Twitter (X) law is like the broken clock that is right twice a day. I saw multiple people tweeting that a video released by Yale Law Professor Jed Rubenfeld was a must watch on the basics and potential constitutional problems of the Trump ‘hush money’ trial guilty verdict. They were right. I know nothing about Rubenfeld, but he doesn’t come across as partisan on either side. And a lot of his arguments are consistent with the arguments we made in our Telegraph Op-Ed (though he makes them better, but in fairness, we were under a 650 word limit).

The Obama/Biden/Soros cabal is nearing its fourth term running America, driving this once great nation into the ditch of communism and tyranny. Last week, America finally crossed the Rubicon from a nation of liberty and the rule of law to a banana republic thugocracy where the ruling party indicts, arrests, and imprisons its political opposition. The Rubicon is a boundary or limiting line. The expression is a few thousand years old, In 49 B.C., Julius Caesar led his army to the banks of the Rubicon, a small river that marked the boundary between Italy and Gaul.

In theory, there will be two presidential debates between Donald Trump and Joe Biden. The first one is supposed to be on the 27th of this month and the second is scheduled for September 10. It takes a long time to replenish the presidential Adderall supply after a big appearance and Biden needs his nap time too. The consensus among my friends and colleagues is that neither debate will happen. Biden can't speak English when reading from a teleprompter, his handlers can't have high hopes for his extemporaneous oratorical skills these days. There are any number of weak excuses Team Joe could use to get out of it. Many believe

To understand the damage done by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, Judge Juan Merchan, and the Manhattan jury in the Donald Trump corporate records trial, one must first understand the most important rule of modern life: Everything the Left touches it destroys. The Justice Department and the American legal system are only the most immediate examples. Here are 25 other examples: 1. Universities. 2. High schools. 3. Elementary schools. 4. Children's innocence. 5. Marriage and family. 6. Children who say they are the other sex. 7. Journalism. 8. Women's psychological health. 9. Black life. 10. Black-white relations. 11. Art. 12. Music. 13. Architecture. 14. The military. 15. The FBI. 16. The CDC and NIH. 17. The American Medical Association and most other medical associations. 18. Medical schools. 19. Free speech.

If you want to know just how much leftist elites despise everyday Americans, watch how they respond to polls – including the latest I&I /TIPP Poll – showing Donald Trump still ahead of Joe Biden after being convicted of … what were the crimes Trump committed again? Even before last week’s verdicts, corporate media types, Democrats, and the cadre of self-aggrandizing never-Trumpers were struggling to understand how Trump – the man who they all agree is an existential threat to the country – could possibly be polling better than Joe Biden. Up until now, they’d managed to disguise their disdain for us plebeians

For me, the worst part about New York’s Soviet show trial was how it tormented President Trump’s supporters. I kept an eye on numerous messaging boards as the Democrat jury wrapped up deliberations, and so many people were struggling in real-time with the likelihood that Trump would be found “guilty.” In some instances, I recognized the names of commenters who had been soberly pointing out how rigged the trial was for weeks yet nonetheless expressed agony at the inevitable result. Grief can be a tricky thing. Everyone understood that pathetic “Judge” Merchan presided over an un-American and unconstitutional spectacle engineered to deliver a guilty verdict,

A Biden-affiliated TikTok account's post attempting to inform people about a Donald Trump's controversy was slammed with commenters asking about inflation instead. The fight over who influences the space took a turn this weekend after Trump joined TikTok to the tune of millions of followers on an app he once tried to get banned. President Biden continues to try and battle back, posting a video Sunday night about the story of a former producer coming forward to claim Donald Trump used a racial slur during the filming of Season 1 of 'The Apprentice.'

Fox News legal analyst Jonathan Turley said Monday on Fox News Channel’s “America Reports” that he does not see how former President Donald Trump’s guilty verdict can be sustained. Co-host Sandra Smith said, “I want to move on to the Trump latest, because here we are, Monday, fresh off the Trump trial and the guilty verdict for the former president.” She asked, “Where do you see it going now that you’ve had a weekend to think about it?” Turley said, “Few people outside of Manhattan have a lot of faith in the New York system right now. Former President Trump may have some slow sliding initially on appeal but
