You could say that when Schumer grins that he absolutely resembles the “Joker” of movie fame. If that so-called Senate Border Security bill that was scuttled by the wimpy Republicans is so great, why not put the entire bill out there so that the American people can read it? It is absolutely correct that Biden and the Democrats have been using mass uncontrolled illegal immigration as a political tool to build up their future political support and voter numbers by the tens of millions, so why would they propose a legitimate border security bill that would bring mass uncontrolled illegal immigration to a halt? The answer is they would not, and chances are that proposed covert bill is loaded down with all sorts of provisions that would permanently codify in law allowing a couple of million aliens into the USA annually who under the current immigration laws are inadmissible aliens coming into the USA to take American jobs or to perpetuate criminal activity, plus loading up that proposed bill with all sorts of “poison pills” that would deny future Presidents, especially Trump, the opportunity to effectively enforce the current immigration laws and shutdown the border to actually stop what would amount to future mass uncontrolled illegal immigration into the USA. Unfortunately there are a few wimpy Republicans and RINOS in the Congress who support unlimited amounts of cheap foreign labor being allowed into the USA and who thus support that phony Biden and Democrat designed bill, who essentially gave Biden and the Democrats the opportunity to fraudulently tout that bogus bill as being a legitimate bipartisan effort to secure the border which it obviously was not. The wimpy Republicans would have committed immediate political suicide, in this election year, if they helped Biden and the Democrats pass that fraudulent so-called border security bill that would have allowed a couple of million aliens into the USA every year on into the future who are inadmissible under the current immigration laws passed by Congress, that Biden and the Democrats have been ignoring and have been refusing to enforce. Biden and the Democrats also want to obscure that current immigration law provisions allow over a million and a half legal immigrants and their families to enter and work in the USA each year. If you watched Biden give his speech last evening it should have become clear that Biden is a 101% career DC political animal who will only go along with what he and the Democrats want always demanding that the wimpy Republicans cave and follow the Democrat political agenda, in other words, according to Biden, the wimpy Republicans should just shut up, abandon their voters, and follow his and the leftist and socialist Democrat lead across the board.

The 'republicans' were and still ARE in conflict with each other due to the RINOs lack of fortitude and ACTION. Instead of passing a new immigration law allowing two million of today’s prospective illegal aliens to be waved into the USA each year on into the future, a political move that would just serve to encourage and invite millions of additional illegal aliens (migrants) to in Biden’s words “surge” to the US borders. Clearly the US Congress should instead amend the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) that is the country’s basic immigration law, to pause or stop all permanent legal immigration into the USA, and effectively enforce those immigration laws along the border to keep illegal aliens out of the USA on into the future. At least until all the millions of illegal aliens who Biden has allowed into the USA have had their immigration asylum cases decided by immigration judges in the immigration courts which will take many years. While keeping in mind, as Biden and the Democrats absolutely know that in the past, at least 90% or so of such borderline created asylum cases filed by illegal aliens that have been adjudicated in the immigration courts have been denied after immigration judges conducting those court hearings found that those denied asylum applications were either completely fraudulent, or were filed by illegal aliens who were actually economic migrants who came to the USA hoping to get hired to a US job, that is not a valid reason to grant any illegal alien asylum in the USA under the immigration asylum laws. So after reading that you can see that Biden publicly telling prospective unlimited numbers of illegal aliens to “surge” to US open borders and apply for asylum in the USA was ridiculous, violated the current immigration laws, and was actually designed to flood the USA with Third World origin poor and generally uneducated illegal aliens who Biden and the Democrats consider to be members of minority groups and plan on granting a Democrat designed “path to citizenship” amnesty as a prelude to transforming tens of millions of today’s illegal aliens into a tomorrow’s massive new leftist and socialist Democrat constituency of foreign born supporters and voters.
