Does “accepting” gays mean we have
to pay them to mock our religion?

Twenty-six years ago, a young man named Matthew Shepard was beaten and strung up on a Wyoming barbed wire fence to die. The beating and murder were because Shepard was gay.
The perps were quickly found, tried for murder, convicted, and sentenced to prison. They’re still there.
It was a good news story about bad news and was widely reported. But it wasn’t true.
It has since been shown that Shepard and one of the perps were in the drug business together. Shepard was due to receive a $10,000 shipment of meth. The perp himself was gay and had been in a gay relationship with Shepard.

It was not enough to mock Christians, they also used a fat, morbidly obese drag queen to mock the best athletes in the world. As much as the elites love to mock anyone who has not gotten a prescription for Ozempic, you would think they could find some vegan drag queens for their inclusive welcoming ceremony.

Oh God.... Matthew Shepard is like the George Floyd of his time. Both are all but deified because of complete misunderstandings. Floyd was a dead man walking before he was put on the ground, and young Mr. Shepard died because of an argument about drugs... NOT because he was gay. He was not as innocent and pure as the narrative would have you believe.

There is a possibility this narrative may be incorrect. He wasn't strung up in Wyoming because he was gay. That was what the MSM pushed. Journalist Stephen Jimenez, after more than ten years researching this case, wrote a book titled "The Book of Matt". When it was all said and done, it was drug related. Meth to be exact.

I will never accept deviancy, in myself and no one else. They keep pushing the envelope. We didn't have this problem before all this acceptance.

Shepard was not killed because he was gay. He was killed because of a drug deal gone bad. The guy that killed him was his lover. Get the facts straight. I am so tired of the lies!

Gays are humans with proclivities. People accept gays, not their openly “flagging” Christianity teaches to love the sinner not the sin. This issue is now about temper tantrumming toddlers demanding their way.

Remember when the push by homosexuals (hate the misuse of the word "gay") was to be allowed to legally marry - because we just want to love who we love and have the same legal protections as heterosexuals. That's all we want. Well, wasn't that a quaint idea all those decades ago? Now it's shove their deviancy into our faces 24/7. Anyone seen the Vrbo ads featuring the lesbians? Make me NOT want to ever use their site for any vacation.

It's not just religion they mock. They mock heterosexuality. I heard them snobbishly referring to heterosexual parents as "breeders" as far back as 1980. At a conference carried on CSPAN in about 2004 an advocate openly admitted gay marriage was about destroying marriage. Many believe that the Marxist goal of destruction of family and substituting for an alliance with the state is the underlying motivation of the destruction of marriage. And the homosexuals are being used for that purpose. Most don't realize it.

Tolerance is OK. Because intolerance is unacceptable in modern society. Acceptance should be a personal choice.

The clever little game they play is conflating intolerance for certain behavior with intolerance for the very right of the person doing it to exist.

Personally I don’t care if people are gay. Their final judgment belongs to God. I do not ‘accept’ any of their agenda nor do I support it. They have become radical, entitled, and obnoxious. The Olympics ceremony was offensive and repulsive to millions of Christians and no phony apologies will change that. I believe the majority of Americans are tired of them and their disgusting antics are having the opposite effect that they are going for.

Just flip the narrative. Go out to any 'woke' platform and call the LGBTQ community weird and see how fast your post gets removed and your posting privileges get canceled. Yet the same crowd says it's OK to insult Christians in the name of 'tolerance'. Talk about a double standard! What a bunch of lying hypocrites.

Invariably, people who "accept" homosexuality are those who "reject" the Bible's authority in their lives.
People sin in devious ways, but we don't need to change thousands of years worth of laws to accommodate for their sin, nor revise our customs to prove theirs now superior. Open homosexuality is a psychosis and their ways have ALWAYS led to destruction on a personal level, as well as collectively at the national level.

I really don't give a rat's patootie what the he/she/it community do or say...just stay out of my face with your problems...looking desperately for attention seems to be your game plan...guess mama didn't give you enough attention when you were little...or maybe the teacher didn't't call on you enough...here's a hint...looking for approval from others is a waste of time....WE don't care....

#17’s post brought up a memory and it’s something that we on the right should not forget in this election year - it was none other than Joe Biden who first started to champion homosexual marriage when he was VP. I will forever believe that he was sent out to do it because 0bama wanted it but didn’t have the guts to do it himself.
