats must be considered to be ruling “above the law”. One of the three Branches of the Federal Government, in this case the Executive Branch (Biden) trying to change the Constitutional authority of another Branch, the Supreme Court, is unconstitutional unless it is done through a Constitutional Convention and subsequent Constitutional Amendment that is a very long and complicated process that takes a very long time and the consent of two thirds of the States. Chances are great that Biden will be pushing up daisies long before anything like that takes place. Obviously this try by Biden coming during the run up to the General Election is just another Biden and leftist and progressive Democrat attempt to buy the votes of low information people.

He will not only go down as the WORST President in history, but also as most CORRUPT, and now, as most INSANE!
Constitutional Amendments are nearly impossible to pass, especially nowadays with polarization among States and Parties being what it is. This is driven by Demonrats who spit on our God, our Bible, our Constitution, our Flag, and on our Law Enforcement and Military. ("Oh, so, you want what?")
The Dems sure didn't mind the Supreme Court when their liberals Justices held the majority.
Get a taste of losing, losers.

During the Manson Family trial, prosecutor Vince Bugliosi reminded the jury that when an accuser points his index finger at someone else, three of his fingers are pointing back at him. Rep. Jim Comey has been digging through the bribes paid to the Bidens, and has identified over $20 million in graft so far. The total is likely much larger, and great efforts have been made to hide the transactions. Six major banks made over 170 suspicious activity reports (SARs). Has anyone else in politics raised that many official red flags? Was any of the bribe money reported as income, or were legal taxes paid? (Likely not.) Y'know, not too many months from now there might be a forced sale of all Biden properties and possessions, since an honest public servant could never have lived as he has on a government salary. Where did he get the $2.7 million in cash to plunk down on the Rehoboth Beach digs? That wasn't so long ago.

What happened to the three branches of government? If Congress gets control of the Supreme Court there will be only two branches. Whatever the president and Congress want will become law, with no decision being made on its constitutionality.

FJB (a) is totally unqualified to reform the court, (b) is not constitutionally authorized to make unilateral changes, and (c) has a glaring conflict of interest in how or when reforms are made. And, of course, the Dems' vision for "reform" is more like a complete reimagining of form and purpose.

This is what Democrats do when the system doesn't work in their favor. They change the system.
