Biden family whistleblower Tony Bobulinski sued for defamation Democrats’ star witness in the Jan. 6 Committee’s show trials. Cassidy Hutchinson, a former aide to Donald Trump White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, famously testified two years ago that President Trump tried to violently hijack a security limousine and drive himself to the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. The sources she cited at the hearing almost immediately went on record to contradict her sworn testimony. Legacy networks NBC, CBS, and CNN reported Hutchinson’s sources were prepared to go under oath to testify that her claims were false.

They have the entire apparatus of the deep state protecting them. Instead we must direct our attention to the base of that pyramid, the foundation bearing the upper part. I caution everyone who believes that President Trump is going to come in guns blazing (figuratively speaking) and start prosecuting all the people who desperately need to be held accountable to lower your expectations. I just don’t see him doing that. Getting this country back on track is going to be his goal and it is going to be a mammoth undertaking. He is focused on one thing and that is restoring this country to its potential. Success is his only goal. He may do more of that kind of thing a couple years down the road. As much as we want justice, it may take a while and I am okay with that as long as I know the reckoning is coming. Right now the most important thing is getting the border secure, deporting Biden’s illegals, getting the economy back up and running, restoring law and order, and stopping these wars. I would do all the grunt work needed to bring these criminals to Justice behind the scenes. I would choose people whom I could trust implicitly and give them whatever they needed to bring a case against these anti-American thugs. Only when I had my ducks in a row would I show my hand. I would have them do this old school, no computers that can be hacked or phones that can get into the hands of these criminals. Show the world how real investigations are conducted. Let the cabal of criminals stew in the fact they appear to be ignored. It would take only the most loyal and tight lipped prosecutors to pull this off but I do believe we have men and women of this caliber in the country just maybe not in DC. This doesn’t even have to be done in DC and it probably would be preferable to take it outside that corrupt city. I would want to catch them off guard, lulled into a sense of security and then lower the boom. I am no lawyer and do not know if this is even possible, but it certainly would be the most satisfying piece of legal prosecution in the history of the Republic or it would make a block buster movie!

this perplexes me. defamation suits had their heyday, it would seem, in victorian salons and communities from london to nyc , long before mass media . in the 21st c., everybody with a twit/x account can be labelled 'a public/famous' person subject to exclusion from making such claims. however, in this matter, FTA: **Legacy networks NBC, CBS, and CNN reported Hutchinson’s sources were prepared to go under oath to testify that her claims were false.* apparently, this would tend to support mr bobulinski's suit...

Former President Barack Obama has said he’s “all in” for President Joe Biden’s re-election effort. But a question nagging at many Democrats is what role his popular spouse might play. Democrats nervously looking ahead to November say they want to see Michelle Obama playing a bigger role in the campaign. Some even whisper about the possibility that she might replace a politically hobbled incumbent on the 2024 ticket this summer — making her a fantasy candidate for members of both parties, albeit for different reasons.

In a 9-0 decision, the Supreme Court ruled states cannot use section 3 of the 14th Amendment to kick Donald Trump off state ballots over his alleged “insurrectionist” actions on Jan. 6, 2021. Learning that state officials aren’t empowered to simply toss leading presidential candidates off ballots came as a great surprise to many incredulous left-wingers. Once you’ve convinced yourself Trump led a Hitlerian putsch that nearly overthrew democracy, every crackpot legal theory aimed at stopping him sounds not only morally justified but legally sound.

Biden’s abundant weaknesses give President Trump and his campaign a target-rich atmosphere where they can tempt people who usually vote for Democrats to vote differently. Teachers, for example, usually vote for Democrats. Mr. Trump can sway many of them this year by promising to remove an unnecessary burden from public education.

Of course, it was framed under the guise of Christian nationalism. Still, the commentary was very much grounded in mainstream concepts about where rights come from, as Thomas Jefferson is the person who wrote about what Przybyla found unsettling (via Mediaite):
