This bit of news actually surprises me. It doesn’t surprise me that the Hostages and Missing Families Forum would create a powerful and published public service announcement (“PSA”) highlighting what happened in Israel on October 7 and the ensuing hostage crisis. What does surprise me is that movie theaters across America, as well as Hulu (a Disney-owned company) will be showing it in the coming days as part of the trailers they routinely screen before running a picture or TV show. The PSA is filmed to look like the trailer for an upcoming thriller or horror movie. It ends by reminding viewers that this is the real horror that Israel

My concern with this advertisement is that it does not specifically show that it was Hamas invading Israel. I’m afraid ill-informed and uninformed people with an imbedded anti-Israel bias will believe it was Israel that invaded Gaza and Israel is holding Palestinians hostages.

Prayers for eyes to be opened and hearts to be tendered toward what is actually happening in this world despite the incessant, daily propaganda to the contrary that is being propagated and allowed to flourish in this country. I read about the baby whose first birthday was in captivity, and the perpetrators of this horror expect support and compassion for their actions when they have shown none. I have often had the thought, as I see all of the evil growing around us, that this certainly should be even more of a wakeup call to all who haven’t prepared to meet God, when heaven is a readily available choice simply by living according to His word (and His commandments are not grievous - 1 John 5:3). Is there anyone who really wants to spend eternity in hell with the souls who would purposely choose to commit the evil being exposed and supported in this world today - including in our own government? It boggles the mind that such would be a conscious choice, and it’s so very sad that it would be a careless one. I’m reminded of a beautiful old hymn that I have heard throughout my life, “O, Prepare To Meet Thy God”. I’m hearing it with a much different type of urgency today. Most Americans and their leaders stood for good throughout all the years of my long life, despite the attempts for bad to take over. I have never seen it like this, and it’s difficult to believe that it is being allowed to be changed. Humans are imperfect, of course. But, the imperfections in us, and in our leaders, do not mean that we cannot choose to do right. For the sake of our government, our country and our life on this earth, we had better open our eyes to the reality of things as they are, & put our focus on what people do more than on what they say. People who choose to do good in God’s sight have a much greater power to win, because God stands with those who choose to do good. America used to know that. I pray she still does!

“Islam is not even a religion. It’s a social political system that uses a deity to advance its agenda of global conquest.” So said Oklahoma’s John Bennett, a former state representative now running for the federal congress, (Snip) Like a dog marks his territory with urination, so do the new-to-Europe third world Muslim invaders with “prayer.” Ostensibly, they came as asylum seekers and refugees, displaced and downtrodden, ready to adapt and contribute to the West. Now that there’s enough of them, they can throw off the shackles of subterfuge and openly act in accordance with what they planned from the very beginning… in a particularly warlike way.

You can’t call Giorgia Meloni anything but a fraud and traitor. Is Vivek more of the same? You can’t know. (Snip) Vivek might be the most impressive human I’ve met in politics or media. He is operating at a superhuman level of intelligence and he is genuinely #AmericaFirst.

When three Arab Muslim students were shot and wounded in Burlington, Vermont, politicians and the media immediately hyped it as the ‘Islamophobic Crime of the Century’. President Biden issued a statement declaring that “there is absolutely no place for violence or hate in America.” (Snip) In reality, they had been shot by a local resident outside his house who did not say a word. The three Muslim men were returning home from a party on Saturday night when James J. Eaton, a local resident with a history of mental instability, stumbled out of a white clapboard house on the residential street and without a word fired four shots at the
Harvard professor spews contempt for Chris

Now that Claudine Gay is out as Harvard's president on evidence that she plagiarized research and failed to counter antisemitism on campus, Harvard's elites are steaming with fury. They had, after all, signed a letter urging that the university keep her and her wokester policies on board. But that wasn't the worst of it. The biggest indignity was in the knowledge of who took her down: Not a top Harvard scholar but a lowly Harvard night school student with the equivalent of a master's degree named Christopher Rufo, writing on his humble Substack. He was the one who found the plagiarism. And here's a Harvard professor who let the cat out of the bag:

The resignation of Harvard president Claudine Gay has sent shockwaves through America’s elite institutions. Commentators across the political spectrum, habituated to years of submission to DEI orthodoxy, have been asking: How did it happen? Yesterday, reporter Ian Ward of Politico reached out to ask me precisely this question. As one of the journalists and activists who worked on this campaign and watched it develop from the inside, I was happy to oblige. The following is a reprint of our interview, first published at Politico under the headline, “We Sat Down With the Conservative Mastermind Behind Claudine Gay’s Ouster.” Politico: How much credit do you think you deserve for Gay’s resignation?

