A majority of adult American citizens will not watch Joe Biden’s State of the Union (SOTU) address, the latest survey from the Economist/YouGov found.
The survey asked respondents, “Will you watch this year’s State of the Union address on Thursday, March 7th?” Overall, a majority, 63 percent said they will not watch Biden’s address. Of those, 47 percent said they will not watch it and that they do not want to. The remaining 16 percent said they would like to watch it but they will likely not be able to. Just 37 percent, overall, said yes, they plan to watch it.

Joe is senile.
Joe is a shameless, bald faced liar.
No reason in the world to watch this.

I don't wish ill on the man, but I would only watch it for the same reason people watch nascar, I would want to see if he pulled a 'Dave' moment ( as in the movie Dave) with all the drugs in his system.

I’m sure the best of his babbles will be posted somewhere online by tomorrow morning. I probably won’t watch that either.

The only reason I would watch would be to see that lying rat implode on national TV.

I never watch any of these politicians live. It makes me sick. I like to read what they said and read the comments and articles on Lucianne. Where I can trust what is being said.

It WILL be interesting...
to see how few people actually tune in, and what shows on at the same time have more viewers.
If he loses to a repeat showing of Antiques roadshow, or a replay of a "Classic" college game from 5 years ago.
Maybe people watching "2012"...or "The day after Tomorrow", getting their Climate Scare on via old ridiculous panic movies rather than from Joe himself.

Count me in. After having my two parents with Alzheimer's disease, I don’t need further evidence that Joe is “long, long gone”. This is a travesty and a pox upon America.

Gotta soak my feet and change the cat litter for trash day. I have more important things to do than listen to a demented boob tell me "all is good, why don't you love me"?

I suspect many of his demonrat supporters, actual supporters, will skip watching because they know he's senile and they're perfectly OK with someone pulling his strings in the shadows. Just think of people like Mark Cuban who recently said he'd vote for slow joe no matter what.

Joe is being prepped by actors so as to prepare him for the fiction in his state of the union address.
The big question is will anything be true in his script?

Most of the Democrats won't watch, because they don't want to have to see firsthand how demented and evil 'their guy' is. (Plus, there is a "Keeping up with the Kardashians" rerun on at the same time.)
Most Republicans won't watch because they value the contents of their stomachs and their minds, and don't want either one upset.

Things that I will be doing instead:
1. Slamming hand in hot waffle iron
2. Poking self in eye with sharp stick
3. Picking up rattlesnake with bare hands
4. Eating 2-day-old gas station sushi.

I'm just glad that I had the foresight to record a bunch of oldie but goodie movies off of Turner Classic Movies. Now I have to choose between Casablanca, Citizen Kane, Stagecoach, It Happened One Night, Pygmalion, The Sting, The Lady Vanishes, African Queen, To Sir With Love . . .

I'm with #10; I'll wait for the "post game highlights" tomorrow. Betting that Benny Johnson will be in rare form along with YouTube channel 'Liberal Hivemind' which always provides interesting content and analysis.

Most people are not masochists. Watching someone with severe mental problems due to aging trying to give a speech is too painful to watch. Add in the fact that this dementia patient is supposed to be the leader of our country, and that this speech will be viewed by every foreign leader, only adds to the embarrassment most Americans are going to feel.
