Judge Arthur Engoron fined former Donald Trump and the Trump Organization on Friday in civil a fraud case for more than $350 million and barred him from serving as an officer or director of any New York corporation for three years.
New York Attorney General Letitia James sought to essentially bankrupt Trump by calling for a $370 million fine and a lifetime of from the real estate industry in New York State. James claimed Trump committed financial fraud.
Trump plans to appeal the ruling. “This is a case that should have never been brought, and I think we should be entitled to damages,” Trump said during closing arguments.

Gotta hand it to the NY fascist. They were so scared of this case they didn't even take the chance that the one or tw honest New Yorkers left in the state might end up on a jury.Crooked AG and 'judge' are way more dependable.

If Trump doesn’t win this case on appeal, this country is over.

This bogus politically based judgement will be appealed up to the Supreme Court you can count on that. If Trump loses in the end, every real estate deal will have to be evaluated by third parties to determine true value at considerable expense, before a piece of property can be put up for sale. Besides no business person owning considerable real estate can ever risk going into politics without the possibility of the types of political persecution that Trump has been enduring, that is unless that person runs as a Democrat.

Would it be wrong of me to hope Engmoron And Leticia (Jesse) James soon learn personally what Ceausescu and Mussolini learned at the end of their reigns of totalitarian corruption?

May this repulsive dishonest and biased judge be visited by a plague equal to the one he has tried to bring down on Trump.

Trump is following in the footsteps of our founding fathers. They too, gave up everything for America and freedom. Some never recovered what they lost and died in poverty.
But it was a risk, they accepted. Trump is earning a place alongside Washington, Adams, Jefferson and others. Men who risk it all for the dream of hope that is America.

Once again, #NewYorkStateofAnarchy shows its hideous head with this ridiculous judgement and the smarmiest laughing fake AG “Tish” gleefully flouting this judicial travesty. This MUST be overturned and misconduct levied against all who “participated..”

It' a darn shame that no entity seems to be able to put a stop to this. Ditto for the innocent people rotting in prison for a fabricated insurrection. I for one won't blame PDT if he takes revenge on these people. It would be justice for all of US.

I'm afraid the country is already lost. The process is the punishment. Neither you nor I can prevail against the full force of the power of the government.

If he gets overturned ( which almost certainly he will) this ‘judge’ should be made to pay - physically.

Has anyone ever seen this Engoron guy and 'Commie Bernie' Sanders in a room together?
They sure do have a strange resemblance to each other!
Remember, 'Commie Bernie' was kicked out of a hippie commune back in the '60's, because he would sit around and argue politics all day, and not do any of the work required to make the commune function. Not only that, but by arguing with other members, he kept those members from doing their fair share of the work as well, so all the members had a meeting and 'invited him to leave'.