Claudine Gay ended her tenure Tuesday as the shortest president in the history of Harvard University, yet her resignation statement didn’t acknowledge the scandals that led to her ouster—instead suggesting that racism was to blame. The incident arguably illustrates the effectiveness of conservative critics in drawing attention to Gay’s many scandals, and the fecklessness of a university so rooted in diversity, equity, and inclusion that it refuses to acknowledge the ideological roots of the scandal. Gay, who became Harvard’s president in September 2023, testified about antisemitism on campus at a Dec. 5 hearing in the House of Representatives.

It is impossible to estimate the opportunity cost of the climate scam, but it is in the quadrillions. Think of all you could have done in the last decades were your family income quadrupled. It should have been. We should be dancing in the stars, the real ones, not among the ghastly baboons of Hollywood. You can always tell an elite scam by the fact that it guts the lower 50%, as it is doing in the demented Dominion where people are actually going without food because of brutal carbon taxes levied all along the food chain. The “Bible” of the English Language, the Oxford English Dictionary of 1932, defined the word “ghoul” as “An evil spirit supposed in Mohammedan countries to rob graves and prey on human corpses.” That sounds right. The world was even treated to a display of this on October 7 when an army of Jihadist Arabs violently raped not only living Jewish females but also their dead bodies. One can also assume that they sodomized the remains of dead Jewish men and boys too. From reports by survivors of captivity in Gaza, there is reason to believe, given what is known of Arab sexuality, that the remaining men and boy hostages

With the passing of Rosalynn Carter, former President Jimmy Carter lost his lifetime partner, and my deepest sympathies go out to him and his family. The former first lady’s death, however, reminded me of something relevant to election integrity that many Americans may not realize: Organized voter fraud in Jimmy Carter’s first run for office stole his election. The only reason Carter ended up in office when he did is because he claimed publicly that he had won and went to court to fight to overturn the election. Apparently, that’s considered a criminal act in Georgia today and can get you charged with violating the state’s racketeering law.

The country currently is in the throes of an epidemic of mass insanity and irrationality. The manifestations of the disorder are too numerous to cite, but the explosion of the DEI plague being pushed by the government, many businesses, and the intellectual pigmies in most of the media, must be included in any list of the most egregious. There is a brand of this particular wokeness that is relatively unknown to the general public, but that is particularly irrational and dangerous. It is the Federal Aviation Administration’s relatively young DEI mandates. These Biden/Buttigieg DEI commands now apply to the employment of FAA air traffic controllers in an insidious way,

I cringe every time I hear someone lament Trump’s rhetoric, for one cannot understand Trump and his goals without understanding his rhetoric and how it works. Ultimately, Trump left his life of luxury to save the country, and yes, you can believe him when he says that America will never be a socialist nation. The presidency was a mere means to that end. The Wall Street Journal wants Republicans to win the next battle; Trump wants to win the war. The key to understanding the tour de force that is Trump’s rhetoric, including his most inflammatory statements, lies in understanding that what he says is all calculated.

The state of Massachusetts is asking private homeowners to take in illegal aliens as the state runs out of room to house the thousands of border crossers who are still flooding into the Bay State. Massachusetts is the only state that has a state-wide “right to housing” rule for homeless families. And with that rule in mind, Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healey (D) has repeatedly asked legal residents to open up their homes to illegal immigrants for whom officials are having a hard time finding beds.Healey declared a “state of emergency” over the influx of illegal aliens in August, saying in her declaration, “There are currently nearly 5,600 families

On the eve of the Iowa Republican caucus, the New York Times editorial board begged Republicans to abandon 2024 frontrunner former President Donald Trump in a piece Monday morning. In the piece titled “The Responsibility of Republican Voters,” the left-wing newspaper tried to guilt Republicans into supporting someone else. The board said: Iowa Republicans who will gather on Monday to cast the first votes of the 2024 presidential campaign season, and voters in New Hampshire and the states that will follow, have one essential responsibility: to nominate a candidate who is fit to serve as president, one who will ‘preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.’

President Joe Biden raised more than $97 million in the final three months of last year for his re-election campaign as he prepares to make his case to voters for a second term. The amount was more money than the $68 million that former President Barack Obama raised during the same period of his reelection but it was dwarfed by the $154 million that former President Donald Trump raised for his. Biden's war chest was boosted by a series of star-studded fundraising events, including one in Boston that featured singer-songwriter James Taylor, and three days in California for gatherings with Steven Spielberg, Barbra Streisand, Shonda Rhimes, Rob Reiner, and David Geffen.

The Iowa caucuses are upon us, and it appears former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley has improved her position, according to the most recent poll. But while the survey reveals favorable results for the candidate, what it says about her supporters in Iowa is also noteworthy. The poll revealed that most of her supporters would vote for President Joe Biden if former President Donald Trump became the Republican nominee. While the overwhelming percentage of Republican voters in Iowa would support Trump if he gets the GOP nod, Haley’s supporters have a different plan.
