[T]he priority now for the White House must be to strengthen its military presence in the region, not reduce it. Worse, the vacuum created by any withdrawal by US troops is sure to be filled by adversaries of America and the free world.
Any US withdrawal is sure to be seen, especially after the US surrender in Afghanistan, as America running away -- again.
[I]t would be folly of the highest order for the Biden administration even to contemplate a reduction of US forces in the region. With Iran clearly intent on pursuing its proxy war against the US and its allies,

No, we can't withdrawal. We can't afford to give any more of our weapons and equipment to our enemies.

Here's a novel idea. How about making the decision to stay or leave based on the question, "What's in it for the U.S."? What does the U.S. gain out of staying there? Oil? We have plenty of oil here in the U.S. We don't need the oil from the middle earth. Why does the stability of that region of the world depend on U.S. troops being placed there as targets. What exactly is the mission of these outposts and troops? Apparently, it's not to reduce or deter terrorism.

I am sick of wars of destruction which are bankrupting our nation and taking scarcer resources away from our ailing citizenry. There are far too many homeless and drug addled without hope. There is a real housing crisis here. There is a healthcare crisis. There are too few providers and healthcare care has become an industry rather than a calling. Energy and food prices are unconscionable, driving more Americans into real poverty.
Coughlin should sign up if he wants to beef up the U.S. presence in a desert on the other side of the planet.

Get American troops out of harm’s way. Leave Iraq for the Iraqis. We’ve got enough trouble here in our country. Get theUS out of the Middle East.

People in general and Moslems in particular have been killing each other since long before the US decided to force civilization on them. Its ironic that civilization is imposed under threat of death.
Get us out of those third world dung heaps. Worry about our own security and our own border. If they want to kill each other, Gates and the WEF might not have to release another virus.

From now until November every decision the Biden regime makes will be focus grouped to see if it helps him in the general election. It won't matter how bad or wrong the decision is, if it helps his election chances that's what he'll do regardless of how many lives we lose.

Chances are Biden and the leftist and socialist Democrat political operatives who are steering Biden as he follows the leftist and socialist Democrat political agenda, could care less about the strategic results of a US quick withdrawal from Iraq and Syria. With their political focus at the moment being for Biden to reach some sort of bogus nuclear agreement with the Mullahs of Iran, so that Biden can receive a socialist presented international peace prize during the run up to the 2024 US General Election.

Thought we were already out of Syria and Iraq when Trump defeated ISIS. Guess this is another thing our government circumvented Trump on.

Starve the beast. Don't join the military. Talk family out of doing it. No more occupations.
