MSNBC host Katy Tur recently questioned if it was "fair" that former President Trump was ordered to pay almost $355 million in damages and be barred from his business in New York by a judge Friday in a civil fraud case brought by New York Attorney General Letitia James.
During a segment of "MSNBC Reports" on Friday, Tur mentioned that in the 70-year existence of the legal rule Judge Arthur Engoron used on Trump, it was never used against someone who has yet to be proven of doing harm to any individual or entity with their practices.

Sorry Katy...That is not the correct response. Your home address will now be published online. You will also probably lose your job. Your parents also
contributed some embarrassing pictures from your high school days. Good luck in your new job...if you can find one.

I'm not impressed. Why didn't she rebut Suzanne Craig (whoever that is), who still insisted that the banks lost and the banks were the victims?

In other words, Engoron has jumped the shark. It will be fascinating to see how the appellate court rules.

Even the MSNBC crazies can see that this is a total pile of manure. The only fraud is the judge and the case.

No, it's not fair. This is a crummy law and it should all be overturned.

No victim and the banks testified in favor of Trump.
I guess NY needed money for the illegals.

Let me get this straight. The gubbermint whipped up a phoney spy document. Lied to the Fisa court. Spied on his campaign. Took out his trusted advisors via entrapment. Turned his ATTORNEY against him through pressure. And probed him in a $34M investigation by his enemies.
And all they can get him on is a legal bank loan that the lender relished?
The dems truly have turned the USA into a wonderland. Alice in Wonderland. God help us.

According to Elon Musk, who does the money go to if no one was harmed? Let’s see if all these big real estate barons leave New York. If they all conduct business the way Trump does, why stay? I wouldn’t be surprised if pressure is applied to get a quick appeal.

Remember, even the large Mafia families left New York to go to the West Coast and Vegas.
